본 논문은 Web 2.0과 UCC의 개념적 논리와 기술적 진화과정을 분석하고 이를 통하여 획득할 수 있는 경제적 효과와 경영정보측면에서의 전략적 활용방안에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 웹서비스나 텔레코즘의 법칙, 네트워크 효과 등과 같은 기술적 개념은 물론 최근 자주 언급되고 있는 롱테일의 경제나 네트워크의 경제와 같은 경제적 원리까지를 상호 연관시켜 고루 검토하였다. 특히, 최근 UCC의 형태로 실현되고 있는 Web 2.0의 원리가 이른바 분산된 다수의 결집을 통하여 경제적 효과를 끌어낸다는 '결집의 경제'와는 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 여러 가지 사례를 통하여 다각도로 분석하였다. 아울러 이를 통하여 향후 발전추세를 예측하고 기업측면에서의 시사점을 도출함으로써 Web 2.0과 UCC의 구체적 적용방안을 제안하였다.

최근 에어비앤비나 우버와 같은 협력적 소비 기반의 비즈니스모델을 가진 공유경제가 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 공유경제에 대한 개념을 정의하고, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 경제적, 기능적, 경험적, 사회적 가치를 포함한 4가지 지각된 가치와 주관적 규범, 이미지, 사회적 임계점을 구성하는 3가지 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 신뢰와 사회적 규범, 네트워크와 사회구조를 포함한 사회적자본의 조절효과에 관심을 두고 있다. 가설을 검증하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 변수별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 사회적자본의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 위계적인 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 지각된 가치 중 경제적, 경험적 가치는 공유경제 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적인 회귀분석의 결과에서 사회적자본은 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향의 공유경제 이용의도 관계에 있어 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 가치를 통합적 분석, 기존 공유경제 연구에서 자주 다뤄지지 않았던 사회적 영향과 사회적자본의 요인을 다룬 점에 의미가 있지만, 설문조사 결과의 한계가 있었기에 향후 새로운 연구 방향성을 제시할 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of real and monetary disturbances and economic interactions between two large countries, and to examine how wage indexation affects the transmission of real and monetary disturbances and affects the fiscal and monetary policies of a large country. A two large country model is built, and is theoretically analyzed. We conducted an empirical investigation to apply theoretical findings to the Japanese and US economic interactions in response to real and monetary disturbances originating in one or the other country. Empirical evidence on Japan-USA economic interactions shows that Japan is much more affected by the US economic policy than the USA is affected by the Japanese economic policy. The economic impacts of real and monetary disturbances on the Japanese and US economies are smaller when the Japanese and US wage indexing parameters are lower.

본 연구에서는 3단계에 걸쳐 투자하고 있는 초고속 국가망사업에 대해서 과연 사회적으로 경제성을 갖고 있는지 여부를 분석해 보았다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 산업연관모형을 이용하여 초고속 국가망 사업에 투입한 투자액이 유발시킨 부가가치 창출효과와 고용창출효과를 계산하였다. 다음으로 초고속 국가망 사업으로부터 파생되는 초고속 국가망의 기본서비스 수요를 예측하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 셋째, 초고속 국가망으로부터 파생되는 기본서비스 수요 창출로 인하여 향후 2010년까지 얼마만큼의 새로운 부가가치가 창출되고, 새로운 고용이 얼마만큼 창출되는지 여부를 산업연관모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 마지막으로 초고속 국가망 사업에 투자한 총금액에 대비하여 이를 통하여 얻어지는 부가가치창출효과, 고용창출효과 및 수요창출효과 등을 감안하여 과연 초고속 국가망 사업이 얼마만큼 사회적으로 경제성을 지니고 있는지를 계산해 보고자 하였다. 초고속 국가망 사업을 통한 직접적인 유발효과와 부가적인 효과를 모두를 고려하였을 때 예상되는 순수익의 투자수익율은 5439.2%로서 투자액의 54배의 사회적 수익성을 창출한다고 본다. 다음으로 부가가치유발액, 매출이익에 새로운 고용유발로 인한 소득증가분을 감안하여 사회적 수익을 계산하고, 이에 근거하여 경제성 분석을 하면 21,493.3.%와 같이 215배의 사회적 수익성이 창출된다고 계산되어진다. 따라서 간단하게 이익률법에 근거한 초고속국가망 사업에 대한 사회적 편익과 비용에 근거한 경제성 분석을 하면 초고속 국가망 사업은 투자액의 무려 215배의 사회적 편익을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

For the purpose of carbon mitigation, Korea needs to introduce stronger market-based economic incentives to promote environmentally-friendly behaviors of consumers. In particular, the government could consider introducing tax benefits on income taxation for green consumption, as well as public education and campaign, to stimulate environmentally-friendly consumption behaviors. In this respect, using an analysis of Input-Output and Household Income and Expenditure Survey in Korea, this paper designs four major scenarios related to income tax benefits for green consumption, and then explores the economy-wide effects of those proposed policies.

The relocation of the public institutions such as the provincial government attracts much attentions since it results in substantial regional economic impacts. In this context this paper analyzes the effects of relocation of Gyeongsangbuk-Do provincial government from Daegu city to Gyeongsangbuk-Do, which is scheduled for 2014, on Daegyeong economic region. Based on the interregional input-output model and I-O data which were provided by the Bank of Korea, this paper examines the multiplier effects of the relocation in terms of production, value added, and employment on Daegyeong economic region and other regions, except for the construction effects of the provincial capital. According to the analysis, the relocation is expected to reduce the production by 290million won, value added by 709million won, and employment by 571 persons in Daegyeong economic region. Also, the relocation turns out to decrease the production by 1,179million won and value added by 123million won of other regions. This paper discusses some policy implications of the analysis.

2010년 우리경제는 수요회복과 기저효과에 힘입어 상반기에는 5.8% 성장률을 보일 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 기저효과가 줄어드는 2010년 하반기 성장률은 3%대에 머물 것으로 보여 2010년 국내경제 성장률은 4.6%를 기록할 것으로 전망된다. 2010년에는 수출과 내수의 빠른 회복세가 완화되면서 경제성장의 속도가 전반적으로 완만할 것으로 예상된다. 중국의 고성장이 우리 수출에 크게 기여하겠지만 원화강세가 지속되면서 수출의 상승세는 크게 둔화될 전망이다. 교육조건 개선에 따른 소득증대가 소비확대에 기여하고 설비투자도 2009년 크게 위축되었던 데 따른 반등효과를 기대해볼 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 정부부문이 민가수요를 촉진하는 효과가 줄면서 내수회복의 힘도 약화될 것으로 예상된다. 공공근로 축소로 성장에 따른 고용창출이 크지 않을 것으로 판단된다. 원화환율은 2010년 평균 달러당, 1,100원 수준을 기록할 것으로 예상되며 이에 따라 소비자물가 상승률은 2%대 후반에 머물 전망이다. 2010년 4%대 중 후반의 성장을 달성하더라도 GDP 수준이 잠재GDP 수준을 밑돌아 경기과열 우려가 크지 않을 것으로 분석된다. 따라서 금융위기 때의 긴급 조치들을 거둬들이되 급격한 금리인상 등의 출구전략은 신중하게 고려해야 할 것이다.

제품제조에 있어 측정의 중요성과 그 경제적 특성에 비추어 주요 산업의 측정관련 투자실태를 파악하고 투자에 따른 그 기여도를 면밀히 분석 한다는 것은 매우 큰 의미를 갖는다. 그 의미의 하나는 측정표준을 공급하고 있는 국가표준기관의 업무수행에 따른 파급효과를 측정하여 향후 국가표준체계의 확립에 필요한 공급기능의 수급자원의 결정에 주요 자료로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 제품의 품질향상을 위한 측정관리의 효율화운동이 점차 확산됨으로써 개별 기업의 생산성 증대와 불량률 감소로 인한 원가절감으로 국산제품의 가격경쟁력의 우위를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 중요성에 부응하기 위해서는 국가표준의 준용에 따른 측정표준과 관련된 측정투자의 비용과 그 수익성에 관하여 정확한 경제성의 연구 분석이 필요하다. 국가표준의 확립이라는 국가적 과제를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 국가표준의 확립 에 따른 경제성을 분석하여야 한다. 측정투자에 대한 효과분석을 통하여 측정표준에 관한 중요성을 알게 될 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 측정표준을 공급받고 있는 산업체를 대상으로 그 효과를 분석하고 측정의 중요성을 파악하여 일반 산업체에 주지하며 개별 업체의 이익과 국가경제의 부를 창출함으로써 국가표준의 확립효과를 크게 기대하게 될 것이다.

This study verified the effectiveness of various economic experience in adolescence on forming economic view. Survey was carried out for Asan-si residents and online homepage visitors in Sep. 2015, 116 cases were finally used for analysis. This study confirmed the moderating effect of interest in economy on the relationship between various economic experience in adolescence and formation of economic view, and analyzed differences depend on economic knowledge learning path. Various economic experience in adolescence positively affected economic comprehension, rational consumption attitude, start-up intention and the moderating effect of interest in the economy was verified. Demographic Characteristics and economic knowledge learning path also affected differences of economic view by the group. These study results suggest that experiential youth economic education program will be effective on forming economic view.

This study estimates causal effects of the governor vacancy on the regional economy, exploiting the case of exogenous governor vacancy in Korea. We find that the governor vacancy has a negative impact on the regional economy by lowering the employment rate and reducing the amount of credit card expenditures. Negative effects are more pronounced among vulnerable groups of the labor market such as women and aged 20~29 and 50~59. In addition, negative effects vary by characteristics of the governor. Negative effects of the governor vacancy on the regional economy show empirical evidence suggesting that leaders do matter.
