고객이 인지하는 마케팅 믹스 7P활동이 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향: 소상공인(종업원 5인이하)커피전문점의 중심으로

  • 소상공업은 서민 경제의 근간을 이루는 중요한 부분으로서, 일반 대중과 가까이에 있으며 경제 환경에 가장 민감하게 반응한다. 또한 수적인 측면과 고용창출의 측면에서 대기업 혹은 중소기업만큼 우리 경제에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 국내 소상공인의 창업과 폐업현황을 살펴보면, 전체 창업률은 2.1%, 폐업률은 2.5%, 음식점 업종의 창업률은 2.8% 페업률은 3.1%로 조사되었다. 음식점 업종은 소상고인 폐업률이 가장 높은 업종이며, 음식점 중에서도 커피전문점은 창업률 3.2% 폐업률 4.5%로 창업과 페업이 빈번하게 반복되는 취약한 구조를 보인다. 이는 진입장벽이 낮은 업종은 대규모 소비시장이 아닌 특정 지역이나 계층에 대한 소규모의 무한한 시장을 형성하고 많은 자본이나 대규모 고용의 필요성이 낮다. 따라서 구체적인 사업계획서 없이도 창업하게 되어 운영을 위한 전문성이나 자금이 부족한 경우가 빈번하다. 소상공인으로 창업을 할 경우 창업프로세스가 전문성의 유무에 문제가 없기 때문에 용이하다. 그로인해 전문성이 없는 비전문가로 창업을 하는 경우가 비일비재이다. 대기업이다. 프랜차이즈에 비해 마케팅 믹스활동이 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이에 고객이 인지하는 마케팅 믹스활동이 브랜드이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향으로 소상공인커피전문점의 마케팅 믹스활동을 중심으로 조사할 예정이다. 그리하여 비자발적 창업을 준비하는 커피전문점 소상공인에 시사점을 제공하여 창업 시 유의할 점을 파악하도록 할 것 이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집한다. 대상은 소상공인을 이용하는 고객과 소상공인을 대상으로 마케팅믹스 7P's가 브랜드이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다.

The Research and Development Trend of Cathode Materials in Lithium Ion Battery (리튬이차전지용 양극재 개발 동향)

  • The cathode materials for lithium ion battery have been developed in accordance with the battery performance. $LiCoO_2$ initially adapted at lithium ion battery is going to be useful even at the charging voltage of 4.3 V by surface treatment or doping which drastically improved the performance of $LiCoO_2$. On the other hand, the complicate and multiple functions of recent electronic equipments required higher operational voltage and higher capacity than ever, which is going to be driving force for developing new cathode materials. Some of them are $LiNi_{1-x}{M_xO_2}$, $Li[Ni_{x}Mn_{y}Co_{z}]O_{2}$, $Li[{Ni}_{1/2}{Mn}_{1/2}]O_{2}$. Other new type of cathode materials having high safety is also developed to apply for HEV (hybrid electrical vehicle) and power tool applications. ${LiMn}_{2}{O}_{4}$ and $LiFePO_4$ are famous for highly stable material, which are expected to give contribution to make safer battery. In near future, the various materials having both capacity and safety will be developed by new technology, such as solid solution composite.

The Statistically and Economically Significant Clustering Method for Economic Clusters in an Urban Region (통계적 및 경제적 유의성을 가진 경제 클러스터 탐식방법에 대한 연구)

  • With the trend of urban polynucleation, the issue of detecting economic clusters or urban employment centers has been considered as crucial. However, the prior researches had some limitations in detecting economic clusters in the empirical analysis: i.e. inherent inefficiency of density-based clustering methods, difficulty in detecting linear types of spatial clusters and lacks of consideration of economic significance. The purpose of this paper is to propose the clustering method with the procedure of testing statistical and economic significance named as VCEC (Variable Clumping method for Economic Clusters) and to apply it to a case analysis of Erie County, New York, in order to test its validity. By applying a search radius and a total employment as an economic threshold, 'the both statistically and economically significant clusters' were detected in the Erie County, and proved to be efficient.

  • This paper is aimed at embodying the optimal system for foreign workforce supply of nation in order to introduce qualified foreign workers at the age of eleven thousand foreigners. It is difficult to employ foreign workers qualified and it makes job rosters' confidence fall down which is the supplementary resources when selecting due to the insufficient job seekers' detailed information. Therefore, the moving control system should be added in current system to deal with these problems. For this, in this paper, we propose that the moving picture embedded system applies to the current EPS utilizing multimedia, network and database technologies as regards adding the function of the moving picture synthesis to recent system. It also suggests the advanced foreign employment control system related to the advanced system which makes employers to hire foreign workers satisfying their requirements and demand.

The Effect of Equity Crowdfunding on Job Creation (주식형 크라우드 펀딩이 고용창출에 미치는 효과)

  • Research about U.S. and European countries demonstrated that startups and young firms account for nearly all net job creation. If we want to bring down unemployment and to increase economic growth rate, we need to create new companies and to make them to grow. Credit availability is one of the most important factors for entrepreneurs as they attempt to start or expand a business. For young firms, access to credit for business growth can mean the difference between survival and failure. Equity crowdfunding is an innovative means of raising capital for businesses. Crowdfunding campaigns can give new business access to a large pool of investors. This brings huge benefits for marketing and increase provability of success of business and ROI, so it leads follow-on investment from Venture Capital and Angel investors. In Korea, the survival rate of startups and average growth rate of survivors is far lower than those of the U.S or other countries due to lack of funds for startup or early business growth. Equity crowdfunding can be a new funding source for venture or startups. It can increase startup and survival rate, in addition to the growth rate of survivors, resulting in decreased unemployment rate. In Korea, Equity crowdfunding will be available from 2016. Further study is needed to determine whether the impact of crowdfunding in Korea on job creation will be similar to its impact in the U.S.

A Study on the Promotion for Convention Industry in Korea (국내 컨벤션산업의 육성전략에 관한 연구)

  • Many Countries in the world are struggling to foster the industry of international convention while attracting various international convention on the politics, economy society, culture, religion and sports. The needs of international conventiones are increasing now becourse of the expansion of international visitors exchanges and it affect on the promotion of national economy development of tour industry internal and overseas public relation of the countries. The important point in this situation is to make a consensus between public organization in eluding goverment related civil industry and academic society and set up and process the long term and short-term strategy basis on the consensus. First related facilities should be enlarged and inproved and maketing activities to hold the conventions that are propec to their facilities should be fostered. Second it is imporment to try to hold the international convention through in troducing our related abilities and facilies if the world and through Positive public realations and marketing activities in the world. Third to perform the inducde international conventions successfully the gualities of related personnel should be improved and the experts such as conventions Planner and simultaneous interprefec should be nurtured. Fourth related enterpries should be supported step by step by goverment level to foster their activifies on holding and operating the international conventions. Fifth the tourism effect can b promoted by harmonizing the tourism and international convention through building large scale convention centers in the cities. Therefore to develop the international conventions industry more positively and effectively publicity work and activity to hold of the goverment posifive and creative effort of related enterprise and people's active participation are all needed.

Mechanization Measures for Sustainable Local Foods (지속 가능한 로컬 푸드를 위한 기계화 방안)

  • 연구목적: 생산자와 소비자의 물리적 사회적 거리가 가까워지고, 1일 유통체계 준수에 의한 높은 신선도 유지, 먹거리에 대한 생산자와 생산정보 공유에 의한 농산물 안전성 향상 등 여러 장점 때문에 늘어나고 있는 로컬 푸드의 지속발전을 모색하고자 로컬 푸드 참여농가의 농작업 어려움 조사 및 기계화 방안 제시 조사방법: 전북 완주군 소재 용진농협에서 운영 중인 로컬 푸드 직매장에 농산물을 공급하는 농업인 21인을 대상으로 2016년 11월에 로컬 푸드의 어려운 점, 주요 생산품목, 가장 힘든 농작업, 기계화가 시급한 농작업, 농기계 도입에 어려운 점, 의견 및 건의사항을 설문 조사 분석하였음 결과 및 고찰: 로컬 푸드 참여 농가들은 4~5개 품목을 소량 생산하고, 농가에서 수확 소포장 라벨 부착 후 매장에 직접 진열하고 있었음. 농협은 정선 선별기, 소형 도정기, 포장기, 바코드 기계 등을 설치하여 농가 공동이용, 안전성 신선도 관리 등 교육, 스마트폰 앱을 매장 재고 현황을 농업인에게 실시간으로 제공 등 지원하고 있음. 조사에 응한 농업인 21명 중 60대(13명) > 50대(5명) > 70대(3명)로 모두 50대 이상이었음. 어려운 점에 대한 물음에 대해서는 '판매가 어렵다'(45%) > '인력이 부족하다'(40%) > '생산비가 많이 든다'(8.5%) > 기타(6.5%) 순이었음. '인력부족'은 파종과 수확 시기에 노동력이 집중적으로 필요한 것에 기인하고, 경지 규모가 다소 큰 농가에서는 농사일을 전문으로 하는 외국인 노동자를 고용함으로 노동력 부족 문제를 해소하지만, 소규모 농가는 품삯을 주고 고용할 경우 오히려 적자이기 때문에 고되더라도 자체 노동력으로 해결하고 있는 것으로 조사되었음. 가장 힘든 작업은 수확(81%) > 파종 정식(19%)으로 수확이 절대적으로 힘든 작업이라고 응답하였고, 기계화가 시급한 작업은 수확(71%) > 파종 정식(29%)으로 응답하였음. 힘든 이유로는 적기에 수확을 끝내야 상품성을 인정받을 수 있기 때문에 단기간에 많은 노동력이 요구된다고 응답하였음. 농기계 도입에 어려운 원인으로는, '적합한 수확기계가 없다'(48%)와 '재배면적이 적어 필요성을 못 느낀다'(29%)가 대부분이었고, 이밖에 '가격이 비싸다'(10%), '기계 정확도가 떨어진다'(10%), '기계 조작이 어렵다'(5%)로 나타났음. 결론: 로컬 푸드 참여 농가를 대상으로 농작업 기계화 현황에 대하여 조사하였음. 로컬 푸드의 지속 발전을 위한 방안을 제시하면; 첫째, 중 소농을 위한 수확기 개발이 가장 시급한 것으로 조사되었고, 둘째, 농기계가 아니더라도 우선 힘든 일을 해소하면서 편하게 자세를 유지할 수 있는 작업 보조기구 또는 편이장비의 개발 보급이 필요함. 셋째, 농가의 영세성과 지역의 특성을 고려하여 기술센터 농기계임대사업이나 시군 보조사업을 통해서 소형 농기계, 농기구, 보조 및 편이장비 보급이 확대되어야 함.

Industrial Policy as a Development Strategy: Cuba' s Experience and Policy Implications (개발전략으로서 산업정책: 쿠바의 경험과 정책적 시사점)

  • This paper analyzes Cuba's market-oriented reforms to alleviate essential problems with socialist countries such as soft budget constraints and incentive problems. It also discuss about effectiveness of industrial policy as a development strategy. The soft budget constraints and incentive problems resulted in the collapse of Soviet bloc and COMECON in early 1990s. After the collapse, Cuban economy suffered a steep dive, and national income tumbling down rapidly. Cuban faced serious shortages of food, gasoline, and other basic necessities of life. To halt and partially reverse economic downturn and dire austerity in the 1990's, the Cuban government made some partial reforms to the inherited Soviet system of cental planningand faced severe shortage in food, energy, and daily necessities. In response to the economic crisis. Cuba introduced economic reforms and implemented industrial policy as a development strategy as long as Cuba maintained a strong socialist country. Cuban government established the economic free zone law and attempted to induce foreign direct investment by implementing export-led industrial policy. Fiedel Castro approved the Law No. 165 "Free Zones and Industrial Parks", in 1996. However, Cuba's ESZ strategy seems to have failed because of the U.S. sanctions, but also because of Cuba's own policies, which do not allow foreign investors to hire workers directly and impose a high implicit tax on wages. By limiting advanced techniques of personnel and organization management, indirect employment can result in lowering work efforts and productivity of workers, and aggravating production efficiency in the ESZs. Another reason to fail comes from the double wage structure due to the double monetary-exchange rate system. Most of the high non-wage costs result from the double exchange rate system. Due to Cuba's imbalanced industry and production structures, concentrated labor force, and urbanization and centralization of agriculture production, the industrial transformation development model suggested by Lewis has not been successful unlike other Asian agriculture-led development model. Cuba has to overcome many difficulties in implementing industrial policy as a development strategy.

Employment Support for the Low-income Elderly in the OECD Countries: Implications for Senior Employment Policy (OECD 국가의 저소득 고령자 고용지원정책 : 노인일자리사업에 주는 함의)

  • The Korean government has implemented the senior employment policy as a direct job creation policy since 2004. A realistic discussion of policy alternatives and orientation for this has been given little attention even though senior employment policy has been carried out for the last 10 years and it will be expanded next year. This study tries to examine active labor market policy especially focusing on direct job creation programs and policies for the disadvantaged low-income elderly in OECD countries, and then it suggests some developmental alternatives for senior employment policy based on the study's results. The main results from this analysis are summarized in two points. Firstly, except pension policies, employment policy for older workers in the OECD countries is highly proportional to the tackling of objective factors reducing the demand for older workers (wage subsidies, reduced social security contribution rate etc). And the strategies of improving employability have not been relatively important and direct job creation policy has been marginal. Secondly, employment support policies for the low-income elderly can be divided into three types: support for the low-income elderly, alleviating early retirement and support for full employment according to the criteria which are determined by policy objectives and the social economic index. Korea's employment support policies belong to the type of direct job creation among them. This seems to be due to the fact that the rate of elderly poverty is extremely high and an income security system has not been developed in Korea. However, the policy objective is still uncertain. Therefore, this policy needs to set up clear objectives and establish a proper system for the achievement of its goals. If we focus on the strength of its employment characteristics, we need to modify the policy's plan in the perspective of labor market policy. But if we intend to keep both of the current objectives, it is better for this policy to be divided into two parts: social participation and income supplements. Or it also may be a solution to transform the system into an employment service, a training system which supports participants to move into unsubsidized jobs such as SCSEP in the U. S.

An Analysis of the Multiplier Effects of Gyeongsangbuk-Do Provincial Government Relocation on Daegyeong Economic Region (경북도청 이전이 대구경북광역경제권에 미치는 파급효과 분석)

  • The relocation of the public institutions such as the provincial government attracts much attentions since it results in substantial regional economic impacts. In this context this paper analyzes the effects of relocation of Gyeongsangbuk-Do provincial government from Daegu city to Gyeongsangbuk-Do, which is scheduled for 2014, on Daegyeong economic region. Based on the interregional input-output model and I-O data which were provided by the Bank of Korea, this paper examines the multiplier effects of the relocation in terms of production, value added, and employment on Daegyeong economic region and other regions, except for the construction effects of the provincial capital. According to the analysis, the relocation is expected to reduce the production by 290million won, value added by 709million won, and employment by 571 persons in Daegyeong economic region. Also, the relocation turns out to decrease the production by 1,179million won and value added by 123million won of other regions. This paper discusses some policy implications of the analysis.
