  • HC(hydrocarbon)센서는 최근 내연기관의 과도상태의 연소 효율 및 배기가스 저감 효율을 높이기 위하여 산소센서와 함께 연소제어 분야에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 현제 HC센서는 전기화학식 및 current limiting 방식을 많이 사용하고 있으며 이는 HC가스의 이온화를 유도하는 촉매를 매질로 하는 전기화학식 센서이다. 이러한 촉매의 경우 장기 사용 시 촉매의 열화 및 변형 등으로 신뢰도가 떨어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 촉매를 이용하지 않고 HC 가스의 이온화를 위하여 고전압 하전방식의 hydrocarbon센서를 고안하였으며[1], 여러 배출가스를 통한 센서의 전기화학적 성능을 분석하였고 온도 및 HC성분에 따른 전류치 변화를 이용하여 이론적 계산식을 제안하였다.

A study on the calculation of forced torsional vibration with damping for the marine diesel engine shafting by the mechanical impedance method (기계적 임피던스법에 의한 박용 디젤기관 추진축계의 강제감쇠 비틀림 진동의 계산에 관한 연구)

  • Nowadays, the natural frequencies and their relative amplitudes of torsional vibration for the marine diesel engine shafting are usually calculated by the Holzer method and also its resonant amplitudes are estimated by the energy method, that is, by equating the exciting energy to the damping one. Therefore, the forced vibration amplitudes out of the resonant points can not be calculated by the above-mentioned method. And so, the reasonable barred-ranges of torsional vibration can not be set and also the flank of resonant point which locates near the calculation limit can not be estimated. For such problems, the equation of forced vibration with damping must be solved directly and these results can be utilized to derive the synthesized torsional vibration of the marine diesel engine propulsion shafting. In this study, the equation of forced vibration with damping for the marine diesel engine propulsion shafting is derived and its steady-state vibration is calculated by the mechanical impedance method. For numerical calculation of the actual propulsion shafting a computer program is developed. In order to prove the reliability of this program, an actual ship's propulsion shafting whose torsional vibration was measured is analyzed and the calculated propulsion shafting whose torsional vibration was measured is analyzed and the calculated results are compared with the measured ones. And also, they are compared with the calculated results which were obtained by the modal analysis.

  • The calculation of torsional vibration for marine diesel engine propulsion shafting is normally carried out by equalizing exciting energy to damping energy, or using the dynamic magnifier. But, with these methods, the vibration amplitudes are calculated only for resonance points and vibration amplitudes of other running speeds of engine are determined by the estimation. Recently, many energy-saving ships have been built and on these ships, two-stroke, supercharged, super-long stroke diesel engines which have a small number of cylinders are usually installed. In these cases, the first order critical-torsional vibrations of these engine shaftings appear ordinarily near the MCR speed and the stress amplitudes of their vibration skirts exceed the limit stress defined by the rules of classification society. To predict the above condition in the design stage, the synthesized vibration amplitudes of all orders which are summed up according to their phase angles must be calculated from the drawings of propulsion shaft systems. In this study, a theoretical method to fulfill the above calculation is derived and a computer program is developed according to the derived method. And a shafting system of two-stroke, super-long stroke diesel engine which was installed in a bulk carrier is analyzed with this method. The measured values of this engine shafting are compared with those of calculated results and they show a fairly good agreement.

  • Recently, the problem of the axial vibration for the marine diesel engine shafting has become important due to the increased exciting forces resulting from high supercharging and large output, and the reduced natural frequencies resulting from long stroke and show speed. The effects of the axial vibration on the propulsion shafting induce cracks of the connecting point of crankpin and crankarm, the severe wear of thrust bearing, the fatigue failure of each fixing bolt and jointed parts, the hull and local hull vibrations, and also the wear and the noise due to intense hammering phenomena of thrust collar. Therefore, each classification society requires the calculation of natural frequencies and their amplitudes and also measurements of the forced damped axial vibration. At present, the technical and theoretical level is at the stage of estimating the resonant points and their maximum displacements, but the estimated displacements of the resonant points are not so reliable as the torsional one. In this study, induced stresses and amplitudes of the forced damped axial vibration are calculated. For this purpose, the equation of forced axial vibration with damping for the propulsion shafting is derived and its steady-state response is calculated by the mechanical impedance method. A computer program for above calculations is developed. The measured values are analyzed and the calculated results are compared with the measured ones. They show fairly good agreements and the reliability of developed program is confirmed.

  • 사료에 있어서 가장 중요한 영양소 중에 하나는 단백질이다. 단백질은 가축의 성장, 유지, 생산근육, 효소, 호르몬, 우유, 털 등)에 필수적인 영양소이다. 가축의 단백질 요구량은 가축의 성장단계, 개체크기, 유전적인 능력 등에 따라 달라진다. 그러므로 가축에게 공급되는 단백질의 양은 정확하게 평가되어야한다. 너무 과도한 단백질 공급은 동물이 불필요한 에너지를 생산하게 만들고 너무 적은 단백질 공급은 아미노산 결핍이 일어나게 할 수 있다. 가축이 요구하는 정확한 양의 단백질을 공급하는 것이 중요하고 이를 위해서는 사료내 단백질의 양을 정확하게 분석하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 사료에 있어 단백질 함량은 사료 내 질소의 양을 정량해서 간접적으로 환산하고 추정한 조단백질(Crude Protein)로 표현한다. 샘플내의 질소가 모두 아미노산에서 온 것이라고 가정하고, 단백질이 평균적으로 16%의 질소를 가지고 있기 때문에 (1/0.16=6.25) 정량한 질소수치에 단백질 환산 계수 6.25를 곱해서 표현한다. 그러나 사료원료마다 아미노산 조성이 다르기 때문에 사료원료마다 다른 단백질 환산 계수를 사용해야 한다는 주장도 있다. 단백질 환산 계수에 관한 리뷰논문을 보면 대두의 경우 5.71에5서부터 유제품의 경우 6.38에 이르기까지 다양하다. 그러나 논란의 여지가 있기 때문에 이렇게 매트릭스마다 다른 단백질 환산 계수를 사용할 경우 계산식 옆에 사용한 환산계수를 적어 주어야 한다. 사료 내 조단백질을 정량하는 방법은 켈달법(Kjeldahl method), 듀마스법(combustion method), 근적외선분광분석법(NIR, Near Infrared) 등이 있는데 여기서는 주로 사료분석기관과 사료업계에서 조단백질 분석에 많이 사용하고 있는 켈달법과 듀마스법을 비교해 보고자 한다.

  • It takes a lot of time to classify official documents in schools and educational institutions. In order to reduce the overhead, we propose an automatic document classification method using word information of the titles of documents in this paper. At first, meaningful words are extracted from titles of existing documents and Inverse Document Frequency(IDF) weights of words are calculated against each category. Then we build a word weight dictionary. Documents are automatically classified into the appropriate category of which the sum of weights of words of the title is the highest by using the word weight dictionary. We also evaluate the performance of the proposed method using a real dataset of a middle school.

  • In Oriental medicine, the shape of collarette that formed with position in iris of patients often used by health diagnotcian to grasp health condition. In this paper, we present method that effectively extract collarette that exist in Iris image. After proposed method detert iris area using circular edge detector, derides boundary candidate point through radial line search and threshold value establishment. And boundary candidate line is treated to use nearest neighbor calculation at each boundary candidate point, finally extracts collarette through linear interpolation. As a result of experimenting about iris images, We Confirmed that can be used as assistant tool of diagnostic system that can presume state of ventriculus of human body.

  • 현업에서 사용하는 유출해석 기본이론은 연속방정식과 운동방정식으로서 운동파가정(kinematic wave analogy)을 기반으로 한 집중수문모형(lumped hydrologic model)에 의하여 수행되고 있지만 집중형 모형은 한 매개변수에 여러 가지의 물리적 과정을 개념화하여 담고 있기 때문에 유출과정에 대한 섬세한 모형화의 제약으로 인하여 유역고유의 매개변수값을 찾기가 쉽지 않은 단점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물리적 기반의 2차원 분포형 강우-유출모형을 개발하고자 하며 이는 완전분포형 수문동역학적 모형으로 지표흐름과 침투과정, 기저유출과 관련된 과정을 모의한다. 본 모형은 공간적으로 변화하는 침투량과 소규모 및 대규모의 지형학적 특성을 사용하는 St. Venant 방정식을 사용하고 개발될 모형은 모든 스케일에서의 수심과 유량을 계산할 수 있으며 Richard 방정식(또는 선택적으로 Green-Ampt 방정식 채택)을 이용하여 정밀한 침투량 모의가 가능하다. 또한 레이다등의 고해상도 강우관측자료를 지점자료와 합성하여 입력자료로 사용할 수 있도록하고자 하며 강우-유출모형에 다목적댐이나 보등에서의 유량조절효과를 반영하고, 다목적댐군에서의 연계운영모의가 가능케 함으로서 현업의 운영자들이 실무에서 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 형태의 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 이는 국내에서의 2차원 분포형 강우-유출모형을 자체 개발함으로서 연구역량을 제고하고, 국내 현업기관에서의 분포형 모형기반의 홍수모니터링 및 전망시스템의 확산에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

A Model of the Risk Response Repeat Process in the Construction Project (건설공사 위험대응 반복 프로세스 모델)

  • Recently, a few major construction companies in Korea have a growing interests to the risk management system, and they are trying to apply it to their construction projects. However, the existing methodologies to be applied to the foreign public projects are not proper to the construction environments due to its adaptabilities, that has one time process and heavily depends on personal judgement. The purpose of this paper is to propose a risk response process in consideration of the residual risks, which would be more adaptable and practical in the construction environment, overcoming the current obstacles to be mentioned above. This process has systematic repeat process until the residual risks go down to the risk thresholds based on the efficiency of specific response strategy.

  • J. Zhou et al. proposed a new public-key framewort in which the maximum lifetime of a certificate is divided into short periods and the certificate could be expired at the end of any period under the control of the certificate owner(or his manager in a corporate environment). However, J. Zhou et al.'s public-key framework is not suitable on implementation in real world. Therefore, we review some security Parameters to change them into more suitable ones for implementation and remove an unnecessary trust party of J. Zhou et al.'s public-key framework. Then, we propose an improved scheme for realistic solution. Moreover, we present a practical application based on the improved framework.
