이동 및 무선의 첨단 정보통신 기술이 발달함에 따라서 미래 전장은 육해공군의 새로운 전군 통합 정보통신체계를 구축하기 위한 사업초기단계에 가장 중요한 소요공학적인 문제를 수반하고 있다. 장차 정보전에 대비하여 소요군이 실시간으로 전쟁을 수행하기 위해서는 필수적으로 전군통합 정보체계를 건설하여야 할 것이며, 특히 정보체계 건설 초기에 체계의 통합성, 상호운용성, 정보보호 및 경제성을 고려하여 구체적 전군통합 정보체계의 요구사항들을 도출 및 파악하고 작성하는 것은 대단히 중요하고 어려운 문제이다.

This paper examines the change of quality of life in the Integrated Yosu City and suggests the directions of urban development. Research into the quality of life in local and region scale is interesting both from the point of view of theory and practice, and has attracted much attention in the social sciences since the 1960s. This study is an attempt to examine the change of the quality of hie in the Integrated Yosu City. In the overall assessment of the level of satisfaction about the quality of life during the past five years, most of the respondents have positive evaluation of the changes of quality of urban life. In particular, the quality of living facilities, urban administration and convenience services has relatively improved during the past five years. On the other hand, the quality of physical environment. art and cultural opportunities, transportation options has been backward during the past five years. Therefore, the directions of urban development of the Integrated Yosu City may be summarized as follows: the establishment of a wide transportation network system, waterfront development, the activation of tourism industry and harbor works, the preparation of an urban landscape, the citizens'campaign for a community culture.

This paper's main objective is to present an assessment of the impact of NAFTA on the economic structure of the Mexican northem borderlands. The NAFTA is the strategy of a free trade agreement with the United States and Canada, first mentioned by Salinas in June 1990 and established since January 1994. Mexican govemment permitted factories called maquiladoras at the northem borderlands for the first time in 1965. in the early 1980s Mexico was in a deep economic crisis and the international environment was adverse to Mexico. Mexico began to move toward an open economy and abandoned the import-substitution industrialization model that characterized Mexico since the 1930s. Through the new economic reform, the market system was preferred to the regulation; the private ownership, to the public ownership; and the competition, to the protection. The most phenomenal urbanization in northem Mexico has occurred around the major crossing points along the Mexico-U.S. border. The rapid urbanization in northern Mexico has been much due to the industrialization, brought about bv the maquiladora programs and, recently, by the NAFTA.

오늘날 우리들이 직면하고 있는 물에 대한 주요 이슈는 인간과 환경의 요구를 동시에 충족시킬 수 있는 효율적 관리방안의 모색으로 볼 수 있고, 물관리의 위기를 극복하는 가장 효율적인 방법은 물관리 기술을 발전시켜 좀더 효율적으로 물을 이용하는 것이다. 통합수자원관리는 이러한 요구조건을 충족시켜줄 수 있는 대안으로 자국 혹은 유역 현실에 적합한 통합수자원관리 계획수립을 바탕으로 통합수자원관리시스템을 구성함으로써 구현되어질 수 있다. 통합수자원관리는 정책수행과정의 포괄적 의미와 시스템 구성요소에 입각한 협의적 의미로 정의되어질 수 있다. 그러나 통합수자원관리는 다차원적 요소(인문, 사회, 환경, 경제, 제도 등)를 포함함으로 인해 그 절차가 복잡하며, 국가별 유역별 상황에 맞추어 다양한 형태로 계획$\cdot$이행되어질 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 통합수자원관리 계획수립 시 상존하는 구성요소의 다양성과 상충적 이해요소를 반영할 수 있는 전략으로 한국형 통합수자원관리 계획 기법수립을 위한 연구회 설립방안을 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the integrated heritage conservation actually affected the urban economy of historical cities. To this end, this study examined the trends and meanings of an integrated heritage conservation, and a relationship between sustainable urban development and integrated heritage conservation to find out connectivity with urban economy. Before an empirical analysis of domestic policy of integrated conservation of heritage, this study overlooked the system of the preservation and promotion of ancient cities, which can be called integrated heritage conservation system in Korea, and examined how the historic landscape improving project, which is being implemented as part of the policy of the preservation and promotion of ancient cities, actually affected the urban economy. This study empirically identified the impact of the project through a land price analysis of the region. This study focused on analyzing an impact of the project on a price of land in the proximity of subsidized land lot and analyzed the impact through Difference-In-Difference method. In particular, the project effect was analyzed only for the settlement zones among the preservation and promotion zones where the project was carried out, and as a result, it was confirmed that the average price of lands in the proximity of subsidized land increased more over the same period than in the areas where the project was not intensively implemented.
