Purpose: This descriptive study aims to analyze the effects of the satisfaction level in the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, conflicts between them, acculturative stress and stress coping strategies on elderly depression in multi-cultural families. Methods: The survey was conducted on 89 mothers-in-law, aged 65 or older, in multi-cultural families with a foreign daughter-in-law. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, and then were used to conduct t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analyses using the statistical program SPSS 21.0. Results: This study found several factors contributing to depression of mothers-in-law in multi-cultural families. Those factors include living alone without a spouse, poor health, a high level of perceived discrimination and a passive reaction in terms of stress coping strategies. Conclusion: A sense of discrimination perceived by the mothers-in-law having a foreign daughter-in-law implies that the people around them and the community should make efforts to reject distorted perspectives and remove prejudice against foreign daughters-in-law. In addition, the mothers-in-law should receive education and training to use more active and positive stress coping strategies in a stressful situation with the foreign daughter-in-law.

This study aims to give suggestions based on survey to improve the quality of Global Construction Engineer Training Program in line with the government goals. The domestic construction industry in Korea has kept shrinking, whereas the global construction market is forecasted to keep expanding in the future. It has become an urgent task to be taken up for construction contractors and engineering firms so as to improve their capacity, in particular, in the fields of planning, management, finance as well as engineering. To deal with the lack of capacity of the domestic engineers and to help them emerge as global players in the competitive overseas construction market, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Korean government has designed a program called 'Global Construction Engineer Training Program.' The eligible target of the training program is mid-career professionals who are working for the construction contractors or engineering firms. To draw suggestions for this program, an importance-satisfaction analysis is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program implemented by the S University. The S University, along with C University, was selected as an implementation organization of the program in 2014 by the government. Through an email survey, the participating students in the program were asked questions on the importance and satisfaction against 17 indicators classified into 5 categories: instruction method, professional knowledge of instructors, contents of program, curriculum, and facility and environment. The survey results show that students are satisfied with the overall quality of the program, but it was also found that they want the program opens more coursework on practical application of knowledge, case studies, and global networking.

For competitiveness of national B2C (Business to Customer) service industry, improvement of process and analysis focused on customer and change of service system are needed. To achieve this goal, accurate feedbacks from customers play an important role; however, there is no quantitative and standard system in Korea. The medical tourism industry is taking center stage as a high value added industry among many other B2C service industries. In this paper, we suggest an evaluation model for customer satisfaction measurement about medical tourism industry and the application system on smartphone for that.

This study aims to suggest the direction for improving the mental health of married women by analyzing the relationship between married women's life stress, life satisfaction, self-elasticity, and coping stances. For this study, 200 married women in their 30s~60s living in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed on January 2~15, 2020, and the results were analyzed using multiple regression and regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the main causes of life stress felt by married women were economic problems, relationships with their children, and conflict between mother in law and daughter in law. By analyzing the relationship with life satisfaction, it turned out that life stress had a relationship with life satisfaction, which affected the decline in their life satisfaction. In addition, it was verified that the self-elasticity and coping stances had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the life stress and life satisfaction of married women. Accordingly, improving self-elasticity and coping stances will likely reduce the life stress of married women and boost their life satisfaction.

This study aims to figure out the relation between the demographic characteristics and job satisfaction of those who work at fashion companies. The subject of this study is those who work at fashion companies beyond the small and medium sized businesses and designer brand employees in Busan. We used SPSS/WIN 10.0 to analyze the data for this study. The job satisfaction was found to increase in proportion to the satisfaction with the job itself, the senior of official, wage and colleagues, which increases along with the level of post. The job satisfaction was found to be proportional to the level of work specialization, satisfaction with the company and welfare. The job satisfaction and the performance would improve if the work environment for employees is made better by making their works more diverse and discretionary to ensure a successful growth of fashion companies.

The change in the demand and perception of wigs worn for hair loss is getting better, but hair extension is emerging as a new treatment method that improves as there are inconvenient areas such as hair loss, bleaching, and tangling of wigs themselves, and time spent on unnatural hair styling and wearing wigs. The purpose of this study is to verify that the quality of life of middle-aged female hair loss is positively affected by hair growth techniques that weave wool strands into their hair. Those surveyed were middle-aged women with hair loss and were analyzed by measuring the quality of life before and after hair growth. The analysis showed that hair increased techniques affects the economic satisfaction, physical satisfaction, mental satisfaction and social satisfaction of middle-aged women with hair loss, indicating that hair increased techniques is effective in improving the quality of life for middle-aged women with hair loss. It is also expected that the beauty industry will develop high value through hair increased techniques, a blue ocean in the beauty market.

As culture content industry is regarded as a high value-added creation industry, many universities have run various kinds of programs such as interdisciplinary programs to develop human resources recently. J University has also offered a culture content interdisciplinary program since 2006. 6 departments are engaged in the interdisciplinary program. However, the research related to the assessment of courses and management about interdisciplinary programs rarely exists. In this paper, we firstly analyze the satisfaction levels of the classes and the management of the culture content interdisciplinary program runs in our University. In addition, in order to propose a desirable method to run the interdisciplinary program, we analyze the comprehension levels of students and the effectiveness of the education. Finally, we propose a future direction for a successful program based on our analysis results.

With the development of ubiquitous computing and the construction of infrastructure for one-to-one personalized services, the importance of context-aware services based on user's situation and environment is being spotlighted. The smart home technology connects real space and virtual space, and converts situations in reality into information in a virtual space, and provides user-oriented intelligent services using this information. In this paper, we proposed the discovery of the behavior sequence pattern using the mining in the smart home. We discovered the behavior sequence pattern by using mining to add time variation to the association rule between locations that occur in location transactions. We can predict the path or behavior of user according to the recognized time sequence and provide services accordingly. To evaluate the performance of behavior consequence pattern using mining, we conducted sample t-tests so as to verify usefulness. This evaluation found that the difference of satisfaction by service was statistically meaningful, and showed high satisfaction.

As an alternative to improving the quality of life of the elderly and meeting the needs of high-level care, nursing services and needs, we aim to be the basis for formulating improvement proposals by applying the development of a fragrant healing-based fusion and complex social service professional training program. After conducting a questionnaire survey of 30 trainees in Guangzhou for 16 days from June 14, 2021 to September 23, 2021, and conducted a 7-day questionnaire survey, the education preference survey showed that in the educational preference, aromatherapy education was the highest surveyed at 42.11%, and the need for aromatherapy courses after the application of educational programs was the highest at 50%, and satisfaction was the highest at 48%. Accordingly, this study is used as a basis for the revitalization of the age-friendly industry and aims to contribute to the consolidation of senior care and nursing services and the securing of excellent personnel related to high-value-added fusion and complex social services.

Medical tourism refers to visiting overseas to receive medical services and tourism at the same time. In other words, it can be said that it is a tourism activity that combines medical service, various cultural activities, leisure, and shopping. As such, medical tourism is not limited to simple medical services, but is a new high-value-added industry that creates new profits by fusion with tourism services. Many countries are making continuous efforts to foster their own tourism industry by attracting foreign tourists. Therefore, in order to secure competitiveness in dental services among the medical tourism industry in Korea, this study was to examine the relationship between dentist's treatment, hospital facilities, dental staff, and patient satisfaction. As a result, it was found that the dentist's treatment had a positive effect on both the staff of the dental facility in the hospital and the satisfaction of the patient.
