너무나 친숙한 단어 인터넷. 삶의 주위에는 언제나 인터넷이 있다. 인터넷이 발전을 거듭하면서 우리 주변의 모든 것을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 얼마 전부터 TV광고나 언론매체에 각 이동통신 사업자의 무선인터넷에 대한 현란한. 그러나 목숨을 건 광고가 계속되고 있다. 우리들에게 친숙한 핸드폰에서 인터넷을 사용할 수있다는 광고가 바로 이것이다. 핸드폰과 인터넷의 만남으로 대표할 수 있는 무선인터넷의 세계로 들어가보자.

KBS는 올해 국내 최초로 업체와 공동으로 개발한 디지털 송신기를 사용하여 실험방송 송출에 성공하였으며, 이 실험방송은 본격적인 필드테스트를 위해 내년도 후반기까지 계속될 예정이다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 디지털 TV 실험 방송을 위해 구축되고 있는 KBS 의 지상파 DTV 송신 시스템에 대해 기술적인 사양과 구성, 그리고 구축 현황에 대해 소개한다.

1. 아남산업과 유공의 현황 비교 : 두 회사 공히 통계적 기법 적용을 전담하고 있는 부서 (아남산업은 SPC팀, 유공은 QC지원팀)가 있고, 통계를 이미 상당 수준 쓰고 있다는 것이 매우 인상적이다. 두 회사는 각각 반도체 분야와 석유 화학 분야에서 통계 기법 적용의 선두 주자라고 볼 수 있으며, 향후 계속적으로 통계 기법 적용의 리더가 되어주기를 희망한다.

대도시 인구증가와 경제성장으로 인하여 제한된 공간을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 도로의 확충, 지하철 건설, 대형구조물 건설 등 산업인프라의 확충과 더불어 지반굴착이 차지하는 비중이 점점 증대되고 있다. 또한 지상공간에 대한 제한으로 지하공간 활용에 대한 관심이 증대되었고 이에 따라 최근 대심도 굴착사례가 증가되고 있는 실정이다.(중략)

한양대 토목공학과 문한영교수는 건설재료 중에서 가장 많이 사용되는 콘크리트 재료를 재료공학적 측면에서 연구를 계속하고 있는 과학자이다. 문교수는 지난해 '시멘트 경화체의 황산염 침식 저항성 평가'라는 제목의 논문을 발표하여 과학기술 우수논문상을 받기도 했다.

현대자동차가 앞으로 LPG자동차를 생산하지 않겠다고 발표한 것과 관련, 최근 협회는 청정연료인 LPG를 사용하는 차량의 생산.보급 확대를 위해 정부 정책이 추진되고 현대자동차로 하여금 LPG차량을 계속해서 생산할 수 있도록 YMCA, 소비자문제를 연구하는 시민의 모임, 한국소비자연맹, 한국소비생활연구원, 대한주부클럽연합회가 정부와 자동차사에 건의해 줄 것을 요청했다. 각 단체에 보낸 공문내용을 게재한다.

This study examines a degree of city decline and confirms a existence of inertia in the city decline process, and shows how to set the policy directions of cities as its situation. With understanding these things, we are carefully able to anticipate the future direction of cities'growth or decline. This study analyzes cross-tabulations with the comprehensive decline index, and the demographic-social index, industrial-economical index, physical-environmental index to compose the comprehensive decline index in during 2005~2010. We can confirm the existence of complexity and inertia of city decline. Some cities are likely to have adhesion of decline, and these cities should convert planning tools and concept of past growth era to new one to be used in changed environment in new era. Redefining a perspective for city decline, proper managing a change of physical environment from city decline, and flexible thinking would be requested as countermeasures with adjusting spatial policy framework.

As new technologies are advancing and development paradigms are changing, software development process and development methods are evolving progressively. As a result, because the number of developing and managing processes and methodologies are increasing as a project in companies, effective management methods are needed. Especially, because companies should apply optimized methodology according to project's size and characteristics, customization technique of methodology is required urgently. In this paper, we propose a meta-model based methodology framework which can integrate and manage methodologies being developed progressively. Applying proposed methodology framework, a company is able to manage as well as develop optimized methodology easily as a project. Especially, because a proposed methodology framework is developed by meta-model, adding or extending new methodology elements can be realized simply as well as method elements are reused easily in case of customization of methodology as a project.

당협회에서는 금년도 상반기에도 교통부, 치안본부, 한국도로공사의 후원으로 2차에 걸쳐 고속도로상의 휴게소에서 무료로 타이어 점검 및 서비스를 실시하였다. 금년도 상반기 점검결과도 작년도와 마찬가지로 타이어 정비불량율이 무려 46%에 달하였으며, 차종별로는 트럭이 58%로서 가장 불량하였다. 정비불량항목으로는 과마모가 제일 많아 42%나 되었으며, 특히 트럭에 많았다. 관광버스에는 재생타이어를 끼고 고속도로를 운행하고 있는 것이 39%나 되었으며, 또한 겨울철 눈올 때에만 사용토록 되어 있는 Snow타이어를 봄, 여름까지 계속 사용하고 있는 차량이 7%나 되어 발열에 의한 사고의 위험성이 많았다.

당협회에서는 금년도에도 교통부, 치안본부, 한국도로공사의 후원으로 4차에 걸쳐 고속도로의 휴게소에서 무료 타이어 점검 및 서비스를 실시하였다. 금년도의 점검결과도 예년과 마찬가지로 타이어 정비불량률이 무려 45%에 달하고 있으며, 차종별로는 승용차가 53%로 가장 불량한 것으로 나타났으나, 이는 주로 공기압부적 차량이고, 실제로 타이어 정비상태가 가장 불량한 것은 트럭으로서 52%였다. 정비불량항목으로는 과마모가 제일 많아 전체 타이어 정비불량건수중 43%를 차지하였으며 트럭에 가장 많았다. 특히 관광버스에는 재생 타이어 취부률이 35%나 되었고 또한 트럭에는 눈올 때에만 사용토록 되어 있는 스노 타이어를 봄, 여름, 가을까지 계속 사용하고 있는 차량이 13%나 되어 발열에 의한 트레드 세페레이션 (Tread SEparation) 사고의 위험성이 많았다.
