In this paper, we introduce the design method using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) which is profitable in the compatibility and standardization of the developed product and the reduction of construction time and price to develop and design a machine equipment. Particularly, we select the standard model to design or develop from the large machinery to the super precision one, extract the peculiar characters of the model by the close analysis of the physical and technical part, can predict the previous result of experimental characteristics on objective dimensions through the analogical mathematical analysis, and can induce the design model demanded by user investigating optimal data in advance. We present the analogical algorithms and process method of design factors and restriction factors in the systematization design with computer. Then we analyze step functions for each systematization equipment and induce the process of technical data with actuator model.

This paper reported on the effect of blended activator on the physical properties of alkali-activated slag mortar. Five different activators(caustic alkalis) were used: sodium hydroxide(NaOH, A Case), calsium hydroxide($Ca(OH)_2$, B Case), magnesium hydroxide($Mg(OH)_2$, C Case), aluminum hydroxide($Al(OH)_3$, D Case), and potassium hydroxide(KOH, E Case). We blended five caustic alkalis with sodium carbonate($Na_2CO_3$). The dosage of five caustic alkalis was 3M and sodium carbonate was 1M, 2M and 3M. The result of flow and setting time was decrease as the dosage of sodium carbonate increase. But the compressive strength was increase as the dosage of sodium carbonate increase. It was shown that there is a good effect of blended caustic alkalis with sodium carbonate in alkali-activated slag mortar.

국내 대학의 근대공학 교육이 시작된지도 40여년이 지남에 따라 기계 계열의 과가 있는 대학이 상당수에 이르게 되었다. 양적으로 팽창된 기계계열 교육기관에 부응하여 보다 질적으로 향상된 교육 내용의 검토가 필요한 시기가 온 것으로 판단된다. 특히 국내 기계공업 수요 및 발전 속 도의 급속한 증대로 인해 보다 내실화된 교육의 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 글 에서는 기계계열 학과의 중요과목중의 하나인 진동 과목 교육에 관한 국내 대학의 현황을 분석 하고 보다 효과적이며 내실화된 진동공학 교육을 위해 컴퓨터를 응용하는 방안에 관하여 생각 한다.
