In this study, the basic purpose was to identify the characteristics of the perception response of the elements that have an influence on the information search process for an assessment of product preference. Also, the relationship between the characteristics and the preference of products were reviewed in terms of the experience of the use of products. For this, photos of mobile phones and proposal-type products were selected and the experimental stimulant and experiments were conducted in two steps. In the first experiment, observations were made on the photos of the proposed products and they were arranged in the order of preference. In the second experiment, the part with the first attention in the preference assessment was marked by using the product photos that were previously selected and ranking them from 1 to 10. Two conclusions were obtained from the results of the experiment. First, the experimental memory information with the experience of the use of the products activates an interpretational response to the various constitutional elements included in the object for conception in the process of a preference rating. Second, no product use experience induces the reaction that perceptually accepts the esthetical elements included in the object for perception, regardless of preference.

A generation of rules or patterns for detecting attacks from network is very difficult. Detection rules and patterns are usually generated by Expert's experiences that consume many man-power, management expense, time and so on. This paper proposes statistical methods that effectively detect intrusion and attacks without expert's experiences. The methods are to select useful measures in measures of network connection(session) and to detect attacks. We extracted the network session data of normal and each attack, and selected useful measures for detecting attacks using relative entropy. And we made probability patterns, and detected attacks using likelihood ratio testing. The detecting method controled detection rate and false positive rate using threshold. We evaluated the performance of the proposed method using KDD CUP 99 Data set. This paper shows the results that are to compare the proposed method and detection rules of decision tree algorithm. So we can know that the proposed methods are useful for detecting Intrusion and attacks.

This study explores the Experiential Theory of John Dewey and Donald Norman's definition of user experiences to analyze the new cultural experience of trying on Hanbok among the young generation. In order to find out the demographic characteristics, the survey was conducted online. An in-depth interview was held among six women in their 20's who were randomly selected to obtain diverse consumer's opinions. According to the interview, rather than recognizing the traditional beauty of Hanbok, the interviewers recognized the aesthetic sensibility of modernized Hanbok. In addition, the uniqueness of wearing Hanbok which has become the non-ordinary culture and the desire to share the experience is analyzed through characteristics such as particularity. In order to develop cultural contents that are highly marketable, consistent analyzation and research of the fluctuating desire of customers are essential since users perceive their experience to be special.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand changes experienced by participants in group bibliotherapy. For this purpose, individual interviews were conducted with 14 adults who were chosen by the best bibliotherapists through peer nomination and the results were analyzed by grounded theory, which is one sort of qualitative research method. This study has a significant meaning to provide a foundation of understanding of group bibliotherapy by exploring participants' experiences in depth through grounded theory approach and revealing the changes experienced and process of group bibliotherapy.

At the stage of conceptual design of a helicopter, it is a general way using low fidelity analysis methods because of a large number of design calculations and trade-off studies. Determination of empirical parameters used in analysis codes for more practical design, depends on an user's design experiences, which effects on the accuracy and the fidelity of conceptual design results. Thus, more precise and logical method should be required to determine the empirical parameters used in the conceptual design of a helicopter. The present method is to be used not only in verifying the empirical parameters generated by design requirements, but also regenerate them if they contain any errors. Empirical parameters produced by present method were used to design a helicopter with a payload objective and performance constraints of an operating helicopter. As a result, weights and geometries of designed helicopter matched the target value within 5% significance level, proving that the suggested parameter generating method can be useful in the conceptual design of a helicopter.

Using Kohut's selfobject perspective as a foundation, this qualitative study explored the empathy with music and analyzed the empirical meanings in relation to 'Mirroring selfobject need', 'Idealized selfobject need', and 'Twinship selfobject need'. The participants included 13 music therapy graduate students who took part in individual interviews about their musical experiences. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed via content analysis. As a result, seven categories with 16 meaningful concepts emerged under three dimensions: Gratification of selfobject need for mirroring, gratification of selfobject need for idealization, and gratification of selfobject need for twinship. Participants described experiencing unconditional understanding and acceptance from music, feeling stronger and safer in music, and being identified with and connected to music. These findings suggest that participants continuously gratify their selfobject needs by expanding the self and empathizing themselves through music. This study in significant in that it is the first qualitative study to analyze participants' musical experiences from Kohut's selfobject perspective.

This study helps to select the criteria for the location automotive repair shops and suggests the optimum location. The weights representing relative importance of each criterion were calculated by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Actually most of the location of automotive repair shops have been selected depending on decision makers' experience though very high initial costs are incurred. Also while studies have been done on the location of the smaller shops whose initial costs are low and service activities are simple, studies and cases on the location of automotive repair shop were not done and found before. This study helps to draw the weights of the criteria for the location of each one of grade 1, 2, 3 repair shop and compare and analyze them. As a result, it is found out that there is some differences between factors significantly considered when selecting the location of each repair shop. This study has significance of suggesting scientific methods to reduce risk in the decision making related to location of repair shop.

인터넷 발달로 인한 정보격차는 장애인들의 문화지체현상을 가속화 시키고 있다. 이에 웹사이트의 원스톱 서비스에 있어 경험에 기초한 디자인과 보편적 디자인을 기반으로 접근성을 확장해 나가야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌을 통해 장애인을 위한 접근성 필수항목 7가지, 즉 콘텐츠구성, 키보드접근, 마우스접근, 이미지처리, 텍스트처리, 색, 코드를 선정하고 이를 근거로 장애인 자료실이 있는 공공도서관과 그렇지 못한 공공도서관, 해외 공공도서관의 웹사이트를 대상으로 평가하였다. 이를 토대로 접근성 확장을 위해 메인페이지 개선, 사용자 경험을 기초한 콘텐츠 구성, 콘텐츠의 접근성, 의미 있는 마크업, 이용자를 위한 맞춤형 콘텐츠, 제작 권장사항 등을 제안하였다. 앞으로 장애인을 포함한 모든 이용자를 위한 웹 접근성 지침은 경험적 데이터와 보편적 디자인에서 이루어져야 할 것이다.

수많은 데이터베이스 중에서 가장 유용하게 사용되고 있는 100개의 DB를 주제별로 선정하여 설명하고 이글에서 소개되는 DB들을 잘 활용하여 각 분야의 정보원을 나름대로 정리하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 물론 정보 검색의 경험이 많은 전문 정보 검색사들에게는 나름대로 익숙한 DB들이 많을 수 있으나 특정 주제 분야별로 중요하게 다뤄지는 DB들을 정리해 그 차이를 살펴볼 기회가 될 수 있기를 바란다.

최근 국내계통에서도 중부하 상태로 안정도 한계근처에서 운용되고 있는 실정으로 이미 여러 선진국에서 경험한 전압붕괴로 인한 대규모 정전사태의 확률이 점점 증대되고 있다. 최근 우리나라에서도 전압안정도 측면에서 전압제어시스템의 필요성을 인식하고 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 전력IT과제를 통해 지능형 전압제어시스템을 개발하였다. 일반적으로 성공적인 지능형 시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 효과적인 탐색기법을 선정해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 전압제어시스템의 효과적인 동작을 위한 탐색기법을 선정하기 위해 전압제어문제를 상태공간 표현법을 사용하여 모델링 하였고 이에 적합한 탐색기법을 선정하였다.
