High frequency voltage signal injection have been widely used but they have some problems like over current protection. High frequency current signal injection and feedback control are more stable than voltage signal injection. In this paper, high frequency current controller for self-sensing and parameter estimation of induction motors is presented.

Voltage varing Fate dv/dt which is applied to induction motor usually makes unnegligible leakage current and it flows through stator winding and motor frame. This kind of harmonic leakage current makes effect on power source and cuases electromagnetic trouble because the motor frame has earth. Therefore in this study, a high frequency induction motor model is developed and analyze the motor performance to explain the phenomena. Inverter model is also developed and is combined with the motel model to prepare the basis of the high frequency effects on inverter fed induction motor.

In this paper, it is shown that high frequency current can be controlled to concentrate near the desired path in a conducting plate. A conducting plate is modelled to examine current distribution. And current distribution is analyzed in view of the frequency and geometric characteristics of current path. The high frequency current behavior from the analysis is compared with the experiments. The results, obtained by the experiments of test specimens, are in good agreement with the analytical results.

The cast iron cylinder liner of the marine engine must be scrapped after its inner surface was definitely worn out due to the friction between the surface and piston ring during the operating. In this research, the restoring method of the worn out cast iron cylinder liner are discussed based on the results of experimental work of the thermal plastic deformation technique.

The development of the high-frequency induction-heating for 2700kW power range intend to make localization at forging and rolling mill part by technical innovation. And, the development makes to increase our's competitive power at technique, quality and cost. In this study, we developed an analysis method of plate forming by induction heating and verified the effectiveness of the present method through a series of experiments. The phenomena of the induction heating is a 3D transient problem coupled with electromagnetic, heat transfer, and elastoplastic large deformation analyses. To solve the problem, we suggest a proper model and an integrated system. Using the present analysis model, we can estimate the plate deformation in heating without experiments and simulate the plate bending process of induction heating.
