The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport presented the "Construction Industry BIM Enforcement Guidelines Constructors Edition" to reflect the design BIM data in the construction stage. The enforcement guidelines were prepared with the aim of providing guidelines for detailed common implementation plans such as minimum BIM business methods and procedures necessary for ordering, designing, and construction stages for the full-scale BIM application in all fields of the construction industry. In this study, interference and design errors were examined based on the enforcement guidelines, and the application effects were grasped for various sites where equipment placement and operation plans were established. As a result, intuitive examination was possible by comparing the digital field 3D model and the planned model in one space, and the optimum equipment arrangement and operation plan were derived through simulation examination according to the execution stage.

This study has done to extract the characteristics of contemporary urban design idea for waterfront industrial-logistics city through the comparative analysis on the 5 prize winning pieces which had submitted for "The Competition of Urban Concept for the Busan River City" by leading urban architectural designers who have futuristic and international vision. Following the analysis on design guideline with the 5 categorical subject (concept, land use, transportation, residencial area, open space), the characteristics and differences of each design are summarized. The result can be utilized for the waterfront planning and design including new town project.

U-City law was enacted U-City construction to support efficiently. But U-City planning system is not set. And detailed instructions are not also available. In particular, U-City data is not available and specific plans and instructions. Therefore, in this research, "U-City Law" by the state and local governments need to establish in the U-City Comprehensive Plan and the U-City master plan to be included in U-City data management was presented matters. U-City comprehensive plan provides the direction of the U-City master plan. Detailed action task are (1) U-City data management standards for the establishment of cooperation and sharing (2) Establishment of U-City data processing and activation (3) U-City data distribution system infrastructure (4) Establishment of data quality and price. U-City master plan is based on the U-City comprehensive plan. And U-City master plan for the data managements are (1) U-City data on the production plan (2) U-City data on the collection plan (3) U-City data on the processing plan (4) U-City data on the activation plan (5) U-City data on the distribution plan.
