The Effects of Servicescapes of the Korean Restaurants on Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction (한식당의 서비스스케이프가 지각된 가치 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of servicescapes of the Korean restaurants on perceived value and customer satisfaction. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows: First, among factors of servicescape, space, aesthetics, cleanliness, convenience and comfort had a significant influence on perceived value. Second, among factors of servicescape, aesthetics, cleanliness and comfort had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Third, perceived value had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Finally, the conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce perceived value and customer satisfaction based on the findings.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine service quality elements in China Bank Industry and influence on service value, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. This study is composed one parallel comparison of documentary and evidential researches. To verify research model, the survey about medical institution and hospital services were conducted in Daqing of Heilongjiang Province, in China. Collected data was analyzed and the results are introduced in this paper. The findings ar as followed. This study has modified three-dimensional model of service quality: "interaction quality", "outcome quality" and "physical environment quality". Research was focused on investigating the direct effect of every service quality dimension on customer satisfaction. But "outcome quality "has only direct effect on service value, "interaction quality" and "physical environment quality" have not direct effect on service value in this study. Service value has direct effect on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. And customer satisfaction was the significant mediating role in the relationship of the service value and reuse intention.

  • This study classified online shopping mall using value as utility and hedonic value based on previous studies. And we examine the effect of online shopping mall value on user attitude and customer loyalty. Meanwhile, variety seeking is a personal tendency that wants to new change over time. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of online shopping mall usage value(utility, hedonic), user attitude according to variety seeking. The following are main results of this study. First, utility value and hedonic value have a significant effects on user attitude. Second, user attitude of online shopping mall have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Third, The relationship that online shopping mall using value affect user attitude is differ depending on variety seeking. Based on these findings, in this study examined the significant influence of online shopping mall using value, user attitude, customer loyalty. this study suggested to marketing practitioners the need for different approach by a variety seeking.

Determinants of Customer Loyalty in the Context of Online Shopping: A Comparative Analysis of Internet Shopping and Mobile Shopping (온라인 쇼핑 상황에서 고객충성도의 결정요인: 인터넷 쇼핑과 모바일 쇼핑의 비교 분석)

  • This study focuses on customer loyalty that explains how firms can maintain long-term relationship with customers, in the internet shopping and mobile shopping contexts. Specifically, this study examines the key determinants of customer loyalty from two perspectives: service quality and shopping value. Concerning service quality, previous studies have long argued that it is a starting point of building customer loyalty. Shopping value is a key variable in capturing consumers' shopping motives. In this study, we consider two types of shopping value: usefulness as utilitarian value and enjoyment as hedonic value. Moreover, this study examines whether the effects of service quality and shopping value on customer loyalty differ depending on internet and mobile shopping groups. To test the proposed hypotheses, we conducted multiple linear regression analysis and chow test with a total of 199 data collected on users who have experience in internet shopping and mobile shopping. The key findings are as follows: First, in the internet shopping group, customer loyalty depends on service quality (responsiveness and empathy) and usefulness, whereas in the mobile shopping, it only depends on enjoyment. Second, the impacts of service quality and shopping value on customer loyalty are different depending on internet shopping and mobile shopping. The results imply that e-tailors should develop differential methods suitable for internet shopping or mobile shopping to enhance customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality, value congruence influences uncertainty avoidance, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. In so doing, this study conducts a survey on participants who are using banking services in the Changchun, Jinan, Guangzhou of Jilin Province, Shandong Province and Guangdong Province. The findings are as followed. First, Uncertainty avoidance plays an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction, between value congruence and customer satisfaction. Uncertainty avoidance has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Second, value congruence has a direct effect on uncertainty avoidance, but is significantly negative. Third, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

  • The purpose of this research is to prove a possibility which contributes the globalization of Korean dining and its potential in perceptions from international visitors about images of LOHAS they have. The main study results as follows. There were three subordinate concepts; health, eco-friendly, and substantiality. Second, perceived value noticeably affected the satisfaction of korean restaurant. respectively, the satisfaction of korean restaurant also noticeably affected customer loyalty. This research suggested academic implications of contributable view on foodservice management and tourism study based on the result from Japanese visitors with their Perceived value and domestic restaurant customer loyalty toward Korean dining LOHAS. This study also suggests the implication of the globalization of Korean dining and taking a position as a supporter of the globalization plan from korean dining foundation. Additionally, this study intended to present capable contribution based on the results of study with related proposals of globalization of Korean dining, Korea in-bound tour, and its interagency.

  • Competition in Internet open-market has become fiercer as much for its growth possibility in differentiating from the general commercial market. For this reason, internet open-market entrepreneurs should make effective strategy in improving customers' e-loyalty to survive in the highly competitive internet open-market as in off-line market and to aim for growth through constant profit making. To satisfy with the goal, this study has been performed as the empirical research that confirms to the influence and relationship of e-service quality affected on the perceived value, customer satisfaction and e-loyalty. This is based on the result that e-service quality affected on e-loyalty for internet open-market. The research results are shown as follows; first, all factors including the perceived value and customer satisfaction, except possibility of system use, have the effect of e-service quality. Second, the perceived value between measurements affects significantly on customer satisfaction. And third, the perceive value and the customer satisfaction are a1so meaningfully influential to e-loyalty. The result presents important point that entrepreneurs in Internet open-market need to do their best to maintain in making profits for the future by improving the customers' e-loyalty and securing customers with high loyalty via continually revealing new influential factors on e-service quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction.

  • 웹 2.0 기술의 급속한 발전은 인터넷을 통한 커뮤니티 형성을 효과적으로 가능하게 함으로서 소셜네트워킹 사이트(SNS)의 급속한 성장을 가져왔다. 본 연구는 소셜네트워킹 사이트의 고객충성도를 높이는 요인이 무엇인가를 실증적으로 밝히는데 있다. 연구모형은 세 개의 독립요인(시스템 능력, 정보 적절성, 콘텐츠 가치)과 두 개의 매개요인(사이트 매력도, e-고객만족)으로 구성되어 있다. 중국인들을 대상으로 한 실증연구 결과 정보 적절성과 콘텐츠 가치가 사이트 매력도에 직접 영향을 미치며, 이는 다시 고객만족을 통하여 고객의 충성도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사이트 매력도는 고객만족과 고객충성도에 강력한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형에 대한 경로분석결과 사이트 매력도는 고객만족도를 높이는 중요한 매개변수임을 밝히고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜네트워크 사이트에서 이 매개변수들을 어떻게 하면 효과적으로 높일 것인가에 대한 다양한 시사점들을 제시하고 있다.

A Study on the Moderating Effect of Customer Type in Reward Programs and Customer Satisfaction Relations (보상프로그램과 고객만족간의 관계에 있어 고객유형의 조절효과에 관한 연구(제2보))

  • This study investigates the moderating effect of customer type(deal prone/promotion insensitives) on the relationship between perceived values on the reward program of tele-communication firms and customer satisfaction. To test moderating effect, Difference test for distinct parameters in Amos 18.0 program was used. Results show that there is no the moderating effect of customer variable. But both kind of perceived values(utilitarian value and hedonic value) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. For all customer, utilitarian reward has influenced on the customer satisfaction more than hedonic reward. And for utilitarian reward, promotion insensitives customer has influenced on the customer satisfaction more than deal prone customer.
