현대 산업사회는 시장의 불확실성과 기술의 불확실성이 공존하면서, 글로벌 경제의 저성장에 대한 우려, 불확실성의 증대가 더욱 크게 산업 전반의 스트레스로 작용하고 있다. 이는 R&D-생산-마케팅 자원의 낭비를 초래하게 되고, 시대/경제/산업의 변화는 더욱 이러한 환경을 가속화시키고 있다. 에너지 분야에서도 환경 위기, 지속가능 에너지, 화석연료 고갈, 기후변화 등의 당면 문제를 해결하지 못한다면, 인류 공멸의 위기에 직면할 것이다. 정부에서는 창조경제의 주요 아젠다로 에너지 분야의 다양한 정책과 기술개발을 드라이브하고 있으며, 에너지 ICT 융합을 통해 이를 실현하고자 하고 있다. 본고에서는 에너지 ICT 기술의 개발동향과 발전방향 및 트렌드를 분석해 보고, 현재 진행 중인 국내(ETRI)의 기술개발 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

과거일제하에서는 그 식민정책으로 기계공업을 억제하고 경공업에 치중하였다가 1940년대 전쟁 물자 조달과 대륙침략야옥의 필요상 부분적으로 국내 생산을 하게 되었고 따라서 이에 관련된 토목기계, 광석기계, 농기구, 수송기계, 등의 기계공업이 일어나기 시작한 것이다. 그러다가 조국 이 해방된 기쁨은 안았으나 산업의 위축은 더할 나위 없이 되었고, 6,25동난을 당하여 그나마 대 부분 파괴되었던 과거를 가지고 있는 것이다. 그러다가 1960년대 이후 우리나라 경제개발 1,2,3, 차5개년 계획을 수행하여 현재에 이른 것이다. 먼저 기계공업의 특징을 보면 기계공업은 모든 산업의 생산수단인 기계설비 생산하는 산업이며, 그 파급효과는 전 산업에 미친다. 산업구조의 고도화와 산업의 근대화는 기계공업의 발전없이 이루어질 수 없다. 기계공업은 중화학공업에 있 어서 중구적인 산업이니만큼 기계공업의 발전없는 경제성장에는 한계가 있는것이다. 선진공업 국가들은 수출상품중 기계류수출비중이 일반적으로 50%를 전후하고 있다. 기계류는 다른 상품과 달리 단위 거래규모가 크기 때문이다. 다음에 기계공업은 기술집약, 노동집약 현 산업이다. 우리 나라는 비교적 풍부한 노동력을 가지고 있을뿐아니라 이들 인력은 교육수준이 대체로 높다. 그러기 때문에 기술노동집약적인 기계공업은 고용증대를 갖어오는 반면에 높은 교육수준의 풍부 한 노동력을 통한 발전이 기대되고 있다. 특히 기계고업은 국방력강화라는 점에서 큰 역할을 담당하게 된다. 그러므로 기계공업은 국방력 강화의 기초산업이다. 우리나라 현재의 여건으로서 기게공업은 방의산업으로서의 역할이 크게 요청되고 있다. 우리나라의 경제는 수출의 증대를 통 해서 고도의 경제성장을 유지해야 하겠고 80년대의 자립경제 기반을 구축키 위한 공업화 정책을 추진하고 있어서 중화학공업의 핵심산업으로서 기계공학 및 기술의 획기적인 육성과 발전은 우리나라 경제의 당면 과제인 것이다. 보고에서 필자는 여러 문헌들을 통하여 우리나라 기계공업 의 발 자취를 살피고 현향을 소개하며 아울러 대망의 80년대의 우리나라 기계공업을 전망해 보고 저 한다.

Due to the rapid progress of globalization, fierce international competition, a declining population, low birth rate and aging population, deficit in a difficult situation at home and abroad, Japan's local governments expand internal and external alliances and partnerships to maximize the economic benefits to the region seeking to enable in the region have efficient allocation of human and material resources through industry support, funding, and administrative efficiency for the purpose of speeding up the formation of a mega regional economies. Union of Kansai Government implements, especially in the wide area of industrial clusters, economic policy need to comprehensive planning and growth strategy such as adjusting the growth strategy attempts to promote the local economy and to enable investment planning and coordination within the current mega regions, These roles are further improving and upgrading their importance of mega regional phase in Japan's regional economic policy.

1952년 초고압 276kV계통이 운전된 이래 약 20년, 이 사이에 전력수요의 증가는 현저하였고, 설치된 변압기의 용량도 증대일로에 있었다. 1973년 5월에는 일본에서 최초의 500kV 방총선이 운전을 개시하고, 신기술의 결집에 의한 500kV변압기의 제작도 백석이하에 이르렀다. 그러나 동년말의 석유파동이래, 전기수요의 신장은 저조하게 되고, 변압기의 생산저하는 현저하여 변압기업계는 대단한 위기에 처하게 되었다. 금후, 기술의 향상은 물론, 일본경제의 조속한 회복과 성장을 기대하며, 안정성장하에 대처함이 중대한 과제이다. 이하, 주로 전력용변압기를 중심으로 특수양상의 기기 및 Reacto등을 약간 곁드리면서 변압기의 현상과 장래에 대하여 언급하기로 한다.

우리나라에서 무역이 차지하는 비중이 적지 않다는 점은 누구나가 주지하고 있는 사실이다. 이와 관련하여 관련 당사자들은 이러한 무역을 통한 경제성장을 위하여 치열한 노력을 경주하고 있으나, 현실적으로 저임금 노동력을 바탕으로 한 개도국 제품과 고도의 기술력을 바탕으로 하고 있는 선진 제국의 틈바구니에서 어려운 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 이를 물류의 측면에서 살펴 본다면 제반 경쟁국에 비해 관련 물류비 역시 높은 실정으로서 전자무역의 환경하에서 이러한 물류업체들의 현황은 어느 정도 수준이며, 이와 관련된 제반 문제점은 무엇인가를 규명하고 그 대용방안을 모색하고져 한다.

최근 세계의 원자력계에서는 저경제성장으로 전력수요의 신장률 저하에 의해서 원자로 발주의 감소와 장기간에 걸친 대형발전소 건설상의 자금부담등으로 수동안전시스템과 고유안전성을 가진 중소형원자로 개발에 대한 관심이 급속히 높아지고 있다. 이러한 상황하에서 1987년 8월 24일부터 26일까지 스위스의 로잔느시에서 ${\ulcorner}$제1회 중소형원자로 국제회의${\lrcorner}$가 EPFL/SMiRT/IAEA 공동주최로 열렸다. 다음은 이 회의에서 발표된 내용을 중심으로 세계의 중소형원자로 개발과 이용현황, 앞으로의 전망 등을 2회에 걸쳐 소개한다.

This paper examines the effect of bargaining power over intermediate goods prices on innovation and economic growth using a Schumpeterian growth model. The notion of "intermediate goods prices" broadly indicates the reward to innovators including innovative SMEs as well as intermediate goods producers that are vertically integrated to big businesses. From this viewpoint, this paper sets up a Schumpeterian growth model that incorporates the market power between final goods producers and intermediate goods producers. The results show that the reduction of intermediate goods prices slows down long-run growth rates as it erodes the reward to innovations. Lower intermediate goods prices decrease marginal productivity of capital and real interest rates. However, the harmful effect of lower profits on innovations outweighs the beneficial effect of lower interest rates. Simulations using Korea's data for various cases show that in all cases the policies that raise the share of intermediate goods producers are as powerful as the R&D subsidy policies in raising growth rates. Therefore, fair trade policies that enable intermediate goods producers-especially SMEs to obtain more fruits of innovations will be helpful for long-run economic growth.

Since the stock price is a measure of the future value of the company, when analyzing the stock price, the company's growth potential, such as sales and profits, is considered and invested in stocks. In order to set the criteria for selecting stocks, institutional investors look at current industry trends and macroeconomic indicators, first select relevant fields that can grow, then select related companies, analyze them, set a target price, then buy, and sell when the target price is reached. Stock trading is carried out in the same way. However, general individual investors do not have any knowledge of investment, and invest in items recommended by experts or acquaintances without analysis of financial statements or growth potential of the company, which is lower in terms of return than institutional investors and foreign investors. Therefore, in this study, we propose a research method to select undervalued stocks by analyzing ROE, an indicator that considers the growth potential of a company, such as sales and profits, and predict the stock price flow of the selected stock through deep learning algorithms. This study is conducted to help with investment.

This study investigates the underlying mechanism of YOLO in millennial consumer, especially the influence of perceived economic recession on the present-biased preference. In addition, it was attempted to expand the implicit theory by proposing the individual's entity belief as a mediator for the effect of perceived economic situation on consumers' present-biased seeking behavior. In three experimental studies, undergraduate students who both highly primed and measured negative economic situation showed more favorable attitudes towards present-biased persuasive message and related products. The results of this research provides practical implication for marketers especially in the current situation experiencing economic slowdown due to low economic growth and COVID 19.
