The Effect of Selected Properties Bakery Act in Accordance with the Customer's Use of Propensity to Consume: Focused on Busan (베이커리 이용고객의 소비성향에 따른 선택속성이 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 부산지역을 중심으로)

  • This study examined the factors that affect the relationship between customer consumption propensity, customer bakery selction and customer behavioral intention. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to the consumers, of which 27 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 28 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required in the study, SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that three factors regarding customer consumption propensity were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.778 and a total cumulative variance of 62.121%. With regard to bakery selection attributes, three factors were extracted with a total cumulative variance of 65.69% and a KMO score of 0.776. One factor for behavioral intention was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 69.82% and a KMO score of 0.803. All factors were significant to 0.000 and the correlation between variables was significant. Thus, based on the results, the main research hypothesis that identifies the relationships between bakery selection attributes and behavioral intention was partially adopted.

  • The video content platform, which is a social media, is used as a means of producing various contents with high immersion, ease of use, and low production conditions. However, existing social media-related studies were insufficient to examine differences in existing information attributes despite the differences in platform types. Therefore, this study intends to examine the relationship between existing media and social media information attributes. The research model was analyzed by surveying 213 video content users. As a result of the research model analysis, information playability, information timeliness, and information provider reliability had a significant effect on information usefulness. However, information vividness, information accuracy, information neutrality, and professionalism of information providers did not have a significant effect. Through this study, the difference between video content and existing media or social media was found, and it was found that a reliable information provider should provide pleasant content at the right time. In addition, through the understanding of the information processing process of video content, which is a key player in the growth of social media, we believe that it will be very helpful in producing quality content.

  • This study is to investigate consumer's purchasing behavior by types of retail store and to conduct Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to exhort adequate competitive strategy to the traditional market. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result shows that consumer spends more time and less money at the traditional market due to the difficulties of store searching by store arrangement and construction of the market. Second, this study suggest that the traditional market needs to change their competitive strategy in same level with the discount stores, the traditional market can concentrate their capability on specialization and uniqueness of their product to meet the consumer's needs. Third, according to the result on quadrant(concentrate here) of IPA, traditional market is marked on ease of refund, convenience of after service and parking facility, and cleanliness of bathroom while the discount store and the department store are marked on high credibility level and quality of product.

  • 본 연구는 컨조인트 분석기법을 이용하여 의자의 물리적 적합도를 분석, 평가하여 사용자가 선호하는 최적의 의자를 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 컨조인트 분석기법은 Marketing 분야에서 주로 많이 쓰여온 분석 방법으로서 제품의 중요한 속성들을 찾아내어 다양한 종류의 제품들에 대한 고객의 선호도를 분석하는 방법이다. 이러한 컨조인트 분석기법은 제품개발과 평가의 측면에서 매우 큰 가능성이 있음에도 불구하고 마켓팅 이외의 분야에서는 거의 적용되자 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의자의 물리적 적합성 연구에 이 컨조인트 분석을 이용하여 그 적용의 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 적합성 연구에 컨조인트 분석기법이 타당한 분석기법인지 비교하기 위해 분산분석의 기법도 병행하여 실시하였다. 문헌 조사와 전문가 의견 수렴을 통하여 선행연구에서 추출된 의자의 물리적 적합도 요소인 안정성, 여유성, 적합성, 안락성등 4개의 적합도 요소를 채택하여 종속변수로 사용하였다. 또한 의자 자체의 설계 요소에 해당하는 휴먼인터페이스 요소(HIE)는 높이 조절 여부, 팔걸이 유무, Tilting 유무의 3가지 속성을 선택하여 독립변수로 사용하였다. 분석에 사용된 의자는 각 속성을 특징적으로 대표하는 8개의 의자들로서 구성하였고 63명의 피험자를 사용하여 실험하였다. 분석의 결과는 안정성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 속성은 높이조절(HC)로서 남자와 여자 모두 높이조절 기능이 없을 때 안정성을 느낀다는 결과가 나왔다. 여유성에 영향을 주는 가장 큰 요인은 남자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때, 여자는 팔걸이가 있을 때 여유성이 있다고 판단하였으며, 인체적합성에 영향을 주는 요인은 남자와 여자 모두 Tilting 기능이, 안락성에 영향을 주는 주요인은 남자는 Tilting 기능이 있을 매, 여자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때인 것으로 나타났다.감, 강연성, 회복성, 수분특성, 밀도감이었으며, 요인들로 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. A Study on the Portal Site POI Contents Characteristics On Customer Favorability and Visit Intention: Focusing on the restaurants

  • In this paper, we propose ways how portal site POI(Point-of-Interest) contents by analyzing the effect of portal site POI contents attributes on favorability, satisfaction, and visit intention, and to propose a strategic marketing plan using portal site POI contents in restaurants. In this study, a survey was conducted on 300 people who had experience using portal site POI contents. Through prior research, the portal site POI contents attributes were classified into accuracy, authority, aesthetics, and currency. To verify the research hypothesis, single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to confirm the relationship between variables. To summarize the core research results, first, the portal site POI contents attribute showed a positive relationship with favorability. Second, it was found that the portal site POI contents attribute had a positive relationship with satisfaction. Third, it was found that favorability had an effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that favorability had an effect on the visit intention. Fifth, satisfaction was found to have an effect on the visit intention. Based on the analysis results, in order to induce customer visits in restaurants, it is necessary to make good use of portal site POI contents to increase user favorability and to allow users to visit stores.

  • Due to imbalances in supply and demand within the labor market, start-ups have emerged as crucial players in the generation of high-quality employment opportunities, particularly in stagnant job markets. In response to this trend, governments are allocating substantial financial and human resources to initiatives that support start-up development. This has led to an increasing rate of engagement in start-up ventures across diverse age groups, not limited to younger individuals. Start-ups are enterprises focused on the commercialization of innovative ideas with the aim of achieving profitability in the marketplace. Research concerning the successful market integration of new products and the attainment of sustainable growth is pivotal. Such research is instrumental not only for the success of start-ups but also for realizing the broader social functions and contributions that these enterprises can offer. Previous research has often examined new product market-entry strategies, often referred to as new product marketing, particularly for large companies and SMEs. However, there is a gap in studies focusing on prototype marketing strategies specific to start-ups. Thus, this study aims to examine the impact of Pre-announcing marketing strategies on the market attention garnered by start-ups with low recognition and limited infrastructure, and how such attention contributes to their sustainable growth. Specifically, the study aims to uncover the causal relationship between information attributes like relevance, vividness, and novelty in building customer relationships, and their impact on purchase intentions influenced by performance expectations and hedonic motivations. In terms of Pre-announcing information attributes, relevance, vividness, and novelty positively influence performance expectations and hedonic motivations as outlined in the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2). These factors, in turn, positively impact the purchase intention for pre-announced new products from start-ups. These findings are expected to provide both theory and practical insights into the factors influencing market entry through the use of Pre-announcing marketing strategies for start-up new products.

A Study on the Foodservice Quality of Japanese Restaurants using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) (중요도-만족도 분석을 활용한 일식 레스토랑의 품질특성에 관한 연구)

  • Japanese restaurant owners seek to secure their competitive advantage by implementing a unique competition strategy that may overcome hostile environment. Brand power, aggressive expansion and the partnership strategy with other businesses may be suggested. The present study is to find out the competitive advantages of Japanese restaurants, to compare the importance and satisfaction by different customer factors of choices and then, to identify what kinds of factors affect customer satisfaction. Total 205 copies of questionnaire, out of 230 distributed, were used for analyses. Cronbarch's alpha coefficient of all 20 items was 0.911. In terms of importance, Cronbarch's alpha coefficients were 0.887(food), 0.796(menu), 0.851(employee), 0.815(service), and 0.730(physical environment). For satisfaction, the coefficients were 0.876(food), 0.860(menu), 0.880(employee), 0.851(service), 0.730(physical environment). In addition, the exploratory factor analysis showed an acceptable factor loading, supporting 20 items' validity. The result showed that customers' perceptions of the importance of Japanese restaurant service quality was higher than their level of satisfaction in general. In particular, IPA analysis revealed that food and service factors were well operated as located in the first quadrant. However, service factor located in the second quadrant was perceived to be important yet perceived as being satisfied poorly. So this study suggests that Japanese restaurant owners should concentrate on the attributes included in this quadrant to improve the quality of foodservice. Lastly, menu and physical environment factors were located in the third quadrant showing low level of importance and satisfaction. On the basic of the IPA analysis, Japanese restaurant owners should identify their strengths and weaknesses and draw up a plan to improve service quality and to maximize their profits.

  • Recently the demand for hospital care increased competition and a variety of new and expansion is a real situation that faced with a situation. These factors, in reality, the importance of the physical environment of the hospital soon for the hospital's survival and development, as well as the native functionality of the hospital to gain the core a competitive edge is being evaluated as a core competence. therefore this study aims to examine the effect of the physical environment of medical institutions on visits in patients satisfaction, worth of mouth and revisit intention. Some useful strategic materials derived from this study could be considerably useful to the managers of medical institutions. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the key elements which can decide the quality of the physical environment of medical institutions are accessibility, cleanness and convenience. Second, the perceived physical environment makes a positive influence on visits in patients satisfaction. Third, the more satisfaction the customers can perceive, the higher rises the worth of mouth. Fourth, the more satisfaction the customers can perceive, the higher rises the revisit intention.

A Study on the Importance and Performance of the Display of Dining Space for Hotel Banquets (호텔 연회 식공간 연출에 대한 중요도와 만족도 분석 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction by investigating the performance(satisfaction) and importance of the display of dining space for hotel banquets. The importance and satisfaction scores of the display of dining space were measured on the five-point Likert scale. The results were summarized as follows. 'Taste of food(4.53 point)', 'freshness of food materials(4.50 point)', and 'indoor cleanliness(4.38 point)' were considered highly important while 'carpet shape of the floor(3.68 point)' and 'art objects(3.69 point)' were scored low. As for the factors of satisfaction, 'freshness of food materials(3.86 point)', 'taste of food(3.85 point)', 'indoor cleanliness(3.74 point)', and 'overall cleanliness of tables(3.73 point)' were considered highly satisfactory while 'art objects(3.42 point)', 'item decoration(3.44 point)', 'furniture and accessory decoration(3.45 point)' were scored low. As a result of analyzing difference between importance and performance of the display of dining space, importance(4.02 point) was much higher than performance(3.60 point). For the IPA result, customers made much account of 'taste of food', 'freshness of food materials', 'indoor cleanliness', 'overall cleanliness of tables', 'cleanliness state of a banquet hall' and so on, so they were regarded as the items to be continuously cared for. Also, intensive care was needed in such factors as 'indoor temperature', 'food vessels', 'soundproofing' and 'colors of a banquet hall' due to low customer satisfaction.

A Study on the Importance-Performance Analysis of Food Service Event Attributes in Participants and Organizers (외식 이벤트 속성의 참여자-주최자간 중요도와 만족도의 비교 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze importance and performance factors on the quality of food service event attributes in participants and organizers, so that it could provide helpful information to build up a detailed marketing strategy and present considerations for revisit increase and more efficient business results as well. Importance on food service event attributes scored a higher level than performance on the whole. Notably, in regard to the attributes of food service event, it was found that respondents put higher stress on vessel(4.10 points), natural seasoning(4.06 points), reservation service(4.04 points), parking service(3.95 points), customer level(3.85 points), organizer's service (3.84 points), polished atmosphere (3.83 points) and taste of food (3.83 points) than anything else. In terms of IPA analysis on food service event attributes, it was important to continuously maintain 'vessel', 'reservation service', customer level', 'sauce taste', 'recency', price', 'chefs fame', etc. Some items such as 'parking service', 'natural seasoning', 'polished atmosphere', 'taste of food', 'see off service', 'cleanliness' are in need of intensive care and operation.
