본고는 Polymer Friends지에 게재된 "현장의 트러블 대책"=고무공장의 사례연구(Case Study)에서 밝혀진 오랜 동안의 여러 가지의 현장경험을 토대로 한 고무공장에서의 트러블의 구체적인 예를 종합 정리하여 분석 해 본 것이다. 공장에서의 트러블은 몇 가지의 모델 케이스로 분류할 수 있는 것이 아닌가 하는 점에서 발단되었다.

As offline company and online·mobile startups meet in an untact shopping environment, competition among companies in untact shopping is increasing. In this situation, companies need their own clear strategy to create customer value. In particular, it is very important to focus on 'customer experience' to establish such a strategy in an untact shopping environment. Customer experience refers to all processes in which consumers meet and experience a company or brand at a touch point. In this processes consumers decide whether to continue to use the company and brand. In this situation, it is thought that it will be meaningful for research to examine the customer experience of untact shopping. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the customer experience of untact shopping, which is used by all generations after COVID-19, through experience quality, and to examine the impact on the expectation-confirmation Model of untact shopping. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of examining whether interaction quality, information quality, and outcome quality affect expectation-confirmation it was found that all qualities except interaction quality affect expectation matching. Second, as a result of examining whether interaction quality, information quality, and outcome quality affect perceived usefulness, it was found that all qualities except interaction quality had an effect. Next, as a result of applying the expectation confirmation model to the untact shopping environment and examining whether the expectation confirmation has an effect on use satisfaction, it was found that there was a positive effect. As a result of examining whether perceived usefulness affects use satisfaction, it was found to have a positive effect. As a result of examining whether perceived usefulness affects expectation confirmation, it was found that there is a positive effect. Finally, as a result of examining whether perceived usefulness affects the intention to continue using untact shopping, it was found to be positive. Next, as a result of examining the effect of use satisfaction on trust, it was found that there was a positive effect. Finally, as a result of investigating whether trust has an effect on the intention to continue using, it was found that there is a positive effect. Looking at the important results especially, information quality was found to have the greatest influence.

This study was conducted to identify the influence of the discrimination experienced in daily life and social isolation on depression among older adults living in the community. This study was a secondary analysis of the data of 2017 Living Profiles of Older Adults Survey. The participants was a representative sample among the older adults 65 years and older. Data from 10,041 older adults were analyzed for this study. Hierarchical logistic regression analyses were used. When the discrimination experiences was added in model 1, the likelihood of being depressed was 1.95(1.60-2.36) times higher for those who experienced discrimination comparing with those who didn't experienced discrimination. When the social isolation was added in model 2, the likelihood of being depressed was 1.89(1.55-2.30) times higher in those who experienced discrimination. In addition, as the number of close friends, neighbors, and acquaintances decreased by one, the likelihood of being depressed increased by 1.14 times. Those who were isolated from family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances were 3.90 times more likely to be depressed. Therefore, social efforts are needed to reduce the experience of discrimination. Maintaining a social network or creating a new network will contribute to lowering the level of depression in older adults who have experienced discrimination.

This study, for learners using online and offline tools, understood the structural relationship of user experience of smart learning app on continuous use intention through the technology acceptance model, and classified the learning type characteristics. In addition, based on the experience of using the smart learning app, we explored ways to improve the design of the user experience design for learning tools and contents. For this purpose, the usage perception of 84 middle and high school students of the developed smart learning learning app was investigated after using it for 2 months, and the data were analyzed using the PLS structural equation technique. The main results of this study are as follows. First, system and content user experience had a significant effect on perceived usability and perceived ease of use, and the effect on continued use intention through attitude was significant. Second, there was a significant difference in the effect of system user experience on perceived usefulness in multi-group comparative analysis and gender group. In the preferred learning group, it was the path from perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to attitude and intention to continue using that showed a significant path difference. Third, as a result of classifying the most commonly used learning types by the multidimensional scale method, the types separated into low dimensions were found to be four types: offline sync type, online sync type, ubiquitous learning type, and self-direct learning type.

본 연구의 목적은 제3의 산업혁명을 이끌고 있는 3D프린터에 대해 미래 중추적 역할을 담당할 3D프린팅 교육생의 3D프린터 사용의도를 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기반하여 검증하기 기초연구이다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울의 3D프린팅 교육기관 교육전문가 조사를 실시하였으며, 차후 교육 대상자를 설문조사하여 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악하고 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 통해 미래 제조업 창업의 핵심 역할을 담당할 3D프린터 사용 활성화를 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 한다. '3D프린팅 넥스트 레볼루션'의 저자 크리스토퍼 바넷은 언젠가는 3D프린팅이 우리의 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿀 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 3D프린터를 통해 개개인은 맞춤형 제품을 만들어 낼 것이 틀림없다. 치과 의료, 운송 및 항공, 로봇, 군용, 우주, 건축, 요리 등에서 다양하게 3D프린터를 활용한 제품들이 미래에 쏟아져 나올 것으로 예상한다. 생산의 민주화를 이끌 3D프린터는 기존 산업에 큰 기회와 동시에 위협을 주고 있다. 크라우드 및 네트워크를 통한 3D데이터 거래와 지구촌 여러 곳에 3D프린터가 활용된다면, 기존 산업에 혁명적인 변화가 있으리라 짐작된다. 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 3D프린터 사용의도에 영향을 주는 5가지 요인으로 3D모델링 경험, 비용, 품질, 유희성, 혁신성이 나타났다. 5가지 독립변인은 TAM모델의 인지된 사용 유용성과 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악해 보고자 한다. 3D프린터 교육기간, 전공 및 학과, 개인의 경험과 혁신성의 차이가 3D프린터 기술수용 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 서울지역 3D프린터 관련 교육기관에서 교육을 받았거나 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 연구를 할 계획이며, 지역을 확대한 연구가 차후 필요할 것이다.

As current manufacturing processes require high spindle speed and precise machining, increasing accuracy by reducing volumetric errors of the machine itself, particularly thermal errors, is very important. Thermal errors can be estimated by many empirical models, for example, an FEM model, a neural network model, a linear regression model, an engineering judgment model, etc. This paper discusses to make a modeling of thermal errors efficiently through backward elimination and fuzzy logic strategy. The model of a thermal error using fuzzy logic strategy overcomes limitation of accuracy in the linear regression model or the engineering judgment model. It shows that the fuzzy model has more better performance than linear regression model, though it has less number of thermal variables than the other. The fuzzy model does not need to have complex procedure such like multi-regression and to know the characteristics of the plant, and the parameters of the model can be mathematically calculated. Also, the fuzzy model can be applied to any machine, but it delivers greater accuracy and robustness.

A development of PP/ST is essential in CC environment. And, the KOREA is expected that PP/STs demand increases explosively by joining to CCRA hereafter. Specially, PP/ST development experience of the KOREA is lacking. So, development of security environment(assume, threat, policy) and security objective contents refer only PP/ST Guide(ISO/IEC PDTR 15446) are very difficult. In this paper, we propose a web service based common security environment and security objective repository model that make developers can run PP/ST creation to be simple. Through proposed model, developers who development experience is lacking are expected to achieve PP/ST development to be simple.
