Effects of Service Convenience on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention by Korail Talk App Users among Korail Passengers (코레일 앱 이용자의 서비스편의성이 코레일 앱 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service convenience on customer satisfaction and reuse intention by 200 passengers using a Korail talk app. The result of the analysis showed that service convenience was positively correlated with satisfaction in Korail customers using the Korail talk app. Also, customer satisfaction with service convenience had a positive effect on reuse intention in these users. However, service convenience was not significantly correlated with customer's reuse intention. The results of this study suggest that it is important for Korail to offer improved service convenience for Korail talk app users consistently in order to improve customer satisfaction and reuse intention by Korail passengers.

중소기업의 공동 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP 활용과 구축전략

  • 21세기를 맞이하는 기업은 세계화와 국제화, 정보의 다양화 및 분산화, 제품수명주기의 단축과 수익률의 감소, 고품질의 제품, 지식산업의 등장, 고객 욕구의 증대 등 다양한 내 ${\cdot}$ 외적 환경변화에 대응해야 하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 끊임없이 기업의 변화능력을 확보해야 한다. 기업은 제품을 생산하여 판매하는 기업의 시스템 전체가 경쟁력을 갖추어 총체적 우위를 확보하고 고객의 기호와 감성에 호소하는 제품을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 시간과 서비스에 뒤진 고객지원체계는 기업의 성장에 절대적인 마이너스 요인이므로 고객 정보의 효율적 관리, 고객 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 정기적 고객만족도 조사 등 고객이 원하는 것을 재빠르게 얻어낼 수 있는 고객 친밀형 정보시스템의 확립이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 새로운 경영정보시스템이 바로 WebERP인 것이다. WebERP는 기업의 원활한 자재, 구매활동을 위해 제안된 MRP에서 시작되었으며, 생산관리의 개념을 포함하고 있는 MRPII로 확대되었다가 다시 인사나 회계, 재무 등 조직이나 기업의 전업무영역을 수용하는 종합경영정보시스템으로 발전된 것이다. 현재는 전자상거래와 관련하여 WebERP의 필요성이 부각되었고, 모기업과 협력사간의 구매발주 및 납품관리를 확대시켜 소모성자재(MRO: Maintenance, Repair & Operation) 및 기타 공동구매서비스와 유사업종간의 그룹을 형성하여 ASP(Application Service Provider)의 공동 환경을 이용한 WebERP 환경을 이용한 WebERP활용이 현시점으로 적실히 필요한 것이다. 이는 중소기업들의 공동 협업체제를 도모하여 외세를 대비하는 응집력을 확고히 함으로써 집단체제의 e마켓플레이스 확립과 더불어 국제경쟁을 대비한 방안으로서 집단 공동의 웹환경 인프라가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP활용방안과 시스템 구축전략을 경남지역의 기계산업정보화사업단이 추진하는 일반기계, 전기기계, 금속기계, 수송기계, 정밀기계의 5개 업종을 4,877개 기업 대상으로 추진하고 있으며, 그 중 WebERP의 모델로서 2003년도까지 50개 기업을 선정하고, 이는 5개 업종 골고루 선정하여 적용과 표준화 모델로 전개해 나가는 것을 정리한 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality, value congruence influences uncertainty avoidance, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. In so doing, this study conducts a survey on participants who are using banking services in the Changchun, Jinan, Guangzhou of Jilin Province, Shandong Province and Guangdong Province. The findings are as followed. First, Uncertainty avoidance plays an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction, between value congruence and customer satisfaction. Uncertainty avoidance has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Second, value congruence has a direct effect on uncertainty avoidance, but is significantly negative. Third, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

  • 제주지역의 대표적인 공립예술단이라고 할 수 있는 제주특별자치도립예술단 소속 교향악단과 합창단을 중심으로, 지역 공립예술단을 활성화하기 위한 체계적인 마케팅 기법 도입방안을 제시하고자 한다. 더 나아가서 향후 다른 장르의 공연예술 분야에도 적용할 수 있는 마케팅 전략의 이론적 틀을 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공연 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사와 면접을 실시하고 공연 마케팅의 5대 요인(제품전략, 가격전략, 장소전략, 촉진전략, 고객전략)과 공연 관람객이 인식하는 공연 활성화 요인(공연 만족도, 타인 추천의향, 재관람 의향)과의 상관관계를 살펴봄으로써 마케팅 전략적 측면에서 제주공연예술단의 활성활 방안을 모색하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제시해보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 공연 활성화에 영향을 끼치는 마케팅 전략 요인은 제품전략과 가격전략, 그리고 고객전략이었다. 제품전략과 관련해서는 '공연작품 및 작가', '공연단체 및 출연진의 유명도' 그리고 '공연의 예술성과 흥행성'을 고려해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 가격전략에서는 관객들이 입장료 '할인혜택'과 '적정한 가격이라는 느낌'을 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하며, 고객전략에서는 공연 이외에도 꾸준한 '고객관리'와 '공연정보 제공' 그리고 '공연체험', '공연시간 준수' 등이 주요 고려사항이었다.

A Study of the Public Library Evaluation Index for Customer Satisfaction (고객 만족을 위한 공공도서관 평가지표에 관한 고찰)

  • The basis of public libraries as a service organization dependes on the customer's needs and expectation. Recently, public libraries have faced an existence crisis attacked from the development of Internet and the various cultural programs of other organizations. Thus, public libraries required continuos effort in order to get the existence necessity from community and customers. This paper investigates and compares with the public Service Charter provided a customer oriented public service, public library evaluation indexes by the Ministry of Culture & Tourism Gyeonggi Province, and a public satisfaction survey by Seoul Metropolitan. Thus this paper can provide the basis materials fur future public library evaluation.

A study on factors that affect service quality of SNS based commerce (SNS에 기반을 둔 전자상거래의 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구)

  • Currently, the e-commerce market in Korea is growing rapidly, particularly in online commerce, and transactions through SNS are constantly increasing. This study assessed the quality of service based on SNS by modifying and combining SNS-based applications and services. Two hundred and sixteen surveys from an online survey conducted using a cumulative sampling technique were analyzed. The confidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction were independent variables. The perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net profit were considered dependent variables. The results of 11 hypotheses were derived through SPSS 25. The results show that the perceived usefulness and customer satisfaction are affected by assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability. In addition, SNS - based commerces show a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net benefits. The significant results are expected to help in future related research.

Study on customer management analysis model for one General Hospital (일개 종합병원 고객관리 모형구축에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to provide basic data for a higher level of customer satisfaction by investigating the satisfaction factors of and dissatisfaction factors for the outpatients. The survey was conducted with the outpatients in a general hospital located in Daejeon on October 24, 2011. A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed and 144 copies were used as the statistical analysis. As a result of the research, it is found that convenience is the most influential factor to affect on the overall satisfaction and willingness to recommend to other people among the characteristics of the administrative support division, which is the quickness and simplicity of the admission and receipt procedure, and it is also found that the comfortability of examination room and outpatient treatment waiting room affects on it in common. In conclusion, it is considered that if a customer-oriented hospital management system is built and operated for the satisfaction of customers, the competitiveness of hospital will be improved and the sustainability of hospital will increase and the business goal that is customer satisfaction management will be achieved.

  • The recent drastic increase of imported foreign restaurants provided the importance of service quality and the customer satisfaction is considered as the most important factors for the business activity. In order to identify the important factors for the customer satisfaction of the family restaurant in Korea, we attempt to test the validity of host call service as a significant variable in the family restaurant using Fishbein behaviour model. Based on literature review, the empirical study was conducted using the questionnaires for customers of the family restaurant in Seoul. Descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test and regression analysis were made of the gathered questionnaires using SPSS programs. The results shows that four hypotheses established in this study were significant. Therefore, host call service in the family restaurant should be introduced to increase the customer satisfaction. In conclusion, it proved that host call service in the family were the important factors that could satisfy the customers and the family restaurants will have to make a great effort to develop the differentiated service so as to enhance their competitiveness.

A Study on the Quality Evaluation of Automobile Logistic Services using IPA Method (IPA기법을 활용한 완성차 물류서비스 품질평가에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of automobile logistics in the domestic automobile industry and to derive and evaluate the factors to improve the quality of automobile logistic services to final consumers. To that end, we selected the relevant factors through literature review and expert interviews, and conducted a survey with consumers and experts. The quality of automobile logistic service was evaluated using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results show that the "kindness of shipping staff" is high on the importance of customers but low on the importance of employees. On the other hand, factors that have high customer satisfaction but low staff satisfaction include "rapid handling of complaints", "transportation accuracy of receipt", "kindness of delivery staff", and "automobile manual guide and explanation of internal functions". This study has academic and industrial significance in that it has derived important factors for evaluating the quality of automobile logistics services and suggests improvement measures for experts and consumers who actually work in the industrial field. Future research should investigate measures to minimize the returns and complaints of shipment offices which have not been examined in this study.

  • The aims of this study concerning tourists travelling in the island of Jeju include: to identify and assess the promotional efforts for traditional Jeju cuisine; and to identify the impacts of those efforts on customers and tourists. The analyses revealed that continuous promotion efforts, along with changes in the cooking methods and the development of new menus, are needed for the items of traditional Jeju cuisine that are relatively unknown to tourists and that fail to satisfy customers. Customers seeking Jeju food reported high satisfaction with such items as grilled meat and fish, steamed meat and fish, and raw fish(hoe), so those cooking methods must also be continually improved. Promotional efforts had impacts on the satisfaction and revisit rates of customers while the recognizability of foods offered had impacts on all areas, including the satisfaction and revisit rates of customers as well as word-of-mouth advertising among them. There needs to be an experience-oriented or educational program that introduces customers to traditional Jeju cuisine. Since customers and tourists gain information on traditional Jeju cuisine from the recommendations and word-of-mouth advertising from the locals they meet on the island, traditional Jeju cuisine should also be advertised to the local residents. The commercial merchandising of Jeju culinary culture and making festivals based on it must, therefore, be preceded by studies on how to increase the locals' awareness of local traditional cuisine.
