Measurement and Analysis of Conduction Noise through Microstrip Line Attached with Composite Sheets of Iron Particles and Rubber Matrix (마이크로스트립 전송선로를 이용한 순철 압분체-고무 복합재의 전도노이즈 흡수특성 측정 및 해석)

  • Attenuation of conduction noise through microstrip line attached with the high lossy iron flakes-rubber composites has been investigated in GHz frequencies. Microstrip line was designed with characteristic impedance of 50 $\Omega$ and a length corresponding to the center frequency of 3 GHz. Iron flakes were fabricated by mechanical forging of spherical iron powders using an attrition mill. The fabricated microstrip line shows a ideal propagation characteristics of S$\sub$11/ < -60 dB and S$\sub$21/ = 0 dB. Attaching a noise absorbing sheet on the microstrip line, S$\sub$11/ increases to about -10 dB and S$\sub$21/ decreases to -20~-60 dB depending on the length of absorbing sheet. The calculated power loss is as high as 80% in the frequency range 2~8 GHz. It is suggested that the most critical material parameter is magnetic loss for the enhancement of noise attenuation.

  • This study is about appling non-exposure waterproofing method which combines the Cement Polymer Modified Waterproof Membrane coating and Selfadhesive Rubberized Asphalt sheet to the Roof Structure, Because there are a lot of problems in previous methods. So We had the performance tests using waterproofing method which combines two materials, and we analyzed the results. This study showed us very important results. We had bond strength test and tensile test under high, normal and low temperature, and the results were successful. And we also tested for coping with crack and movement. We found that tested materials were safe in those conditions. I think that Non-Exposure waterproofing method which combines the Cement Polymer Modified Waterproof Membrane coating and Selfadhesive Rubberized Asphalt sheet is available to concrete structure.

  • 이 논문은 접은 도체박판의 단순한 구조가 전자유도형 변환기 역할을 한다는 것을 기술하고 있다. Endoh 등은 볼록한 나선코일과 동박판으로 구성된 볼록한 방사면 모양을 한 전자유도형 변환기가 시간적으로 짧은 충격파를 발생할 수 있기 때문에 뚜렷한 초음파 영상을 얻을 목적으로 Eisenmenger에 이어 전자유도형 EMAT를 보고한 바 있다. 여기서는 코일이 없는 EMAT를 소개한다. 이것은 두께 0.05mm, 폭 5cm 길이 임의의 동박판으로 구성되며 동박판은 절연도료를 칠한 종이로 절연되고 접어서 견고하게 밀착시키며, 여러번 접는 경우는 손부채처럼 접는 방향은 교대로 반대방향으로 접는다. 그리고는 엷은 고무판을 표면에 밀착시키고 연변을 실리콘 충전제등으로 고정시키거나, polyester molding을 하여 표면을 concave형으로 하여 완성하였다. 완성된 EMAT들은 수조에서 축전기방전방식으로 실험을 하였으나 EMAT에서 발생되는 으파의 진폭은 접는 회수에 비례하였으녀, 단접형 EMAT보다 다접형 EMAT의 발생음파가 보다 강력하였다. Concave형 EMAT의 음속은 예견한 바와 같이 잘 집속되었다. 그러나 평판형의 경우는 지향성은 100도로서 넓은 지향각을 나타내었다. 2μF, 600Volt의 축전기 방전에 의한 집속형 concave EMAT를 여기시키기 위한 축전기의 용량이 작을수록 대역폭은 더욱 넓었다.

  • 레이저를 이용한 속도측정은 비접촉식 정밀측정이라는 장점 때문에 산업현장의 생산라인에서 온-라인 계측장비로 이용되고 있다. 특히, 철강업에서는 각종 설비의 제어를 위한 속도측정이나 연신률 측정 및 길이측정에 활용되고 있으며 제지분야나 고무생산 현장에서도 계측장비로 활용성이 점점 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 레이저를 이용하여 비접촉식 속도계(Laser Doppler Velocimeter; LDV)를 제작하고 특성을 연구하였다. 기본 원리는 두 개의 레이저 빔을 측정대상의 한 지점에 입사시키고 이 지점에서 산란된 빛의 세기를 광검지기로 측정한 후 광검지기 출력의 주파수를 분석하여 측정대상의 속도를 산출하는 방법으로 두 개의 레이저 빔의 주파수가 같은 homodyne type과 주파수가 다른 heterodyne type으로 나누어지고 있다. Heterodyne type의 LDV 시스템은 속도값과 함께 측정대상의 이동방향을 알 수 있고, 측정신호가 고주파 대역에 있으므로 레이저의 불안정성이나 전원잡음 등에 의한 저주파 잡음을 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. (중략)

  • 자동차 태수의 급격한 증가 및 일상생활에 있어서의 자동차 사용할 때간 증대는 곧 개개인의 생 활공간에 대한 자동차의 점유비율이 높아가고 있음을 입증한다. 따라서 거주성, 안락감, 쾌적성 등 종합적 주거환경에 관한 고객의 요구 역시 높은 수준으로 만족되어야 한다. 그러나 연비, 생 산성향상 등 경제적 측면의 요구에 부합하기 위한 자량의 경량화, 소형화 추세는 위에서 언급된 차내 주거환경을 저해하는 여러 가지 난제를 안겨주고 있다. 특히 안락감, 쾌적성의 저해는 가 장 직접적으로 나타나는 문제이며, 이는 차체의 진동입력에 대한 감수성 증대와 진동전달계류의 단서화에 따른 절연능력의 저하에 기인하는 것으로 보인다. 더구나 이와같은 진동문제는 대부분 차내소음을 유발시키며 넓은 주파수범위(홍80-120Hz)에 걸쳐 이들 두가지가 서로 달성되는 경우 가 많기 때문에 대적성의 저해요인으로 가장 크게 주목되고 있다. 자동차 진동 소음의 저감을 위한 노력은 실험적, 이론적 해석방법의 진보에 힘입어 꾸준한 소모로 실현되고 있으며 발생기구, 전달계류, 응답계류을 통틀어 부분적 또는 종체적인 연구가 계속되고 있다. 이와같은 세가지 계류중 전달계류은 발생기구와 응답계류 각각의 특성에 대하여 상호보완적인 역할을 수행해야 하기 때문에 항시 까다로운 요구조건을 안락시키도록 연구되어야 한다. 본고에서는 진동 소음의 전달계류중 가장 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 방진고무의 기본적역할 및 이들의 동력학적 측 면에서의 응용원리에 대해 검토하고 최근 급변하는 신기술동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

  • Effects of CR contents in NR/CR blends on the vulcanization kinetics and miscibility were studied by dynamic DSC and TGA, as well as the mechanical properties. While the vulcanization activation energy showed a constant value of $77.5{\pm}2.5$ kcal/mol regardless of CR contents, reaction rate, however, was observed to be somewhat lowered at increased CR contents. Partial miscibility was found between NR and CR phases at lower CR content of 3 wt%, but immiscibility was observed at higher CR content of 21 wt%. Mechanical properties were also affected by this miscibility, showing linear increase of compression set but decrease of tensile strength with CR contents in the blends.

  • Two types of ABS were prepared from diffrent types of rubber, and blends of the ABS and PMMA were compounded and evaluated in terms of morphology, mechaincal and rheological properties. In addition, the effect of carbon black in the ABS/PMMA blends were studied. With increasing PMMA content, flexural modulus, tensile yield strength, and surface gloss of the blends increased, but elongation at break and Izod Impact strength decreased. With carbon black addition, mechanical properties were generally decreased. Effects of the type of ABS, and carbon black on melt properties were also studied.

Effect of Atmospheric Pressure Flame Plasma Treatment on Surface and Adhesive Bonding Properties between Steel Plate and Rubber (대기압 화염 플라즈마 처리가 강판의 표면 및 고무와의 접착특성에 미치는 영향)

  • To increase the adhesive strength of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) and steel plate, the atmospheric pressure flame plasma(APFP) treatment device is applied. The effect of various conditions(processing velocity and distance) is experimentally investigated to ascertain the optimum conditions to yield the best adhesive properties. It is found that the optimum distance between burner port and steel plate is 40mm and the optimum processing velocity is 50m/min at given condition. When the surface is coated twice with the bonding agent, the adhesion strength of APFP treated steel plate is increased to about 20.5%. It suggests that the surface modification of steel by flame plasma treatment at atmospheric pressure is a proper and applicable method to improve the adhesion strength between steel and rubber.

Vulcanization Efficiency of Non-polar Rubber Compounds by Microwave (마이크로파를 이용한 비극성 고무컴파운드의 가황 효율)

  • The rate of vulcanization of nonpolar ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer(EPDM)/carbon black compounds was investigated by using hot air and microwave as a heating source. The present study parameters such as heating source, sample thickness, and loading of an additive. The compound thickness was the main factor in the hot air vulcanization. It was due to the poor thermal conductivity of EPDM; that is, the thicker thickness, the lower vulcanization rate. For 100% vulcanization, the compound with 3 mm thickness required 7 min at $250^{\circ}C$ in the hot air system. However, the vulcanization of EPDM compounds by microwave system was not affected by the thickness while strongly dependent on the amount of a polar additive, carbon black. A compound with 80 phr of carbon black was perfectly vulcanized within 30 sec. These results suggest that the use of microwave as a heating source is an effective method for the vulcanization of compounds including a polar component.

Investigation of the level difference of floor impact noises through the shape variation of EVA resilient materials with composite floor structure (EVA 완충재의 형상변환을 통한 복합구조의 바닥충격음 변이 조사)

  • The present study aims to investigate the level difference of floor impact noises of composite floor structure using EVA resilient materials. In order to this, four different types of resilient materials were designed combining PET, PP sheet and EVA mount including Flat type, Deck type, Cavity type and Mount type. Totally 9 different samples were made for acoustic measurements which were carried out twice with bang-machine and impact ball as the heavy-weight floor impact noise sources. All the floor impact noise measurements were undertaken at the authentication institution. As a result, concerning Flat and Cavity types, it was found that 2 dB ~ 5 dB of heavy-weight floor impact noise was reduced supplementally when PET was added, while floor impact noise larger than 50 dB was acquired when single resilient material was used. Especially, most high performance was obtained for Mount type with 1st grade of light-weight floor impact noise and 2nd grade of heavy-weight floor impact noise. This is because of material property with low dense PET sound absorption materials which fill all around EVA mounts. Also, it was considered that this results are due to the sound impact absorption by the both EVA mounts and the air cavity between EVA mount and PP sheet. Also, it was found that at least 36 EVA mounts per 1m2 area of resilient panel make more noise reduction of heavy-weight floor impact noises.
