In the 21st century, The service industry is becoming a new core business. In the modern industrial society, it escapes from supporting the manufacturing industry and finally leads to the growth of the manufacturing industry. Although many companies have met a variety of customer requirements through the existing service process, an organization or service developer has been failed because they had depended on intuitive judgment. Therefore, in this paper, we suggests CSIM(Case-based Service Improvement Methodology) to support improvement direction. This methodology is based on 120 cases and developed by utilizing the TRIZ concepts. As a result, CSIM will be a creative tool to support a developer to solve the problems.

Recently, it was occurred in the nation's largest Information spill about 140 million cases of credit card customers' personal and credit information. As such, it was rapidly to increase in consumer complaints about the privacy of personal information in accordance with outflow of financial companies increased accident. But it is still not clear precaution. Therefore, in financial customer position, it is possible to confirm and determine in advance whether or not superior to the security company. In addition, It is time to be required institutional device that can be a real effort to equip a good security company. This report is considered a model of "Disclosure of corporate security assessment " of these devices institutional study. And We study in realistic and objective stance about why do we need this policy.

The main purposes of this study is to examine a local restaurants menus' importance and satisfaction of the servicescape. Survey was collected by December 1 through December 31 2015, in the region Kijang County. the data from this survey were analyzed by using various statistical techniques including frequency tables, factor analysis, reliability test, and IPA. Results of IPA analysis showed that menu consisted of local products is the highest average value, and it means the local food restaurants need to use the nostalgic marketing techniques. In addition, menus are currently for sale in order to attract continuing foreign tourists as perceived by Busan residents Kijang. Therefore, the local food restaurants need to revive the traditional flavors and recipes coming down area from ancient times. Based on these results, this study will contribute to provide fundamental information for developing marketing strategies especially local food restaurants.

Ethnic entrepreneurship, an important means by which immigrants improve economic status, is widely believed to be facilitated by their residential concentration, i.e. ethnic enclaves. However, the recent immigrants' residential dispersion and re-clustering in some selected well-to-do suburbs portend changes in the role of ethnic enclave as a nest of immigrant entrepreneurship. This paper investigates the impacts of the residential dispersal on ethnic entrepreneurship with a case study of Korean small businessmen in Chicago, Illinois PMSA. The research utilizes the Public Use Microdata Sample (PUMS) to know the overall changes in Korean entrepreneurship through 1990s and conducts a survey to understand reactions and surviving strategies of Korean enclave businessmen to the residential shifts. Relevant to those analyses is the enclave-economy hypothesis which argues benefit from spatial clustering of co-ethnic entrepreneurs by yielding more business opportunities and higher returns.

During practices of traffic management, the performance achieved was determined by traffic practitioners' ability of decision and knowledge as well as traffic equipments assisting the practitioners. Therefore, sometimes self-evaluations done by the traffic practitioners in a specific traffic organization can be used to indirectly evaluate the traffic management organization. The present paper is to evaluate a specific highway agency using self-evaluations performed among different highway agencies including one Japanese highway agency. The result indicated that the agency is superior to other agencies in characteristics such as performance, activity, preparation for the future, and customer orientation. For more detailed-branch based study, the responders were divided into their belonged branches like headquarter, regional headquarter, maintenance office and research center. The results provided that various deficiencies of traffic management were found and could be improved in the future.

This study explores the meaning of life insurance planner's job experiences achieving job security, high performance and high income. After 6 of life insurance planners working in the field were chosen as the study participants, we use narrative approach to studying the meaning of their job experiences. The study shows that perception about job competency of planners depends on the level of experience: candidates who had no experience at all feel that anyone can perform planner's job, new employees after introduction training program see planners can do with product knowledge and consulting competency, and experienced people admit they can perform successfully only when they have good attitude towards customers and do all their work in a conscientious manner. Also, the meaning of planner's job experiences is identified as awareness of work value and serving customers with their commitment. The anticipated factors that make planner's job performed successfully are playing a role as a teacher, doctor, and angel, being regarded as happiness preacher for economic stability of individuals and families, and displaying their performance as experts.

I-Business providers and customers have chosen the service availability as the most important technical parameter which should be included in their SLA to succeed in their business. This means that web Service availability management is crucial to the web-based service providers. Application availability is originally defined as a measure of the fraction of time during a defined period when the service provided is deemed to be better than user expectation of service performance. But, because most web service availability measurement tools simply monitor disconnected state, they do not satisfy user's expectation of extended availability concept. In this paper, We propose the web service availability measurement method which supports extended availability concept. It takes account of performance degradation of web service based on response time, and determines what is the cause of unavailability of the service. We developed a measurement tool, WebSerAvail.

In this study, the survey targeting 180 in-service hair dressers from beauty salons located in Seoul was carried out in order to determine the connection between the practical tasks(scalp, shampoo, cut, blow dry, roll setting, blow dry, coloring) of national hairdresser licensing examination and the practical field. The utilization level of 7 practical subjects tasks was average except for hair coloring which showed a high support of spread and spread-skill tasks. Also, the utilization level of two subjects including haircut and coloring gave a positive influence on the practical skill (p<0.05). Therefore, practical application of haircut which is one of the most important subjects for in-service hair dressers and high quality education for customer satisfaction are necessary and it is necessary to check other subjects which have no influence on the practical field again.

Data such as Twitter, Facebook, and customer reviews belong to the informal document group, whereas, newspapers that have grammar correction step belong to the formal document group. Finding consistent rules or patterns in informal documents is difficult, as compared to formal documents. Hence, there is a need for additional approaches to improve informal document analysis. In this study, we classified Twitter data, a representative informal document, into ten categories. To improve performance, we revised and expanded features based on LDA(Latent Dirichlet allocation) word distribution. Using LDA top-ranked words, the other words were separated or bundled, and the feature set was thus expanded repeatedly. Finally, we conducted document classification with the expanded features. Experimental results indicated that the proposed method improved the micro-averaged F1-score of 7.11%p, as compared to the results before the feature expansion step.
