  • Although e-Finance has become more and more prevalent in everyday life, with the development of information technology, further development of e-Finance and commercial transactions has been limited. Therefore it is important for financial institutions to be aware of the significance of e-Finance risk and take appropriate actions. And an effective risk management function relies on a well-defined organization structure to eliminate gaps and minimize overlaps in risk management duties, responsibilities, and authorities. It defines and assigns risk management responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities to appropriate personnel. The adequate organization of the risk management function is very important in the success of risk management.

  • 선박의 운항분포는 교량충돌확률이나 선박충돌위험도 등을 계산할 때 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용하지만, AASHTO모델이나 해상교통안전진단에서의 근접도 평가모델 등 많은 충돌 또는 위험도 계산 모델에서는 선박의 운항분포가 단순한 정규분포임을 가정하고 있다. 따라서 특정 항로나 해역에서의 정확한 충돌, 위험 또는 안전 등에 관한 확률을 구하고자 할 경우에는 그 항로나 해역의 특성에 맞는 선박 운항분포를 사용해야 한다. 이 연구에서는 일주일간의 통항선박 위치정보(AIS정보)를 이용하여 다양한 특성을 가지는 항로별로 각각 고유한 특성의 선박 운항분포를 찾아내기 위해, sech 함수를 이용한 새로운 충돌위험도 평가법에서 피항구역의 문턱값을 결정하는 방법을 분석하고 실제 상황에 적용 가능한 식을 개발하였다.

Risk Assessment of Submerged Floating Tunnels based on Fuzzy AHP (퍼지 AHP를 이용한 수중터널의 재해위험도 분석)

  • In the construction and operation of large marine structure, hazard risk analysis is one of important factors. Therefore, this paper investigates the hazard risk indexes and evaluates the risk level in the construction and operation of SFT on the basis of expert survey and Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Hazard risk is divided into natural hazard risk (earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, and ice collision) and human factor hazard risk (fire, explosion, traffic accident, ship or submarine collision). Also, the influence of hazard risk indexes on SFT was evaluated in tunnel tube, supporting system, ventilation tower, foundation, and connection part. As the hazard risk level of SFT is compared with those of bridge, underwater tunnel, and immersed tunnel, the intrinsic risk level of SFT was evaluated. Tsunami and earthquake had higher risk level in natural hazard risk, and the risk levels of fire and explosion were higher in human factor hazard risk. Hazard risk level of SFT was 1.4 times higher than immersed tunnel, and 3.2 times higher than bridge.

  • 최근 성장하고 있는 드론 산업에 맞추어 전세계적으로 드론 운용을 위한 식별 및 인증 규정을 마련하고 있는 추세이다. 대표적으로, 미국 FAA 에서 채택한 Remote ID 기반의 식별방식이 있다. 그러나, ID 기반의 인증 방식은 해당 ID 가 탈취 혹은 위조될 경우 다른 드론으로 위장하여 여러 심각한 사회 문제를 일으킬 위험성이 있다. 따라서 드론에 탑재된 여러 센서나 모터와 같은 하드웨어의 고유한 특성을 이용하여 Remote ID 를 대체하거나 이중 인증에 이용하려는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 드론에 탑재된 하드웨어의 고유특성을 이용한 다양한 식별 및 인증시스템에 대한 연구에 대하여 살펴본다.

A Test on the Volatility Feedback Hypothesis in the Emerging Stock Market (신흥주식시장에서의 변동성반응가설 검정)

  • This study examined on the volatility feedback hypothesis through the use of threshold GARCH-in-Mean (GJR-GARCH-M) model developed by Glosten, Jaganathan, and Runkle (1993) in the stock markets of 14 emerging countries during the period of January, 1996 to May, 2009. On this study, I found successful evidences which can support the volatility feedback hypothesis through the following three estimation procedures. First, I found relatively strong positive relationship between the expected market risk premiums and their conditional standard deviations from the GARCH-M model in the basis of daily return on each representative stock market index, which is appropriate to investors' risk-averse preferences. Second, I can also identify the significant asymmetric time-varying volatility originated from the investors' differentiated reactions toward the unexpected market shocks by applying the GJR-GARCH-M model and further find the lasting positive risk aversion coefficient estimators. Third, I derived the negative signs of the regression coefficient of unpredicted volatility on the stock market return by re-applying the GJR-GARCH-M model after I controlled the positive effect of predicted volatility through including the conditional standard deviations from the previous GARCH-M model estimation as an independent explanatory variable in the re-applied new GJR-GARCH-M model. With these consecutive results, the volatility feedback effect was successfully tested to be effective also in the various emerging stock markets, although the leverage hypothesis turned out to be insufficient to be applied to another source of explaining the negative relationship between the unexpected volatility and the ex-post stock market return in the emerging countries in general.

  • A study was conducted to analyze the oil spill dynamic state using system dynamics method, and to developed regional risk program based on oil spill history for better judgement of the situation at the early stage of oil spill. Results were obtained as follows: Firstly, various variables were calculated by a score based on raw data of oil spill history in Korea. Regional oil spill risk was also calculated in a quantitative way. Secondly, calculated regional oil spill risk was analyzed and programmed with a help of smart-device for better use. Thirdly, comparison of oil spill risk between regions became possible and regional oil spill risk program proved to be useful in prompt decision under urgent situation in response to oil spill at sea. Convenient and quick oil spill risk without special restrictions have been able to determine. and it can help in anticipative preparation (strategy) for oil spills.

  • This study tried to understand the structural relationship between public crisis communication, emotional influence, and behavioral intention in a national crisis/risk situation. Based on the results of previous studies and empirical studies, the results of crisis/threat type, crisis/threat response, sentiment (crisis/risk responsibility, strategic risk/risk reflective response), and action intention For tourists who visit tourist destinations, as well as the relationship between crisis and risk communication at the tourist destination and one of the unique emotions of Koreans (crisis threat responsibility, strategic response, and reflective response to crisis threat) The relationship between the outcome variable, behavioral intention, was identified. A theoretical study was conducted on each research concept to achieve the proposed research purpose. Based on this, a questionnaire was drawn up and empirical research was conducted in parallel. Three hypotheses were established, and meaningful results were confirmed according to the results of the hypotheses. When a risky situation occurs, the government, business, and local community will actively respond and respond to it as an opportunity to offset the risk of crisis.

  • ZigBee based on the most vulnerable part of u-Healthcare system that uses the ZigBee communication is the wireless section. ZigBee communication sectors to identify vulnerabilities in this paper, we propose to compensate. ZigBee has been raised from the existing vulnerabilities organize and ZigBee also uses the 64bit address that uniquely identifies a vulnerability that was defined as exposure. And to prevent the exposure of a unique identifying address was used to address a temporary identification. ZigBee security services, the proposed system during the Network Key for encryption only use one mechanism of Residential Mode is used. Residential Mode on all nodes of the entire network because they use a common key, the key is stolen, your network's security system at a time are at risk of collapse. Therefore, in order to guard against these risks to the security policy Network Key updated periodically depending on the method used to. The proposed evaluation and comparative analysis of the system were exposed in the existing system can hide the address that uniquely identifies a public key Network Key also updated periodically, so that leaks can occur due to reduced risk.

  • 차량간 무선통신을 이용한 긴급메시지 전파는 도로 주행 중에 발생할 수 있는 도로의 결빙, 낙석, 공사, 안개, 급커브 등의 위험 상황을 사전에 신속히 위험 지역의 차량들에게 알려 위험 상황 대처 능력을 크게 개선 할 수 있다. 그러나 차량간 통신은 일반적인 무선통신과 달리 노드의 고속 이동성, 노드 밀도, 네트워크 토폴로지의 빈번한 변화와 같은 차량 환경 고유의 특징을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 차량간 긴급메시지를 신속하게 전달하기 위한 시간예약 기반 릴레이 노드 선정 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 실험결과, 제안한 알고리즘이 거리 기반 릴레이 노드 선정 알고리즘에 비해 네트워크 부하와 전달 지연시간에서 25% 성능 향상을 보였으며, 낮은 노드 밀도에서는 더욱 우수한 성능을 보였다.

  • In this study we collected various substance codes, physical and chemical properties, and hazard level of the 545 HNS which was determined earlier, and constructed the Korean HNS database including International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) codes,, informations of explosive and corrosive characteristics of HNS after reviewing of US, Japan and European Database. And also problems of present HNS Database which focused mainly on land-based environment and an absence of information for chemical and physical properties of mixed substance HNS are reported. For the efficient implementation of comprehensive HNS management system, we constructed the basic model for the HNS database in marine environment and made suggestions for improvement for the future development of HNS Database to be prepared for the marine spill accidents.
