This paper examines few approaches to education for medical librarianship - those of North America, the People's Republic of China, Japan and Korea and the various opinions in the previous studies of the .education fer subject specialist librarians. and it suggests the educational system for medical librarianship practicable in Korea, including formal degree programs, continuing education and medical librarian certificate program.

발전이란 말은 한 국가나 사회가 교육적, 경제적, 사회문화적 및 정치적으로 안정된 기조를 확립하여 국민 전체가 생을 영위함에 있어서 경제적으로 부족함이 없이 윤택하고 각종 사회적 제도가 참 삶을 추구할 수 있는 방향으로 변천되어 가는 과정을 뜻한다. 본 연구는 발전과 번영을 위해 약진하고 있는 대한민국의 최근 20년간의 발전과정 (1950년부터 1970년까지)을 경제적측면과 교육적 측면에서 미국의 것과를 비교하기 위하여 유네스코 통계 연감에 의하여 그 자료를 분석 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 한국은 경제성장율이 늘어남에 따라서 교육비 투자가 증가되었고 따라서 초등교육과정은 1965년도에서부터 취학율이 100%를 상회하게 되었으나 중등교육은 1968년도에 취학율이 겨우 36%로 아직도 저조하며 여학생 취학율은 초등교육에서 는 남녀 의 차이 가 없으나 중등교육에서는 1/3선으로 떨어지고 있으며 특히 여선생님의 남선생님에 대한 비율은 중등교육과정에서 걱우 14%밖에 안되고 인구 10만당 대학졸업생수는 1968년을 기준으로 볼 때 계속 증가되어 왔으나 미국이 3,735명(그중 40%는 여학생임)인데 비하여 한국은 566명 (여학생은 26%)으로 고등교육의 혜택을 받는 율이 아직도 미국에 비해서 낮고 초등교육과정에서 학생과 선생님의 비율을 보면은 한국은 60 : 1 인데 비하여 미국은 26 : 1로써 미국보다 높고 따라서 한국은 교직원 부족과 시설미비, 농촌과 도시간의 차이 및 고등교육 혜택의 불균형 및 여성교육의 기회가 남성에 비해 낮고 해외 유학의 경우 본국 귀환율이 적어서 지도자 양성이 문제되고 있다. 그러나 한국은 1960년대에 급격한 경제성장과 함께 교육투자도 증가되었고 따라서 발전을 거듭하여 계속하고 있다.

산업현장의 안전교육을 담당하는 사람들과 이야기를 하다 보면 공통적인 고민을 갖고 있는데 바로 그것이 안전교육이다. 산업안전보건법에 규정된 대로 안전교육을 실시하고 있는데도 불구하고 현장에서는 계속 불안전 행동이 발생되고 때로는 산업재해로 연결되기 때문이다. 그렇다면 지금까지 우리가 해 왔던 교육은 어떤 문제가 있는 것일까? 그런 관점에서 안전교육의 효과를 높여 산업재해를 예방할 수 있는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다.

As the teaching and learning paradigm shifts, the demand for informal learning is increasing. In this study, we reviewed related literature and analyzed cases of operating professional learning communities in order to apply professional learning communities to librarianship education and training programs. Seven operational cases of professional learning communities, both domestic and foreign, within the field of librarianship and other fields were selected. The organizational structure, operational format and method, learning content, and support systems were analyzed. Through this analysis, the concept of a librarian learning community was defined, and implications for organizing and operating a librarian learning community were derived from the spontaneity and multi-layeredness of composition, diversity of learning community operation formats, and fieldality of learning content. As a support system for the smooth operation and activation of the librarian learning communities continuity of program operation by the operating organization, support and cooperation from affiliated organizations, education and training programs, platform establishment and operation, and dissemination and feedback of results for activation were presented.

This study is an empirical research about lifelong education provided YIT(YeoJoo of Institute of Technology). This study aims at suggesting fundamental materials for the activation of the lifelong education provided by YIT by analyzing the participation of students and neghbouring district's residents in the programs and their requests. The lifelong education conditions should reflect the requests and levels of participants. and thereby encourage their positive participation and enhance their satisfaction with the programs.

2013년 5월 개정건축사법에 의한 건축사등록제도와 함께 우리 건축사는 법에서 정한 실무교육을 이수하여야만 한다. 이 개정 건축사법은 건축사에 대한 체계적 관리를 함으로써 곧 직면하게 될 시장개방에 따른 MRA를 대비하기 위한 것이었다. 실무교육 실시를 시작한지 2년이 경과한 현 시점에서 해외사례 등을 통해 우리의 건축사 실무교육에 대한 점검의 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 이러한 때 마침 우리협회와 긴밀한 교류를 유지해온 미국건축사협회(AIA)로 부터 지난5월 CONVENTION초청이 있었다. 그간 우리협회는 매년 참가를 하였지만 대부분이 회장과 국제위원회를 중심으로 한 친선교류의 역할을 하였지만 이번에는 교육원의 입장에서 특정한 목적을 갖고 참여함으로써 미국의 건축사교육을 조사하고 점검한 좋은 기회를 가질 수 있었다.

본 논문은 강의에서 생산되는 다양한 콘텐츠들을 교육자, 학습자가 수준별로 다양하게 활용하고, 이를 통해 학습자가 자기 주도적 학습을 할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계 한다. 이를 위해 학습 콘텐츠를 객체 기반화하며, LCMS를 도입하여 참여형 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 본 연구에서 개발되는 시스템은 교수자와 학습자가 교육과정 종료이후에도 계속 활용할 수 있으며, 새로운 학습자들이 계속 참여하여 풍부한 콘텐츠를 구축하며 상호교류 하여 소셜 학습 네트워크(Social Learning Network)를 구축할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 평생학습이라는 사회적 요구에도 부응할 수 있을 것이다.
