Getting Closer to Consumer Performance Experience: Research on Performance Experience Components through Online Post Analysis (소비자의 공연 경험에 다가가기 - 온라인 게시글 분석을 통한 공연 경험의 구성요소 탐구 -)

  • In studying culture consumption today, it is essential to understand and analyze the actual visitors' experiences in detail. This is deeply related to the fact that we can utilize subjective experience records that were previously inaccessible as data since plenty of people actually record many performance experiences in the media space such as social media. This study attempts to examine what elements actually consists of people's performance experience based on actual expression of the performance experience that exists online. For this, we collected two types of data. First, we collected posts which required performance recommendation on online platforms such as Jisik-In and Cafes to see how people describe what they want and analyzed data focusing on the modifiers. Results show that people mainly use modifiers that reflect the specific situation of the individual such as companion or age. In addition we analyzed how the experience was described after the show through the review posts of ticket booking site. Results show how expressions are centered around companions, revisit intentions, and viewing experiences besides elements such as story and music, which have been known as main satisfaction elements of performance experience in previous studies. In addition, we discussed the practical implications and limitations of the study as well as the theoretical discussion.

  • 본 논문은 최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 PC통신 및 인터넷에 의한 사이버 쇼핑행동을 이해하기 위해서 사이버 쇼핑경험자와 비경험자간의 차이를 비교하였다. 인터넷 및 PC통신 사용자를 대상으로 일대일 면접과 전자메일 설문방식을 병행하여 426명으로부터 설문응답을 얻었다. 주요설문내용은 인터넷 및 PC통신 사용실태, 사이버쇼핑 사용실태, 사이버 쇼핑에 대한 지각된 위험요인(perceived risks), 그리고 인구통계적 변수 등이었다. 응답자를 인터넷과 PC통신을 통해 제품이나 서비스를 구매한 경험이 있는 집단(182명)과 없는 집단(242명)으로 나누어 분산분석(ANOVA)과 판별분석(discriminant analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 사이버 쇼핑구매 경험자와 무경험자간에는 인터넷 및 PC통신 행태, 인구통계변수, 사이버 쇼핑에 대한 지각위험, 사이버 쇼핑 중요속성 평가에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 효과적인 사이버 마케팅전략을 제시하였다.

  • 인간에게 경험이란 삶의 흔적이며 과정이다. 어떤 경험을 했는지, 느낌을 갖게 되었는지, 본적이 있는지, 만진 적이 있는지 등 다양한 인지 요소들은 그 기억만으로 그 인간의 특성이 되고 성질이 된다. 이러한 모든 경우를 재인이라고 한다. 이러한 기억 인출 단서들이 현존감이 강한 가상환경에서 발견되느냐, 발견되지 않느냐에 따라 미디어적 환상성이 아닌 사용자에게 가상에서의 '현실'을 제공하는 중요 요소로 작용할 것이다. 또한 가상현실 콘텐츠의 이해가 미숙한 사용자라도 가상환경에서 선행경험에 대한 재인요소를 제공받을 수 있는 중요한 단서가 될 수 있다면, 콘텐츠에 대한 높은 만족감을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 가상현실 콘텐츠의 만족도를 올리는 요소로서, 재인에 대하여 고찰하고 개인의 재인과 가상현실 콘텐츠 만족과의 상관관계를 연구하여 양질의 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하는데 기여하고 가상현실을 경험하는 사용자의 심리적인 영역까지 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 함이다.

  • 본 연구는 사용자가 경험하는 감성 이미지를 추출하여 생리신호를 통해 자동으로 분류하는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템은 이미지의 감성평가를 위하여 착용과 휴대가 간편한 PPG생체신호를 활용하였고, 생활 속의 장면들에서 감성 별 이미지를 무선으로 PC에 저장 및 분류하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 이미지의 라이프 로그 정보를 제공하는 기술을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 사용자의 경험과 이미지를 연관시켜 생활 속 정보의 경험 피드백을 하는 데에 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 기존의 소프트웨어 교육 방법이 가지는 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 존듀이와 프레네의 경험 중심 교육 방법에 기반을 둔 새로운 소프트웨어 교육 모델을 제안한다. 경험 중심 기반의 새로운 소프트웨어 교육 방법은 학습자들의 자율성을 보장하고, 학습자들 간의 상호작용을 통해 일상생활의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 문제 해결력을 기르는데 중점을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 자유로운 사고방식으로 일상생활의 다양한 문제를 발견할 수 있는 능력과 다양한 경험을 통해 이를 해결할 수 있는 능력을 기르도록 체계화된 소프트웨어 교육 모델을 구성할 것이며 이를 통해 소프트웨어 교육의 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

Effect of the Elderly-related Experience of College Students on Ageism (대학생들의 노인 관련 경험이 노인 차별주의에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted a survey to investigate the effect of the elderly-related experience on ageism in college students in Busan and Ulsan area. The total score of ageism was lower in the students with the experience in living with the elderly (p<.001), taking elderly-related classes (p<.01), and volunteering for the elderly. The effect of the experience in the elderly on the emotional avoidance was significant in the students with the experience in living with the elderly (p<0.001), volunteering for the elderly(p<0.01), and taking elderly-related classes (p<0.05). The effect on ageism was significant in the students with the experience in living with the elderly (p<0.001), volunteering for the elderly (p<0.01), and taking elderly-related classes (p<0.05). Therefore, taking elderly-related classes and volunteering for elderly to build social, physical, and emotional empathy will have a positive effect on the attitudes and the point of view on the elderly.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the deeper meaning of the experience to explore the essence of latter-aged elderly suicide attempt. To this end, by applying the technology of Giorgi phenomenology to focus on the nature of the experience was described reveal the structure of the developing. By targeting eight people aged 75 years and over in Seoul experience with suicide attempts, open the data was collected through in-depth interviews, participants were analyzed on the basis of the aforesaid materials result, late of suicide in elderly seniors experience semantics was putting down that long for the comfort at the crossroads of life. Analysis of six components were derived 'regrets the harsh years', 'desperate and pathetic beholden', 'useless worthless life', 'body of unbearable pain and lethargy', 'no place to lean loneliness', 'the last select'. Discuss these findings the suicide problem of latter-aged elderly suicide attempt, based on experience and in-depth, Elderly mental health and social welfare presented the practical implications for suicide prevention.

  • The identification of the entrepreneurs' capacity and the obstacles of university/graduate school students have been assuming a growing importance in the development of mentoring directed towards the entrepreneurship and start-up processes. This study aims to identify the factors that most contribute for the intention to start up a business. The research also tries to identify the profile of a potential entrepreneur student concerning several characteristics: entrepreneurial capacity, obstacles and mentoring. We used the modeling testing of the data collected from 139 university/graduate school students. Research findings include the idea that entrepreneurial mentoring is moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention. On the other side, personal entrepreneurial capacity has an important role in shaping motivation to start-up a business and entrepreneurial obstacle have a negative impact in the intention to start-up. Contribution and suggestions are provided for the further research.

  • This study examined the experiences and meanings of career transition becoming a counselor by examining the experiences of career transition process before two women became counselors through the narrative inquiry method. To do this, two counselors with career counseling qualifications and two or more career transition experiences were selected as research participants. The results are as follows. First, they had several career experiences without having the opportunity to think about their interests or aptitudes. Second, it was an experience that career transition adapts itself. Third, as they went through various occupations, they gradually went to the work and study they wanted. Fourth, They were satisfied with the profession of the counselor they had chosen, and they were inspecting themselves as a counselor. In this study, it is meaningful to accept the career transition as a part of life and to confirm the meaning of career transition experience as a counselor walking the path of counseling specialist.

  • This study emphasized the self-examination to using webmedia. Proliferation of media-mediated experience cause the reduce and infringe of human experience, and It is suggested to problem to negative operation for Self-identity. Expecially, A tendency of addictive using of Webmedia produce the serious anxiety. Based on this discussion, the relationship of web-media addictive experiences and Self-identity has been studied. There are 9 groups of panels who are divided by using degree of web media experience, the quantitative dimension and addictive involvement, the qualitative dimension. As a result high significance was suggested between the level of web-media addictive experience and Self-identity. Expecially, highly web media experienced group has less Self-identity than low web-media experience group. therefore, Concerns on Web-media mediated experiences were demonstrated. According to the results, in terms of web-media experiences, addictive involvement level affects more meaningfully to the Self-identity than quantitative dimension approach.
