본 고는 P사의 원료 수급에 관한 계량적 모델을 제시함으로써 문제의 규모와 복잡성 때문에 해결이 어려웠던 문제를 단계적 의사결정에 의해 접근함으로써 현상의 이해와 더불어 실제 응용을 가능케하기 위한 시도의 일환이다. 먼저 고려되어야 할 적정 재고수준의 산정과 배선계획은 향후 기술하기로 하며 컴퓨터의 발전과 더불어 조직적인 문제해결을 위한 계량적 모델을 통한 접근방법의 한 예를 기술하였다.

신상품이나 신규 통신서비스의 수요 예측은 사업의 경제성 분석과 초기 시설투자 계획을 수립함에 있어 필수적이다. 그러나, 과거 자료가 없는 경우에 적용할 수 있는 기존의 수요예측방법은 비계량적인 방법들로서 객관성이 떨어지므로 가능한 한 주관적인 요소나 임의성을 배제할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 저궤도 이동위성통신 서비스의 수요예측 사례를 중심으로 계량적인 모형에서 추정이 불가능한 모수들을 비계량적인 방법을 통해 추정함으로써 계량적인 방법과 비계량적인 방법을 결합한 수요예측방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 통신서비스와의 비교유추를 통하여 확산계수를 도출하고 설문자료로부터 잠재시장규모를 추정함으로써 신규 통신서비스의 확산과정을 예측하고 가격에 대한 수요의 탄력도를 도출한다.

This paper addresses the limitation of a map comparison metric entitled Figure of Merit through employing a simple land change model. The metric was originally designed to overcome limitations of other existing statistics, such as Kappa, when assessing predictive accuracy of land change models. A series of comparisons between null and predicted outcomes at multiple resolutions as well as a multi-resolution Figure of Merit analysis techniques of validation are compared for spatially segregated calibration and validation datasets. The Figure of Merit at the null resolution in this paper was 57%, although future research must be done to determine if this was simply a coincidence. A Figure of Merit greater than 50% would seem to represent a "Resolution of Merit" in that the Figure of Merit at that resolution becomes greater than the error. Thus, these two metrics should be used in tandem to assess predictive accuracy of a land change model.

In the 21st century, informatization is playing a huge role in people's lives. Korea is experiencing the tremendous changes in social structure and lifestyle caused by informatization. This paper focuses on economic phenomena rather than discussion on social structure due to informatization. We check whether the Goodwin model, which can comprehensively express economic growth, economic cycle, and income distribution, is suitable for the Korean economy in the information age. This model is simulated by selecting a quantitative economic methodology that estimates coefficients from time series data of the Korean economy. The simulation results confirmed that the Goodwin model is suitable for analyzing functional income distribution in Korea.

인력계획업무를 체계적이고 과학적으로 수행하기 위해서는 다양한 계량적인 모형이 요구된다. 이 중에서 핵심적인 모형은 미래의 인력운영을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 인력운영예측모형, 인력구조, 인사제도, 인력흐름간의 수리적인 관계를 분석하는 인력구조 분석모형, 인력운영 목표를 달성하기 위한 진급계획 최적화 모형 등이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모형 개발 시 적용한 통계적 방법론을 설명하고 주요 통계적 이슈를 제기하였다
