Over the past years, complex project which has the object to accomplish housing complex, commercial complex etc, recently is changing to multi-complex projects because of development in IT sector. Improvement in the quality of life, life pattern has been and is being changed, these modernized and improved version of life brings the concept of U-city. Department of urban planning and engineering, civil engineering and architecture engineering in every university educate students according to the changing world in order to handle these complex projects in real world. In most cases department of urban planning and engineering teach project planning and department of civil and architecture engineering teach project design and construction. In most of the projects planning followed by design and construction need to be accomplished, but current observation in the present curriculum shows that it is difficult to expect the continuity. The present curriculum of civil engineering has to change as complex projects deal with various different structures during the design and construction phase of these projects. This study examined curriculums from the department of urban and civil engineering related to structural design and construction and survey importance of design works which overlap urban and civil engineering targeted on design engineers. After understanding design works and results obtained from survey we propose for an advanced efficiency method.

Recently, the importance of Pre-construction is gradually increasing in construction business. In addition to increasing greatness, Pre-construction affect to success or failure of projects. However, current domestic construction business doesn't constitute exact concepts and systems, and there are a lot of problems such as disorganize management of construction because most of Pre-construction depends on supervisors' experiences. Therefore, according as doing this study, We are going to analyze the tendency of Pre-construction step and bring up designed operation systems between departments in construction company. So we can expect to develop efficiency by excluding unnecessary operation and formulating more improved operation process.

본 연구는 아직 초보수준인 국내기업의 업무연속성 유지를 위한 재해경감 활동계획 수립 및 실행에 대한 방향을 제시하였으며, 조기대응체계 구축을 통하여 어떠한 재난에도 안전을 기할 수 있는 기업 연속성 유지 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 실현하기 위하여 국내 재난관리 표준으로 채택된 사고대비 및 업무연속성관리 가이드라인을 분석하였고, 국내기업에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 실행지침을 제시하였으며, A기업을 대상으로 재해경감활동계획수립 및 정보기술을 활용하는 방안을 연구하였다. 특히 사고대비 및 업무연속성관리의 가이드라인 5단계 주요 절차 중 계획수립단계의 위험 평가, 영향분석, 예방경감계획 및 대응관리계획 수립에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 국내 재해경감활동이 활성화되기 위한 방안을 도출하였으며, 재난대응 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 필요한 정보기술 부분도 제시하였다.

정부는 지구온난화로 인해 기후변화에 대응하고 세계적 경제위기를 극복하기 위해, 저탄소녹색성장기본법(2010년 1월)을 제정하여 저탄소 녹색성장을 추진하고 있다. 저탄소 녹색성장은 신재생에너지, 탄소배출권 거래제도, 5+2 광역권개발정책, 저탄소 녹색도시 등으로 요약할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 저탄소 녹색도시계획 및 이에 대한 전략환경평가의 동향을 고찰하고, 저탄소 녹색도시계획에 대한 전략환경평가의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 저탄소 녹색도시 조성 관련 연구를 고찰한 후, 환경부의 사전환경성검토 업무매뉴얼의 도시계획의 환경성제고 방안과 국토해양부의 전략환경평가 업무처리규정, 도시계획수립지침, 저탄소 녹색도시 조성을 위한 도시계획수립지침(2009), 저탄소 녹색도시계획 표준모델(2010), 녹색도시개발계획 등을 포함하면서 개정된 도시개발업무지침(2011)이 도시계획에 제대로 반영되는지를 검토하고, 외국의 기후변화에 대응하는 전략환경평가를 고찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기후변화 대응 도시계획의 내용은 저감방안과 적응방안 두 가지로 나눌 수 있는 데, 저감방안은 경제적 및 기술적으로 한계가 있으므로, 향후 전략환경평가는 저감방안과 함께 적응방안을 강조할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기후변화 대응(저감과 적응)을 위해 전략환경평가의 목표와 지표를 설정한다. 셋째, 국토해양부의 상위계획(광역도시계획과 도시기본계획)에 대한 전략환경평가와 환경부의 하위계획(도시관리계획)에 대한 전략환경평가의 긴밀한 연계가 필수적이다. 넷째, 전략환경평가는 도시기본계획 수립 후에 이뤄지는 독립된 과정이라기보다는 도시기본계획 수립과정에서 중요한 부분으로 인식하는 것이 중요하다. 장기적으로는 도시기본계획과 도시환경계획을 연계시키는 것이 바람직하다.

The main purpose of the study is to reduce the accident death rate in the construction industry. To achieve this goal, the safety planning tasks were analyzed and assessed in terms of the importance and preventive effects of the tasks. Through the extensive literature reviews, the safety planning tasks were identified and reviewed by safety managers. based on the safety planning tasks developed in the previous stage, a survey was conducted in order to receive responses by experts with knowledge on the effects and importance of preventive measures for safety. Then, the Importance Performance Analysis(IPA) method was employed to identify the safety manager's tasks that have an effect on performance indicators. Advice and guidance on making the employment rules, etc. (#18) and details about participation and consultation at the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (#16) were found to require revision and improvement of details and guidelines. The effective safety tasks identified are expected to have a critical role in reducing the accident death rate in the construction industry.

DRS (Disaster Recovery System) that was invested on a large-scale becomes obsolete when it is neglected for a certain Period of time. Also the DRS can not be accomplished through the duplicated computer systems. When a disaster happens, the normal operation is possible only if the processes that had been being done before the disaster recover without any loss. Therefore the DRS is not a IT project but needs an analysis of whole business Processes and business continuity plans. This paper analyze the present state of DRS of the domestic bank industry and suggests a remedy.
