  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터로 정밀 계측기 기들을 자동 제어하고 데이터? 측정하기 위하여 기존의 상용 프로그램을 사용하지 않고 Extol VBA(Visual Basic for Applications)를 이용하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 이는 반복측정 및 통계적 수치계산 둥에서 많은 장점을 지니고 있어 수많은 국가교정기관 및 일반 산업체에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

A Methodological Quality Evaluation of Nursing Cost Analysis Research based on Activity-based Costing in Korea (활동기준원가계산(Activity-Based Costing; ABC) 기반 간호원가분석 연구의 방법론적 질 평가)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the methodological quality of nursing costs analysis research based on the activity-based costing in Korea. Data were collected from database of Research Information Shraing Service, Korean studies Information Service System, DBpia and National Assembly Library. Eight studies were published on thesis and journal until Oct, 2015. Quality assessment tool was consisted in 5 factors based on activity-based costing. Studies of 87.5% were calculate the nursing units' costs in the hospital. All papers were appropriate in labor costs in resource factor and activity factor, but only 2 paper was appropriate in overhead cost allocation. Through this result, we found the necessity of improving accuracy in nursing costs analysis. These results can be helpful to manage cost and performance in nursing practice.

  • In order to utilize HPC in Computational science, It is necessary to learn the knowledge and skills of computer science such as programming, algorithms and data structure. In this paper, we investigate IT education status in Computational science and propose policy directions to improve the HPC education through user survey. To do this, we surveyed the current state of IT subjects among major subjects in physics, chemistry, life sciences, and earth science in domestic universities and surveyed the users' Recognition of HPC education. As a result, the ratio of IT subjects in Computational science was very lower than the ratio of major domain subjects. Despite the high educational needs of universities, the educational level of universities was the lowest. Most users have learned the necessary knowledge and skills through self-study. We recognized the role of the university is the most urgent and important, and the role of professional institutions and online education is also important.

  • The first technological advance to improve the output and efficiency of the latest steam turbines operating in co-generation plants in Korea can be said to be progress in the field of materials that can use high-temperature, high-pressures steam. As a result of design efforts to improve the internal efficiency of steam turbines along with the development of materials, only a few manufacturers of steam turbine have produced high efficiency steam turbines. The internal efficiency of a steam turbine on the steam path operating for a long period of time is gradually lost owing to the limit of mechanical life, and efficiency and output decrease. Therefore, this study aims to develop a model that can analyze the steam flow path performance of HP (High Pressure) and IP (Intermediate Pressure) steam turbine for a co-generation plant using a commercial program and propose a performance calculation method. Owing to the complex performance calculation method of steam turbines, major variables are presented to serve as practically useful references for steam turbine practitioners. In addition, the thermal dynamic analysis(such as heat balance diagram calculation) and the the thermal dynamic calculation required for steam turbine performance calculation and the suitability of the steam turbine performance calculation results were compared with the performance test results.

Development of Automatic Design Program for Solid Rocket Motors Structure (고체 추진기관 구조체의 설계 자동화 프로그램 개발)

  • In order to perform system requirements quickly and accurately, an automatic design program of solid rocket motors(SRM) structure designated as the 'ProDes software' has been developed and verified. from given system design criteria and constraints, it has the capabilities to design, analysis, simulation and drawing process to greatly reduce the over 'design cycle time' and manpower of a project. The conception of the program is modular, and calculations are performed step by step allowing parametric design studies and providing final selected design goal. Each configurations of SRM components and joint types composed of various master models is obtained from the data base module of the library. Between the design results of the ProDes software and those of the previous detail design of the established motor showed good agreements.

  • The precise prediction of the performance is essential to develope the system at the development of propulsion system since no experimental data are available. The accuracy of 1on the total system's performance as well as itself, which depends on how the correction fac $I_{sp}$, and so on, are determined in accurate. However some of the design factors are dete engineer's experience or the similar test data if they are available, so far. This study was the method of the determination of correction factors of both $I_{sp}$ and thrust in direct. The bas is to define the detail performance loss mechanism of solid rocket motors, might be occurre and to calculate in quantitative those correction factors from the performance loss mechanism the test results, the model of this study can predict those factors less than 1% error, in additi physical variances of each loss mechanism.

  • 최근 기후변화가 가속화되면서 집중호우가 급증하고 계획홍수량을 초과하는 홍수재해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이에 주요 선진국들은 홍수대응을 위한 새로운 패러다임을 도입하고 있다. 구조적 측면에서는 기존 제방 위주의 홍수방어에서 벗어나 유역에서 홍수 방어구획 설정, 대심도 터널 등 다원적 홍수방어체계로 전환하고 있다. 또한 ICT를 활용하여 다양한 수문정보를 실시간으로 관측하고 홍수상황을 신속하게 전파 대응할 수 있는 비구조적 대책도 적극적으로 개발하고 있다. 미국의 경우, 홍수량과 발생 확률을 예측한 정보를 시민들에게 조기에 제공함으로써 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 홍수대응은 여전히 구조적 대책과 사후복구에 집중되어 있는 안타까운 상황이다. 세계 최고수준인 우리나라의 ICT 인프라를 이용하여 실시간 수문자료를 공유하고 이를 홍수대응에 활용하면 재난을 미연에 방지하는데 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 홍수관련 유관기관 자료를 연계한 실시간 수문상황 모니터링 시스템을 구축하는 것만으로는 지자체 홍수피해 저감에 한계가 있을 수 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 수집된 실시간 수문정보를 활용한 홍수분석 및 하천수위별 대응기준 수립을 통한 예방적 재난대응 체계를 마련해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 A지자체를 대상으로 홍수분석 모형을 구축하고, 구축된 모형의 계산결과를 활용하여 예상강우별 도달시간, 수위상승 등을 예측하고, 하천수위별 대응기준을 수립하는 연구를 진행하였다. 수위별 대응기준은 현장에서 계측되는 수위값을 기준으로 홍수예보기준, 하천기본계획의 제방고 및 주변 제약 사항을 고려하여 직접알람 기준으로 활용하였다. 또한 대상 수위국에 대하여는 2~3년간의 관측자료 확보 및 유량측정을 통해 대응기준의 보완을 진행할 예정이다. 재난관련 골든타임을 확보하고 홍수피해 최소화를 위한 홍수재해 통합관리 체계 구축은 이제 선택이 아닌 필수라 할 수 있다. 특히 본 연구로 산정된 홍수대응기준과 함께 물관리 유관기관의 실시간 수문자료 공유체계 구축, 홍수통제기관 또는 기술력을 보유한 재해대책 책임기관과의 유기적인 기술교류 등을 통해 지자체 홍수피해 저감을 위한 능동적인 홍수대응 체계 구축이 수행되어야 할 것이다.

Rupture Prediction of the Rupture Disk Using Elasto-Plastic Analysis (탄소성해석을 이용한 파열판의 파열예측)

  • Rupture disks are a kind of safety device in high pressure equipment and they are used to control rupture pressure in the solid rocket motor. In this paper, a series of rupture experiments was performed using rupture disks made of AISI 316L and rupture pressure of rupture disks was calculated through various assumptions in relation between elasto-plastic material properties and true stress-strain curve. Experiment and FEA indicated rupture pressure is determined by size of rupture disks. As a result of elasto-plastic analysis, only multi-linear stress-strain curve was able to calculate meaningful estimations. Experimental results also showed rupture location are decided by the size of rupture disks. Experimental and FEA results will be applied to control rupture pressure of disks.

A Method for Calculating Exposure Risks of Privacy Information based on Website Structures (웹사이트의 구조를 고려한 개인정보 노출 위험도 계산 기법)

  • This research proposes a method that aims to evaluate the risk levels of websites based on exposure risks of privacy information. The proposed method considers two aspects as follows. First, we define the risk levels of each privacy information according to its own inherent risk. Second, we calculate the visiting probability of a webpage to measure the expected of the actual exposure of privacy information on that webpage. In this research, we implemented an system to prove that automatically collects websites and calculates their risk levels. For the experiments, we used a real world dataset consisting of a total of websites for 4 categories such as university, bank, central government agency, and education. The experiment results show that the websites in the bank category are relatively well managed, while the others are needed to cope with the exposure of privacy information. Finally, the proposed method in this research is expected to be further utilized in establishing a priority-based approach to alleviate of the privacy information exposure problems.

Determination of The Cryogenic Propellant Parameters at Pressurization of The Propulsion System Tank by Bubbling (버블링을 이용한 추진기관 가압 시스템에서 극저온 추진제 변수의 결정)

  • In this paper, a calculation method of the thermodynamic parameters of cryogenic propellant is proposed when a cryogenic propellant tank is pressurized by gaseous helium(GHe) bubbling. Temperature of cryogenic propellant and mass of dissolved GHe into propellant were analyzed at the various operation of pressurization of tile liquid oxygen(LOX) and hydrogen($LH_2$) tank using helium bubbling. It was evaluated how the GHe bubbling influences to the thermodynamic parameters of LOX and $LH_2$ with results of the analysis. With the proposed calculation method, It will be able to confirm the feasibility of GHe bubbling as a pressurization system of cryogenic propellant tank and to optimize the pressurization system using GHe bubbling.
