The study aims to present function and role of the library in the age of sharing economy. For this purpose, through theoretical discussion and review of the characteristics and benefits of the sharing economy, the potential and value of a sharing economy were analyzed and the role of libraries was compared and analyzed in terms of the value of a sharing economy. In this study, the values created from the sharing economy were divided into five categories: Economic value, Social value, Community value, Technical value, and Environmental value, showing that the potential value of a sharing economy is similar to the role, function and value of a library. Based on this, it presented a function and role to realize the sharing value of a library in the era of a sharing economy.

소셜 네트워크 서비스와 모바일 단말의 보급이 증가함에 따라 사용자들은 커뮤니티를 형성하고 이를 통하여 즉시적으로 문제(Needs) 해결에 필요한 사용자들간의 경험 정보를 공유하고자 한다. 기존의 커뮤니티들은 특정 의도로 형성된 공동체로써 사용자의 위치 및 사회적 관계 보다는 단순히 카폐 개념의 공동체를 형성한다. 사용자의 위치가 변경됨에 따라 원하는 정보를 제공하는 방법에 있어 사용자의 장소/사회적 관계를 고려하여 즉시적으로 필요한 커뮤니티를 추천 검색하거나 신규 커뮤니티를 생성하여 사용자들의 참여를 통한 정보 공유 및 사용자 위치에서 발생되는 여러 이벤트를 수집할 수 있는 소셜 레이더 기능이 필요하다. 또한 형성된 공동체를 통하여 서비스 실행에 필요한 실행환경을 공유하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 제공받고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 존재하는 공간 내에서 서로 공유될 수 있는 정보를 추적/검색/추천/공유할 수 있는 사용자 위치 기반 소셜 레이더 관리 시스템에 관한 구성 방법을 제공한다.

인터넷 사용자들의 증가와 여러 기기들의 발달에 따라 인터넷 사용자들은 새로운 형태의 커뮤니케이션을 스스로 발전시킬 수 있었고, 이러한 흐름이 최근 UCC의 폭발적인 증가로 이어졌다. 하지만 최근까지 사용자들이 왜 자신이 스스로 노력을 들여서 UCC를 공유하는 지에 대한 명확한 설명은 부재한 상황이다. UCC공유동기는 기존에 지속적으로 연구되어 왔던 가상커뮤니티나 온라인구전활동의 참여동기를 상당부분 가지고 있으나 이들로 설명할 수 없는 새로운 참여동기를 포함하고 있는 것으로 보여진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 UCC 공유 동기를 파악하기 위해 UCC 공유 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였고, 요인분석을 통해 UCC공유동기가 '자가 창조의 즐거움', '커뮤니티에 대한 책임감', '자아표현 욕구', '타인과의 교제', '보상'의 동기로 요인화될 수 있음을 밝혀냈다. 그리고 이들 동기가 UCC 공유 의도에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 알아보았다. UCC공유의도를 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면으로 나누어, 앞에서 요인화 된 5가지 UCC동기가 각각에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 UCC를 공유하는 사용자들을 좀 더 이해할 수 있을 것이고, UCC를 비즈니스모델로 하는 온라인기업들에게 UCC참여 및 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 가이드를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The objectives of this study are to suggest useful directions for promotion of SNS tourism information service to the service providers through investigating the effect relationship between SNS tourism information service quality and the information sharing intention. To achieve the objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on SNS tourism information service quality and information sharing intention were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the service users about the services was conducted. The findings showed that the 'easy acquisition' and 'interactivity' factors of SNS tourism information service quality have an effect on the information sharing intention. Accordingly, the service providers are required to enhance the service quality related to the information acquisition and interaction between users.

The main purpose of this study is to empirically examine and to develop the optimal model about an influential relationship between the types of source-based trust and knowledge sharing of local government officials. Procedural and distributive justice-based calculative trust in organization, cognition-based trust in organization, cognition-based trust in supervisor, cognition-based trust in coworkers, and emotion-based trust in coworkers were set up as independent variables of this research model, and sharing of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge based on the knowledge content as dependent variables. The research results shows that the suitability of each model has approximate value to the required level, and that emotion-based trust in coworkers significantly affects knowledge sharing for both the individual and integrated factors in hypothetical influential relationship. This study is expected to help to enable knowledge sharing in various situations by dividing the concepts of trust that affect knowledge sharing into a few types, and deriving the influential model of knowledge sharing by types.

The goal of this paper was to understand the skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company through qualitative interviews with 3 purposefully selected ex-participants. Their core skill-up experience in this period was assumed as the shift from' dependent worker' to 'independent worker' on the base of literature review. The results of this study were following : 1. The small and medium companies offered a few formal training for newcomers, production-site orientation through short job rotation, linking them with skilled workers and job manuals or job standards. 2. Authentic skill-up experiences were combined with a structured reprimand, peer learning, deep learning through reflection on one's own experiences. 3. There were a few handicap conditions that disturbed their skill-up activities: the skilled worker don't open their skill toward new corner; the ex-participants in company had no time to learn anything meaningful to up-grade their competency.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences of participation in the educational community through cooperative relationships between early childhood teachers and researchers in early childhood mathematics education using storytelling, and to find out the meaning of those experiences. Reputable researchers began with the formation of the educational community on March 14, 2016, and continued until July 26, 2016, and collected transcripts of discussions of educational community meetings, reflective journal data of teachers and researchers, and transcript of individual interviews by teachers. As a result of the study, first, the experience of participating in the educational community in early childhood mathematics education using storytelling shared personal mathematics experiences and mathematical situations, understood and learned mathematics content knowledge through sharing, and communicated through the educational community. Second, looking at the meaning of the experience of participating in the early childhood mathematics education educational community using storytelling, learn together through mathematical errors and learn the direction of better instruction through sharing. Grown up as a teacher who enjoys the mathematics exploration process, and promoted joint practice through cooperation in early childhood mathematics education using storytelling.

This study analyzes and examines the travel behavior of Chinese people in Korea through a questionnaire survey of Chinese people who are long-term residents in Korea using Xiaohongshu App (RED). In this study, we add some variables to the MTEs (Memorable Tourism Experiences) model to analyze the travel behavior of Chinese people who are in Korea for a long period of time. We also chose to survey the users of Xiaohongshu App (RED), a popular software in recent years, and found the following findings in 240 valid questionnaires: (1) Scenery, Entertainment, and Informativeness have positive effects on people sharing travel experiences, while interaction does not. (2) Sharing travel experiences had a positive effect on travel satisfaction and the intention to go to other destinations, and travel satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to go to other destinations. This paper extends the literature on tourism by combining MTEs and UGC (User-Generated Content) models, and also provides relevant suggestions for further research on the travel behavior of foreigners in Korea.

본 논문에서는 사용자 중심의 커뮤니티를 정의하고, 사용자의 맥락 정보를 이용한 커뮤니티 구성 방법과 맥락정보 변화에 따른 동적 커뮤니티 재구성 방법을 제안한다. 최근 유비쿼터스 스마트 공간에서 협업 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 기존 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅 관련 연구에서는 정적인 커뮤니티 구성으로 인해 사용자의 행동 변화에 따른 커뮤니티의 동적 구성이 어렵다. 따라서 커뮤니티를 사용자의 행동에 따라 구성하기 위해서는 사용자 맥락 정보를 이용하는 것이 필요하다. 제안된 방법은 사용자 중심의 정형화된 맥락 모델을 이용하여 사용자의 관심사를 추론하고 커뮤니티의 목적을 설정한다. 그리고 주기적인 사용자의 맥락 정보 감시를 통해 사용자의 행동 변화에 따라 동적으로 커뮤니티 재구성이 가능하게 한다. 커뮤니티 관리 모듈은 사용자의 맥락 정보를 이용하여 구성원들 사이의 관계성을 분석하고, 분석된 관계를 바탕으로 커뮤니티의 특성을 결정한다. 제안된 기법의 유용성을 검증하기 위해서, 맥락인식 기반의 증강현실 경험 공유 시스템을 이용하였고, 사용자의 맥락 정보의 변화에 따른 동적 커뮤니티 구성과 커뮤니티 구성원들간의 콘텐츠에 대한 선택적 공유를 실험하였다. 제안된 방법을 활용하면 선택적 공유를 위한 동적 커뮤니티 구성이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다.
