Decay usage scheduling algorithm gives preference to processes that have consumed little CPU in the recent past. It has been widely-used in time-sharing systems such as UNIX, where CPU-intensive processes and interactive processes are mixed. However, there has been no sound understanding about the mixed effects of decay usage parameters on the service performance. This paper empirically analyzes their effects in terms of the resulting service bandwidth and delay Based on such empirical analysis, we derive the clear meaning of each parameter. Such analysis and understanding provides a basis of controlling decay usage parameters for desirable service provision as required by applications.

This research puts the purpose in elucidating the effect of participation types of leisure activity and leisure restraints on life quality. To achieve research purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 subjects who are engaged in private guard companies with ages over 20. Using the collected data, frequency analysis was conducted in order to identify demographic characteristics with SPSS/WIN 17.0V program. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted for solving research questions. As a result, sports related participation type had a positive effect on time constraint factor. Meanwhile, hobby related participation type had a positive effect on time and cost constraint, participation type of watching has a positive effect on individual and social constraint. Tour and play related participation type had a positive effect on individual constraint factor. Meanwhile participation type of sociality had a positive effect on individual constraint and hobby factor, but had a negative effect on familial and social constraint. Sports related participation type had a positive effect on social relationship factor. Participation type of watching and play related participation type had a negative effect on family relationship. Finally, time constraint factor had a positive effect on family relationship, and cost constraint factor had a positive effect on entire quality of life. Individual and family constraint factors had a negative effect on leisure relationship factor. Also, social constraint factor had a positive effect on family relationship, but had a negative effect on leisure relationship.

As the service quality has been reconsidered in public sector as well as private enterprises, the need for public sectors to adopt principle and practices of private sectors is concerned with customer-focused approach, the different business culture of public service organizations makes it difficult to improve service qualify. Also, Since concept of service contains intangibility, heterogeneity, Simultaneousness and perishability, it makes peoples more difficult to measure service quality. Therefore, this study proposes synthetic Administrative Service duality Index(ASQI) using fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the service qualify in subjective environment. In ASQI model, Fuzzy set theory helps to measure the ambiguity of concepts that are relative to human being's subjective judgement. Also, this study utilizes AHP method to evaluate the preference weights of service quality dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) for customers.

텔레매틱스 서비스의 주요 기술 중 하나가 텔레매틱스 단말과 관련된 기술이다. IT의 급속한 발전과 다양한 기술의 컨버젼스는 텔레매틱스 서비스의 첨단화를 가지고 올 것이다. 따라서, 텔레매틱스 단말에 대한 정확한 기술적 범위 및 다양한 환경에 대한 상호운용성 및 확장성을 고려한 개방형의 시스템이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼 환경을 구축하는데 있어서, 핵심인 텔레매틱스 단말 S/W플랫폼의 요구기능에 대하여 설계하였다. 이는 텔레매틱스 단말 표준화 추진의 일환으로 국내 표준 아키텍쳐 설계를 기반하여, 현재 ETRI를 중심으로 연구개발 중인 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼 기술개발과 국제 관련 기술개발 현황 등을 고려한, 상호 운용성 및 확장성이 가능한 개방형 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼의 요구기능을 정의한 것이다. 이는 국내 시장뿐만 아니라, 국제적으로 부재한 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼의 아키텍쳐 설계 및 API 개발을 통해 국제경쟁력 강화에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we propose a novel protocol design for multi-subband feedback-based multicast services in LTE systems, which reduces feedback overheads with guaranteeing QoS. Through the experimental results, it is manifested that the proposed protocol is able to reduce more feedback overheads in comparison with the conventional scheme.

본 논문에서는 이동단말에 최적화된 서비스를 제공하기 위한 이동단말의 정보 이용방법과 무선선로상의 제약 및 무선 단말기의 제한된 자원으로 좀더 효율적인 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위한 WBMP(Wireless BitMaP) 변환기의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술한다. 이동단말의 정보는 CC/PP(Composite Capabilities/Preferences Profiles) 또는 WSP(Wireless Session Protocol) 헤더로부터 알아낼 수 있으며 이 정보를 이용하여 WBMP 변환기는 기존의 이미지를 이동단말에 가장 적절한 WBMP 이미지로 변환한다. 그러나 컬러 이미지를 변환하는 경우 이동단말이 가지는 제약에 의해 이미지 정보가 손실되거나 왜곡될 수 있으며, 현재 무선환경에서 지원되는 0/1 형식의 WBMP 이미지로는 각 단말의 자원을 최대한 활용할 수 없다. 따라서 향후 그레이-레벨 또는 컬러 이미지로의 변환 기능이 추가 구현되어야 한다.

이 논문에서는, 과거의 사용량 정보와 서비스 지연시간이 상호 의존관계를 가지는 지연시간-대역폭 정규화 개념을 설명하고, 이에 기반한 스펙트럼 형태의 스케줄링 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델에서는 각 응용이 자원을 획득할 수 있는 권한을 주기적으로 축적하며, 서비스를 받을 경우 그 권한을 소비하게 된다. 사용되지 않고 축적된 권한은 추후의 스케줄링에서 자원 획득 가능성을 높여 지연시간을 단축시키는 효과를 낸다. 이 때 과거의 축적된 정보를 주기적으로 감쇄시킴으로써 과거의 사용 정보를 부분적으로 망각하도록 할 수 있으며, 그 감쇄 정도에 따라 지연시간-대역폭 정규화 정도를 제어할 수 있다. 이 기본적 모델의 세부사항을 조절함으로써 이 모델이 GPS, virtual clock, decay usage 등의 스케줄러와 유사한 특성을 나타낼 수 있음을 보였으며, 이를 통해 기존의 무관해 보이는 스케줄러들이 연속적인 스펙트럼상에 존재함을 설명하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해 모델의 특성을 관찰하였다.

본 연구는 국가중요시설의 청사 내에 근무하는 청사보안과 안전유지, 질서유지를 담당하는 방호직 공무원에게 발생하는 다양한 민원인 불량행동의 유형과 국가중요시설에서 일어나는 각 유형에 맞는 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안을 효율적으로 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 인터뷰를 통해 국가중요시설에서 근무하는 방호직공무원이 느끼는 민원인 불량행동이 어떠한 유형으로 있는지 조사하였고 개별면담을 통해 나타난 대표적인 민원인 불량행동의 유형들은 첫째, 국가중요시설 내에서 큰 소리를 지르고 욕설을 하는 언어폭력형 둘째, 각 국가기관 및 지자체의 국가중요시설에서 서비스 업무수행 과정 중 다른 타 민원인이 있음에도 본인 자신의 이익과 편의를 위해 행해지는 행위를 하는 이기주의형 셋째, 각 국가중요시설의 규정 및 내규가 있음에도 규정된 규칙을 무시하고 따르지 않는 규칙위반형 등이 있다. 이에 따라 각 유형별 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안 항목들로 첫째, 방호직공무원 교육의 체계화, 둘째, 민원인을 응대할 수 있는 기관의 내규 및 규칙, 셋째, 민원인에게 겪는 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 환경을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality of security safety system users on corporate image and customer satisfaction. To confirm this through empirical analysis, a survey was conducted on about 200 users nationwide for about 40 days from May 2 to June 12, 2019. The survey was composed of "service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction". The empirical analysis was conducted mainly on the analysis of importance, reliability, validity and correlation. This study used SPSS WIN 18.0 to calculate structural equations and exploratory factors. The research results are as follows: The users of the security safety system showed that the better the service quality, the better the corporate image. The better the corporate image, the higher the customer satisfaction. Also, the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. Therefore, each security safety system company should steadily improve the service quality to improve customer satisfaction.

As we took a look at above, this researcher suggest following device to extend Korea's private security industry's area. First, it is necessary to extend private investigation law's area grafting private security together. Second, it is necessary it is necessary to think of private security's role related key figure law, corresponding terror law, Presidential Security Service Guard law. Third, as a draft of a proposed law related prevention flowing out of industry techniques among industry security related law, passed, it is necessary private security's diversity, subdivision, composition through an enterprise security, and private security industry area's grafting together. Fourth, a research about private security company's investment and professional area's bringing up as well as business's extension device should be groped for the security consulting though total system management service. Fifth, there are no big difference education course and purpose, duty about a security police man law and security law's unification, so it is necessary to drive forward actively unification through government organization's cooperation. Sixth, a paradigm shift should be occured about private security service among policeman, citizen, and private security guards. Seventh, it is considered the role of security association is important. Lastly about a matter communication between the National Police Agency, and Security Association, not only look at from an authority's angle, collecting information, corresponding ability but now it is considered to grope each other cooperation device together among organizations not only the National Police Agency but also, National Organization, National Intelligence Service, the prosecution, Presidential Security Service Guard, Army etc.
