Factor Analysis of Rambling Impediment of New Graduates and Entrants Between Occupations and Educations in Korea IT Labor Market -A central focus on recent unemployment of one factor findings in korea IT labor market (한국의 IT분야 신규 전문인력의 노동이동 저해 분석 - IT 신규 졸업자의 실업원인 규명을 위하여 -)

  • The central focus of this research paper is to explore the recent structural core empirical unemployment reason of IT new professional manpower who graduated in higher education level in Korea. The final goal of this issue is to estimate and analyze rambling impediment in IT manpower labor market between 26 detail occupations and between detail occupations and 3 educational levels of new graduates and entrants who entered in IT 6 occupational groups composing 26 particular occupations. This study uses the 2004 data published by the Ministry of ICT and relies upon both one-way analysis of variance and two-way analysis variance to tackle the issue. According to the ANOVA results, 2 main points were delineated In the one-way analysis of variance method. the total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into two major components: within sum of squares (SSW) (6 detail occupations, 85%) and between sum of squares (SSG) (26 detail occupation, 15%) The other major finding is that total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into three major components: between detail occupations (SSG) (19.3%), between educations (SSB) and errors (SSE) (56%) in IT SIW development design group.

A Study on the Spatial Patterns and the Factors on Agglomeration of New Industries in Korea (신산업의 공간분포 패턴과 집적 요인에 관한 연구)

  • There is an increasing need to foster new industries at the local level. This study aims to analyze the spatial patterns of new industries in Korea from 2007-2017 and to figure out its determinants of agglomeration in 2017. Through this study, it is found that new industries are unevenly distributed around Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA). The regional disparity between SMA and non-SMA is prominent. Furthermore, new industries represent a strong spatial positive autocorrelation, showing a strong concentration on a few regions in Korea. This study explores the determinants on agglomeration of new industries with spatial statistical model. From the results of spatial error model, it is indicated that the number of graduate students, the ratio of technology based start-ups, and the number of elementary, middle, and high schools have a significant effect on new industries. In addition, the specialization and the diversity of industrial structure on knowledge-based manufacturing industries and knowledge-based service industries have been statistically significant. This study provides implications that non-SMA needs policies with respect to attracting talented people, developing human resources, and improving regional environment in order to improve regional competitiveness in promoting new industries.

  • This study can be summarized as follows : First, main participant, procedure and method of redevelopment of Inner port shall be additionally reviewed. Demands of stakeholder of Incheon Inner Port are actively accommodated to avoid the disruption in undertaking the project. Second, it must ensure the adequacy and appropriateness of policies regarding the redevelopment of the Inner Port in Incheon. It is necessary to obtain consent of people on this project. Third, appropriate system must be established to undertake the project. For this purpose, the governance system shall be built to collect the opinions of the people. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The national master plan and modify plans of Port redevelopment have been being undertaken based on Port Act. Incheon Inner Port redevelopment has been showing slight discrepancy with that of other ports. It's the essential part to coordinate the opinions and needs between the parties prior to the establishment of a redevelopment plan. This can be settled when it's warranted for dock workers to secure the job, and for port companies to provide replaceable piers as the precondition. In addition, eco-friendly waterfront leisure space shall be planned and alternative policies shall be arranged with accommodating the needs of local residents and merchants.

An Analysis of the Economic Effects for the Immersive Media Industry (실감미디어 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • The research on the immersive media technology is actively being done with the emergence of immersive services using immersive media, especially in the broadcasting industry and with the increased market demand for it. The industry which produces, transmits, processes and services the immersive contents is commonly called Immersive Media Industry. Immersive Media Industry has recently received attention as next-generation strategic industry with its high marketability and its high possibility of market expansion through convergence with other industry such as education, health, advertisement, travel and public service industry. As other advanccd country such as the U.S., Japan and Europe buckle down to take the innitiative in the immersive media industry, Korea government also begins to make plan to promote the immersive media industry. As above, immersive media industry is a cutting-edge convergence industry which embraces broadcasting, telecommunication and contents industry and it is rising as core growth engine industry. This article analyses the economic effects of immersive media industry through quantatitive method and evaluates the relations between the immersive media industry and the other related industries. As a result, the effect on production inducement of immersive media industry is 610.9 billion Korean Won; the effect on value-added inducement is 468.7 billion Korean Won; and it is measured that 3,258 job will be created by the immersive media industry.

Properties of CaO added MgO Sintering at High Pressure and Low Temperatures (CaO 첨가된 MgO의 고압 저온 소결 조건에 따른 물성연구)

  • We executed the property changes of the sintered MgO (99.9% purity, 300nm size) specimens with addition to CaO content of 0.00wt%, 0.25wt%, and 0.50wt%, processed at 7GPa, for 5min, 600~$800^{\circ}C$. To investigate the micro-structure and physical property changes of the sintered MgO(-CaO), we employed a scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffractomerty(XRD), Vickers hardness, and density. The SEM result showed that MgO powder of 300nm size was changed into sintered structure of 520nm by high pressure and low temperature sintering, regardless of the CaO contents. According to the XRD analysis, no CaO phase observed, while MgO peaks shift indicated the existence of CaO in the MgO matrix. The Vickers hardness result showed that hardness of sintered MgO-CaO increased by 12% compared pure MgO under the same temperature conditions. It implied that we can obtain the same hardness with $100^{\circ}C$ lowered sintering temperatures by addition of CaO. The density results showed that it was possible to obtain density of 98%, which is 5% greater than that of pure MgO at low temperature of $600^{\circ}C$.

Study of the ENC reduction considering Update (갱신을 고려한 전자해도 소형화 연구)

  • The satellite navigation system is widely used for identifying a user's position regardless of weather or geographic conditions and also make effect on new technology of marine LBS(Location Based Service). which has the technology of geographic information such as the ENC. Generally, there are conceivable systems of marine LBS such as ECDIS, or ECS that use the ENC itself with powerful processor in installed type on ships bridge. Since the ENC is relatively heavy structure with dummy format for data transfer between different systems, we should reduce the ENC to small and compact size in order to use it in mobile platform. In this paper, we assumed that the mobile system like PDA, or Webpad can be used for small navigation or information system in marine field. We considered the reduction of the ENC size to make them fit well to small capability of mobile platform. However, the ENC should be updated periodically by update profile data produced by HO. If we would reduce the ENC without a consideration of update, we could not get newly updated data furthermore. As summary, we studied considerations for ENC reduction with update capability. It will make the ENC be useful in many low performance platforms for various applications.

Luminescence Properties of $BaNb2O6:RE^{3+}$(RE=Eu, Dy) Phosphor Powders

  • 최근에 디스프로슘 이온이 도핑된 형광체의 백색 발광 현상 때문에 백색 발광 소재의 제조에 관한 연구가 상당한 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 $Eu^{3+}$$Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비를 변화시키면서 $BaNb_2O_6:RE^{3+}$ (RE=Eu, Dy) 형광체 분말을 합성한 결과를 보고한다. 특히 활성제 이온인 $Eu^{3+}$$Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비에 따른 $BaNb_2O_6$ 형광체 분말의 결정 구조, 입자의 모양과 크기, 흡광과 발광 스펙트럼의 변화를 관측하였고, 최적의 합성 조건을 제시하고자 한다. 파장 393 nm로 여기 시킨 $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비에 따른 $BaNb_2O_6$ 형광체 분말의 발광 스펙트럼은 580 nm에 주 피크를 갖는 황색 스펙트럼이 관측되었다. 이 발광 신호는 $^4F_{9/2}-^6H_{13/2}$ 전이 신호이다. $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비가 0 mol인 경우에는 발광 신호가 검출되지 않았다. $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비가 0.10 mol일 때 발광 피크의 세기는 최대이었으며, $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비가 더욱 증가함에 따라 발광 스펙트럼의 세기는 계속 증가하지 않고 갑자기 감소하기 시작하였다. 이것은 $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비가 임계값을 초과하여 더욱 증가하면 모체 격자들 사이에 치환 고용되어 있는 $Dy^{3+}$ 이온들 사이의 거리가 더욱 가까워져서 $Dy^{3+}$ 이온들이 서로 용이하게 결합함으로써 내부 산란에 의하여 발광의 세기가 감소함을 의미한다. 흡광 스펙트럼의 경우에, $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 몰 비가 0.01 mol일때 형광체 분말은 두 종류의 흡광 스펙트럼을 나타내었다. 첫째는 $Dy^{3+}$ 양이온과 $O^{2-}$ 음이온들 사이에 발생한 전하 전달 밴드에 의해 발생하는 310 nm를 정점으로 하여 280~340 nm 영역에 걸쳐서 광범위하게 분포하는 흡광 신호가 관측되었으며, 둘째는 $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 $4f^9$ 전자 배열 내에서 발생하는 4f-4f 전이 신호로서, 이것은 350~500 nm 영역에 걸쳐서 비교적 밴드폭이 좁은 다수의 흡광 신호가 나타났다. 본 실험에서는 다섯 개의 피크를 갖는 흡광 신호가 검출되었는데, 이중에서 제일 강한 주 피크인 393 nm의 흡수 파장은 모체 격자 내에 있는 $Dy^{3+}$ 이온의 바닥 상태인 $^6H_{15/2}$ 준위에서 여기 상태인 $^4F_{7/2}$ 인 에너지 준위로 전이하면서 발생한 신호이며, 이에 비하여 상대적으로 흡광 세기가 약한 370, 432, 458, 370 nm의 흡수 파장이 관측되었다.

다양한 활성제 이온이 치환 고용된 MgNb2O6 형광체의 특성

  • 최근에 산화물 형광체는 황화물 형광체에 비해 높은 화학적 안정성을 나타내기 때문에 백색 발광 다이오드, 전계방출 디스플레이와 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 그 응용성을 넓히고 있다. 마그네슘 니오베이트(magnesium niobate, MgNb2O6)는 우수한 유전 특성(상대 유전상수=18.4)을 나타내기 때문에 마이크로파 유전체로 응용 가능하며, 단일상 릴랙서 페라브스카이트(relaxor perovskite) Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3을 합성하기 위한 전구체 (precursor)로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 나이오븀산염 이온에서 다양한 색상을 방출하는 활성제 이온으로 효율적인 에너지 전달이 일어남으로써 Sm3+, Dy3+, Eu3+와 같은 희토류 이온의 좋은 모체 격자로 개발할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 마그네슘 니오베이트 MgNb2O6 모체 결정에 다양한 활성제 이온, 즉 Eu3+, Sm3+, Dy3+, Tb3+를 선택적으로 주입하여 발광 효율이 높은 천연색 형광체를 합성하고자 한다. 특히, 모체 결정에 주입되는 활성제 이온 주위의 국소적인 환경이 반전 대칭에서 변형되는 척도를 조사하여 활성제의 주 발광 파장의 세기가 최대가 되는 최적의 조건을 결정하고자 한다. Mg1-1.5xNb2O6:REx3+ 형광체 분말 시료는 초기 물질 MgO, Nb2O5와 희토류 이온을 화학 반응식에 맞게 정밀 저울로 측량하여 플라스틱 용기에 ZrO2 볼과 함께 넣고, 소정의 에탄올을 채운 뒤 밀봉하고서, 300 rpm의 속도로 20시간 볼밀 (ball-mill) 작업을 수행하였다. 그 후, 체(sieve)로 ZrO2 볼을 걸러낸 다음에 혼합된 용액을 각 비커에 담아서 $40^{\circ}C$의 건조기에서 24시간 건조하였고, 건조된 시료를 막자 사발에 넣고 잘게 갈고 80 ${\mu}m$의 체로 걸러낸 후에, 알루미나 도가니에 활성제 이온별로 각각 담아, 전기로에 장입하여 매분당 $5^{\circ}C$의 비율로 온도를 상승시켜 $350^{\circ}C$에서 5시간 동안 하소 공정을 실시한 후에, 온도를 계속 일정한 율로 증가시켜 $1,200^{\circ}C$에서 5시간 동안 소성하여 합성하였다. 합성된 형광체 분말의 결정 구조는 $Cu-K{\alpha}$ 복사선(파장: 1.5406)을 사용하여 X-선회절장치로 측정하였으며, 형광체의 표면 형상은 전계형 주사전자현미경으로 관측하였다. 흡광와 발광스펙트럼은 제논 램프를 광원으로 갖는 형광 광도계를 사용하여 측정하였다. 모체 결정에 활성제 이온 Eu3+, Sm3+, Dy3+, Tb3+가 도핑된 형광체 분말은 각각 적색, 주황색, 황색, 녹색 발광이 관측되었다. 각 발광 스펙트럼과 결정 입자의 크기와 형상 사이의 상호 관계를 조사하였다. 실험 결과로부터, 각 형광체의 발광 파장은 활성제 이온의 종류 와 서로 밀접하게 관련되어 있으며, 형광체 시료 합성시 활성제 이온의 농도를 선택적으로 조절함으로써 발광의 세기를 제어할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Preparation of Nanocomposite Metal Powders in Metal-Carbon System by Mechanical Alloying Process (기계적 합금화 방법에 의한 금속-카본계에서의 나노복합금속분말의 제조)

  • In metal-carbon system with no mutual solubility between matrix and alloying elements as solid or liquid phases, Cu-C-X nanocomposite metal powders were prepared by high energy ball milling for solid-lubricating bronze bearings. Elemental powder mixtures of Cu-lOwt.%C- 5wt. %Fe and Cu- lOwt. %C- 5wt. %Al were mechanically alloyed with an attritor in an argon atmosphere, and then microstructural evolution of the Cu-C-X nanocomposite metal powders was examined. It has been found that after 10 hours of MA, the approximately 10$\mu\textrm{m}$ sized Cu-C- X nanocomposite metal powders can be produced in both compositions. Morphological characteristics and microstructural evolution of the Cu-C-X powders have shown a similar MA procedure compared to those of metal-metal system. As a result of X - ray diffraction analysis, diffraction peaks of Cu and C were broaden and peak intensities were decreased as a function of MA time. Especially, the gradual disappearance of C peaks in the X- ray spectra is proved to be due to the lower atomic scattering factor of C. The calculated Cu crystallite sizes in Cu- C- X nanocomposite metal powders by Williamson- Hall equation were about lOnm size, on the other hand, the observed ones by TEM were in the range of 10 to 30nm.

  • This paper is to give Korean small and medium enterprises the direction for strengthening the competitiveness through looking the problems and improvements about the government policy that domestic small and medium enterprises is essential for the growth anc development. To derive these results, the theoretical background was established through considering the existing research literature. This paper has drawn the final policy alternatives through collecting field data and analysing the practical support after meeting with executives that are operating a small business related to research purposes. In this paper in order to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises of the government's support policy, it is critical for the financial support policy and the tax support policiest policy. The conclusions in this study are following. SMEs in Korean economic growth contribute greatly to advance industrial structure, regional balanced development, employment opportunities and to alleviate the concentration of economic power. However, there are these positive, and the negative such as the absence of entrepreneurial spirit and passive participation in society. Therefore, SMEs now should have your own a lot of effort to improve their competitiveness. In addition, government believe that SMEs directly impact on the national economy, especially the people, but they still need systematic and aggressive policy support in the future because of the lack of the result. Finally, if they try strategic approach for several issues and improvement of government's support policy that this study suggested for SMEs, the entrance toward developed countries can be through jumping of Korean economy.
