In order to attain the goal of the research which sees the literature which relates with an security guard martial art widly, was an investigation and observed the aesthetics from concept and martial art of aesthetics and this the technical free use ability from actual site of the technical find which leads the practice voluntary repetition practice of security guard martial art with character and the body guard aesthetic integral part experience possibly did, there being will be able to acquire an aesthetic inspiration, confirmed. So the security guard martial art follows the composition principle of maximization central attitude and shock point breath control and mental intensive etc. of reinforcement of direction shock of relativity redundancy mental moral culture body agreement characteristic force and relaxation force and is completed and will be able to embody an aesthetic value with aesthetic elements of technical polishing process inside goes about reduction.

  • 본 연구는 국가중요시설의 청사 내에 근무하는 청사보안과 안전유지, 질서유지를 담당하는 방호직 공무원에게 발생하는 다양한 민원인 불량행동의 유형과 국가중요시설에서 일어나는 각 유형에 맞는 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안을 효율적으로 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 인터뷰를 통해 국가중요시설에서 근무하는 방호직공무원이 느끼는 민원인 불량행동이 어떠한 유형으로 있는지 조사하였고 개별면담을 통해 나타난 대표적인 민원인 불량행동의 유형들은 첫째, 국가중요시설 내에서 큰 소리를 지르고 욕설을 하는 언어폭력형 둘째, 각 국가기관 및 지자체의 국가중요시설에서 서비스 업무수행 과정 중 다른 타 민원인이 있음에도 본인 자신의 이익과 편의를 위해 행해지는 행위를 하는 이기주의형 셋째, 각 국가중요시설의 규정 및 내규가 있음에도 규정된 규칙을 무시하고 따르지 않는 규칙위반형 등이 있다. 이에 따라 각 유형별 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안 항목들로 첫째, 방호직공무원 교육의 체계화, 둘째, 민원인을 응대할 수 있는 기관의 내규 및 규칙, 셋째, 민원인에게 겪는 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 환경을 제시하였다.

  • It is known that Psychopathy is excessively selfish, using as a tool to achieve the purpose to others, irresponsible, easy liars in common. They were recognized that it is people of harmful to society, impulsive, attacking others body, ignorant others safety, enjoying or callousing others suffers. But, another aggressive behaviors are described as pro-social aggressive acts as the cops bring under control by firearms to hostage committing a crime in social norms. The proper aggression is related with national security and safety of the people that is pro-social aggression for nation and human society. Security service with the legal grounds and the convinced commitment needs self-giving works, self-sacrificial security-activity is in the center of security service. These days, psychologists reveal the people of psychopathy are CEO, politician, broadcaster, surgeon, special forces, police officer. And they distinguish themselves and contribute to a community in various fields. Therefor, this research wanted to find out the relationship between fearlessness, coldheartedness in the PPI-R(applying to the university student for checking psychopathy, except anti-social traits) and pro-social aggression, self-sacrificial security-activity.

Influences of Long Hour Guarding in Bodyguards on the Heart Rate Variation and Autonomic Nervous System (경호원들의 장시간 경계근무가 심박변이도와 자율신경에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study a practical guarding work is carried out for 180 minutes as the same as the actual guarding work that is done by nine students of the department of security services in K University in order to investigate changes in circadian rhythms during long hour guarding in bodyguards at practical sites. In the results of the tests of the heart rate variation and autonomic nervous system with the interval of 30 minutes using HRV (Heart rate variability), there are no significant differences in HRV and SDNN and that leads to maintain it stably during the guarding work for 180 minutes. In the case of TP which reflects the overall activity level in the autonomic nervous system, it shows a high significant difference (p<.05) at 90 and 120 minutes compared to that of normal states. Also, it shows a significant decrease in the level after a lapse of 120 minutes and that shows a decrease in the activity of the autonomic nervous system for the guarding work more than 120 minutes. Although differences in VLF, LF, and HF are not significant levels, these are influenced on the change in TP. The LH/HF ratio that represents the balance between the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve shows a significant high level (p<.05) after a lapse of 30 minutes. Thus, it is considered that the concentration of the guarding work after a lapse of 120 minutes is decreased and there are some tensions and excitations after a lapse of 30 minutes since the beginning of the guarding work.

  • The purpose of this study focuses on developing the outplacement competency of special security government official for which precedent reference research, expert review, and expert Delphi analysis used according to three steps of study process. The final Delphi examination analysis resulted in outplacement competency into four groups of competency and twenty-two subcategories. Thus, it is very worthy to develop outplacement's competencies necessary for outplacement of special security government official through expert's Delphi examination in the first time, which have not being researched until now, and to present them theoretically through clarification and verification process accomplished by experts and staffs related to outplacement. Individual effort is essential to strengthen their capabilities based on accurate self evaluation, for which the awareness and concept need to be redefined to help them face up to the reality by readjusting career goal to a realistic level. Also, active career development plan to improve shortcoming in terms of outplacement competency is required. The result of this study, which ouplacement successors of special security government officials participated studying process, will be used as the basic data to establish an outplacement curriculum and an educational system for strengthening competency necessary for outplacement of special security government official.

The Effect of Job Stress and Job Exhaustion on Job Performance of Body Guards and Security Guards due to Organizational Culture

  • This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 320 security guards to investigate the effects of job stress and job exhaustion on job performance according to the bodyguard's organizational culture. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. First, in the organizational culture, the innovation culture was found to have a negative effect on the job stress at the .01 level. Second, organizational culture was found to have no direct effect on job performance. Third, among organizational cultures, market culture was found to have a statistically negative effect on job performance at the .01 level. Fourth, job stress was found to affect job performance statistically as a negative (-) at .001 level. Fifth, job exhaustion was found to affect job performance statistically as negative (-) at .001 level. Sixth, job stress was found to have a mediating effect as negative (-) at the .01 level statistically in relation to the innovation culture of organizational culture and job performance. Seventh, job exhaustion was found to have no statistically significant effect on the relationship between organizational culture and job performance.
