The purpose of this study was to examine the current development of continuing professional education for librarians with particular foci on online learning and professional competencies. It analyzed the current online training programs at the National Library of Korea along with on-site programs in order to identify their strengths and weaknesses. It also examined best practices of online continuing education abroad where more diverse and interactive delivery methods, such as webinars and webcasts, are used to inform latest and practical topics in the field. It found online training programs are not complementing but playing major roles in continuing professional education. The study also examined the current trends that library continuing educational institutions are applying core competencies schemes to continuing education programs in order to systemize their programs and to strengthen individual librarians' professional competencies.

The purpose of this study was to develop a competency-based continuing professional development (CPD) model using the National Competency Standards (NCS)-Library & Information Management. This study specifically examined various competency standards for librarians developed in and out of the country, conducted a survey research and focused group interviews to obtain professional librarians' needs for continuing education and their opinions on the NCS for library professions. It analyzed the contents of the NCS elements and mapped with elements in the five other competency standards for library and information professions. It also scrutinized the current training programs at the National Library of Korea in order to identify their strengths and weaknesses. The results of the study informed the areas to enhance the current NCS by identifying underdeveloped competencies and identified the course contents that should be developed with priorities. The study also developed a modified National Competency Standards for Continuing Professional Development (NCS-CPD). Continuing education institutions can utilize this scheme as a useful guideline to develop balanced continuing professional development curriculums for the practitioners working in various library and information centers.

최근 SNS사용범위 및 활용 목적이 다양해지고 있으며 급격하게 발전하는 환경에서 마케팅은 개인 또는 소상공인, 기업에서 중요한 경영전략이 되고 있다. 그중 모바일 온리시대에 들어와 소상공인의 홍보 및 마케팅에서 온라인마케팅의 모바일이 차지하는 비중은 계속 증가하고 있다. 정부에서는 소상공인의 마케팅을 돕기 위한 방안으로 다양한 방법으로 마케팅교육을 준비하고 교육을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 소상공인을 대상으로 모바일에 집중된 다양한 SNS온라인 마케팅 교육이 계속적으로 진행되고 있음에도, 실제 SNS온라인마케팅을 교육을 통해 모두가 성공적인 경영성과를 올리고 있지는 않다. 이에 소상공인의 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 요인이 있지만, 본 연구는 SNS를 활용하고 있는 소상공인들을 대상으로, 소상공인의 긍정심리자본이 SNS활용에 유의한 영향을 미치는지와 이러한 SNS활용이 경영성과인 재무적 성과와 비재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고 그에 따라 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

본 논문은 강의에서 생산되는 다양한 콘텐츠들을 교육자, 학습자가 수준별로 다양하게 활용하고, 이를 통해 학습자가 자기 주도적 학습을 할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계 한다. 이를 위해 학습 콘텐츠를 객체 기반화하며, LCMS를 도입하여 참여형 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 본 연구에서 개발되는 시스템은 교수자와 학습자가 교육과정 종료이후에도 계속 활용할 수 있으며, 새로운 학습자들이 계속 참여하여 풍부한 콘텐츠를 구축하며 상호교류 하여 소셜 학습 네트워크(Social Learning Network)를 구축할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 평생학습이라는 사회적 요구에도 부응할 수 있을 것이다.

고리 1호기는 한국에서 최초로 규제 기관에 계속운전을 신청한 원전이다. 2007년 6월에 설계 수명 기간 만료가 되는 고리 1호기는 규제 기관으로부터 계속운전(Continued Operation)에 대한 안전성 심사를 받고 있다. 한수원은 고리 1호기 계속운전 승인을 금년 12월에 받기 위해 최선을 다하고 있으며 지역 주민의 사회적 수용성 확보를 위해 노력중이다. 고리 1호기의 계속운전 기간 동안 안전성을 평가하고 정리한 안전성평가보고서를 한수원은 2006년 6월에 정부에 제출하였다. 고리 1호기는 웨스팅하우스의 2루프 가압경수로이다. 이와 동일한 원전인 일본의 미하마 1,2호기와 겐까이1호기가 계속운전중이며, 미국의 기네이와 포인트 비치 1,2호기가 계속운전 승인을 받았다. 제출한 안전성평가보고서에 대해 한국원자력안전기술원이 심사중이며, 해외 원전과 같이 계속운전을 할 수 있을 것으로 예상하고 있다. 또한 계속운전을 위한 사회적 수용성(Public Acceptance) 확보는 설비의 철저한 안전성 확보 및 지역 주민의 공감대 형성을 통해서 이루어질 것이다. 설계 수명 이후 원자력발전소를 계속 운전하는 것은 이미 선진국에서 시행되고 있다. 2007년 3월 기준으로 미국에서 48기가 운영 허가 갱신 승인을 받았고, 영국은 8기, 일본은 12기가 계속운전중이다. 고리 1호기 성능 지표를 개선시키기 위해서 한수원은 증기발생기, 저압 터빈, 원자로 냉각재 펌프 내장품, 주변압기, 주발전기 등을 교체하였으며, 수명관리 연구, 주기적안전성 평가, 환경 영향 평가를 수행하였다. 2005년 9월에는 미국의 운영 허가 갱신 제도를 참조하여 원자력법이 개정되었다. 이에 한수원은 개정된 원자력법에 맞추어 주기적 안전성평가, 주요 기기에 대한 수명 평가 및 방사능 환경 영향평가를 하였다. 이 세가지 보고서들로 구성된 안전성평가보고서를 2006년 6월에 규제 기관에 제출하였다. 계속운전은 한국을 비롯하여 부존 자원이 부족한 국가들에게는 에너지 자원의 효율적 활용 및 온실 가스 배출을 고려할 때 반드시 필요한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of incremental oral health care perceptions and experiences on oral health care performance by analyzing the results of incremental oral health care management for adults. As age increased, incremental oral health care experience is significantly higher. The results have shown that as age increases, interest in incremental oral health care becomes even higher. And, the group using secondary oral care products has significantly higher incremental oral care experience(p<0.05). Also, those who visit dental clinic regularly continue to experience incremental oral health care(p<0.05). In addition, the group that had experienced preventive dental services continued to be significantly highly relevant to oral health care(p<0.05). Based on the results of this study, it is possible to analyze the experience and influence of incremental oral health management and it can be used as basic data for the construction of incremental oral health care program in dental clinic.

연구자들이 연구 및 학술활동을 위해서 필연적으로 기존 연구를 검토하고 참조하고 인용하고 있으며, 특히 학술연구물의 하나인 해외 학술저널 및 논문의 활용도가 매우 높은 편이다. 그러나 해외 학술정보 시장은 대형 출판사의 주도로 시장이 형성되고 독과점 형태로 운영됨에 따라 그 비용이 계속 상승하고 있고 이와 반대로 국내에서의 해외 저널에 대한 예산은 계속해서 줄어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 국가 차원의 KESLI 컨소시엄(전자정보 공동구매 및 활용 체제)을 구성하여 전자정보 공동구매의 장을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학교육협의회, 전문도서관 등 컨소시엄 운영주체의 다변화에 대한 대응과 구매의사결정 지원을 강화하고 대체 정보자원의 제공 등 기존의 KESLI 시스템을 개선하여 대학도서관, 전문도서관, 연구소, 기업 그리고 학술정보 출판사 및 공급사의 전자정보 공동구매 활성화 및 이용자 만족도를 제고하였다.

This study deals with the decision problem of sample size by the relative standard error of estimates derived from survey results in successive occasions. The population of the construction in business survey results is used to calculate quartile of the relative standard error of the 1,000 sample obtained from simple or stratified random sampling. The sample size at time t with a relative standard error of the point (t-1) in the successive occasions were calculated according to the sampling method. As a result, in terms of the sample size according to the size of the relative standard error of the (t-1), simple random sampling differs significantly from stratified sampling. In addition, we could see differences in sample size (depending on how the population is stratified) and that careful attention is required in the problem of sample size by the relative standard error of estimates derived from survey results in successive occasions.

기존의 휴대정보단말 사용자는 단말 소프트웨어의 특성 상 웹을 통해 게시되는 소프트웨어 정보를 계속해서 모니터링하고, 필요한 소프트웨어를 직접 단말에 다운로딩하는 단순 반복 작업을 계속해야 한다. 이는 컴퓨터 비전문가인 일반 사용자가 활용하기에는 어려운 점이 있으며, 뿐만 아니라, 단말기에 익숙한 사용자에게도 새로운 소프트웨어 정보를 계속해서 모니터링하여 획득 및 활용하기에는 많은 오보헤드가 필연적으로 따르게 된다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 별도의 추가 작업을 하지 않아도 늘 가장 최신의 소프트웨어가 자신의 단말에 자동으로 업그레이드 되고, 관심 있는 응용 소프트웨어가 릴리즈 될 때 마다 실시간으로 이 정보를 알려주고 사용자가 원한다면, 자동으로 설치 작업까지 해서 곧바로 소프트웨어를 이용할 수 있다록 하는 ‘에이전트 기반의 유대정보단말용 소트프웨어 자동 설치 시스템’에 관하여 기술한다. 본 시스템은 유동적인 웹 환경과 다양한 휴대정보단말을 고려하여 실행시간(Runtime)에도 새로운 기능 추가가 가능하며, 동일한 통신 언어를 통해 개발 플랫폼이 서로 상이한 에이전트간에도 협동 작업이 가능하도록 하는 멀티 에이전트 기반 구조인 OAA(Open Agent Architecture)상에서 구현하였다.
