본 현대사회는 문명적, 기술적, 산업적으로 발전함에 따라 그에 상응하는 절도, 폭행, 살인 등 중대범죄의 범위를 벗어나 이념과 국가, 종교, 등 가치관과 사상에 따른 테러 사건 등 국제적인 범죄도 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 국제사회는 중대범죄 및 전쟁의 공포보다 예측 불가능, 막대한 대량 피해를 불러오는 테러에 의한 공포심을 더 비중 있게 대하는 현실에 직면했다. 테러범죄는 개인을 넘어 다중에게 피해를 입힐 수 있는 범죄인만큼 대중에게 경각심과 위험성을 알리기 위해선 구체적이고 손쉽게 이해할 수 있는 명확성이 필요하다. 테러는 수년간 다양한 방식과 개념들이 증식했으며 피해 또한 더 이상 소규모인원, 특정인을 향한 계획적인 범행에서 불특정 다수를 향한 뉴테러리즘식의 테러로 발전하고 있어 안보의 개념에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 대한민국 역시 언제까지나 테러의 위험성으로부터 안전을 확신할 수 없기 때문에 국내 정서에 맞는 테러 대응방안과 시스템 구축을 통해 뉴테러리즘의 발생 가능성을 염두 하고 대비할 필요가있다.

This study aims to find out what affects on performance of private security service guards' duty regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve its goal, object of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service enterprise. Here are some conclusions that have been found. First of all, it was revealed that Hapgido, Judo, Taekwondo, kumdo and fencing are in order of the martial arts that help security service the most. Second, the relation of the ability to perform private security service guards' duty between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty. However, ones with a longer career seemed to be more affirmative on the side of work quality and duty, and it also showed a significant difference statistically. complishment relation between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. Seventh, the relation of mental and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty.

현재 국내 터널의 설계와 시공은 대부분 NATM의 원리를 적용하고 있다. 그러나 터널의 설계 접근방법과 시공의 상황을 살펴보면 NATM을 국내 지질에 적용하는 것이 항상 최적이 아니라는 것을 알수 있으며, 국내 터널의 시공에 있어서도 NATM과 다른 개념의 도입과 정확한 이해가 필요하다는 것을 많은 기술자가 느끼고 있다. 따라서 보다 경제적이고 안전한 터널 시공방법의 결정을 위해 NATM의 개념과 다른 터널 설계 및 시공방법으로 노르웨이 터널 시공법(Norwegian Method of Tunnelling, NMT)을 소개하고자 한다. 수도방위사령부예하 향토사단 등을 비롯한 각급부대에는 "인명구조소대"가 편성되어 있다. 현재 장비가 도입되어 있어 어느 정도 장비운용이 가능하고 나름대로 내규를 정하여 임무수행 준비를 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 조직이 제기능을 발휘하기 위해서는 사전에 유관기관의 재난관리 도상연습에 관련자를 참석시켜 효과적인 운용방법과 상황조치 요령을 습득하게 하는 것이 필요하다고 생각된다. 물론 해당부대에서는 장비운용 요령을 철저히 숙달해야 한다

Security Service is the study for social safety and maintenance of order. Compared with the industrial circle, it has only been 18 years, though, many-sided scholars have been interested in this field and tried. The present Security Service, however, has several problems, so it is difficult to gain recognition as the value of learning. To achieve this, several kinds of prior tasks should get solved. First, Preparation for agreement between Industry and University about the academic concept and establishment of range. Second, Set up the School Register System for the academic establishment of identity. Third, Preparation of the plan for the organization of education system. Fourth, Study Direction different from the industrial world. (Unconcern) Therefore, the alternatives centered on some prior tasks will be suggested to enhance the identity and value of Security Service as the study.

Industrial security research has shown a rapid increase over the past decade. With the establishment of the Korean Association for Industrial Security in 2008 and the establishment of the departments of industrial security in recent years, academic interests and research on industrial security are also spreading at a rapid pace. Although academic interest and research have grown in quantitative terms, research on theoretical fields that are the basis of academic systematization is extremely limited. There is a focus on the issue of specific issues and practical solutions without worrying about the theoretical basis including conceptualization. Therefore, in most studies, the concept of industrial security remains at the level of accepting the concept applied in the previous research. Most industrial security research focuses on the specific topic of 'industrial technology protection' because it considers the concept of industrial security to be reduced to industrial technology protection. Although industrial security is composed of a wide range of fields, recognizing a specific field as an entirety of industrial security appears to be a serious problem. As a result, the concept of industrial security in industrial security research is being used ambiguously, incorrectly, and conveniently. It is necessary to accurately and recognize the concept of industrial security based on logical clarity and empirical feasibility.

최근 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 고객의 충성도에 관한 연구가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한 쇼핑몰 사용자의 경험적인 측면의 중요성이 제기되면서 많은 연구에서 이를 플로우란 개념으로 설명하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 최적 경험으로서의 플로우와 그 동안 인터넷 쇼핑몰 관련 연구에서 고객 충성도와의 긍정적 관계에 대해 논의가 있어온, 신뢰와 만족과의 관계를 공분산 구조 분석을 통해 경쟁 모델화 하여 비교함으로써 우수 모델을 도출하였다. 그 결과 플로우와 신뢰, 만족, 충성도간의 관계를 모두 고려한 포화모델이 우수한 모델로 도출되었다.

One of the organizational characteristics in the modern society is the emphasis placed upon individual autonomy in an effort to promote and develop each member's morale as well as the efficiency in personnel management. Therefore, it can be understood that the importance of "Self" is recognized in work places and the leadership of supervisors and each member's self-management and control are also emphasized, leading to establishment of the "Self-leadership" concept. In this study, the effect of the Transformational Leadership of the supervisors on the subordinates' Self-leadership was analyzed and the causal factor of organizational support in the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Self-leadership was defined. A survey was conducted with 182 security officials at the National Assembly and the following results were obtained. First, Transformational Leadership had a positive effect on Self-leadership and the Transformational Leadership of the supervisors had a statistically significant impact on the organizational support awareness. Furthermore, organizational support showed a statistically significant mediator effect in the relationship between the Transformational Leadership of the supervisors and the Self-leadership of the subordinates. Finally, future directions in regard to the personnel management system were suggested.

This study is to explore the development of Korean National Emergency Management System. For the study's purpose, the concept of Emergency, Emergency Management and the existing system and related laws of National Emergency Management have been reviewed. In South Korea, the concept of National Emergency Management contains the variety concept of emergency management; safety management, security management, risk management and disaster management etc. and sometimes using them interchangeably. In addition, there are several laws related to emergency management, making different agencies managing inter-related emergency without nationalized coordination and control tower that results in ineffective management of national emergency. This study attempts to clarify the concept of national emergency and to suggest the necessity of National Integrated Emergency Management System(IEMS). Then, it suggests existing system and related laws's integrate for the development of South Korean National Emergency Management System.
