여성의 경제활동 의욕에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 여성들의 경제활동의욕에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구로 여성들의 경제활동의욕과 창업의도에 대한 영향요인들을 실증적으로 분석하여 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 독립변수로는 심리적특성과 준비도, 동기, 업무경험, 네트워크 역량, 차별인식, 일에대한 인식. 지원 제도, 재산상태 인식, 가족지지로 하였고, 종속변수로는 경제활동 의욕과 창업의도로 설정하였다. 여성의 경제활동 의욕과 관련하여 선행연구 및 정책적 자료들에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 선택된 연구의 변수들인 심리적특성과 준비도, 동기, 업무경험, 차별인식, 지원제도등 경제활동 의욕과 창업의도들 간의 관계를 실증분석하고, 이를 토대로 의미 있는 이론적 및 정책적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다.

Factor Analysis of Participation Motivation, Recognition and Reward Affecting the Continuance Will of University Student Volunteers (대학생의 자원봉사활동 지속의지에 미치는 참여 동기 및 인정·보상 요인 분석)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the factor of participation motivation, recognition and reward affecting the continuance will of university student volunteers. For the research, participation motivation was consisted of egoistic motives and altruistic motives. Recognition and reward(R&R) were consisted of psychosocial R&R, educational cultural R&R, and economic R&R. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics showed that participation motivation was mixed, psychosocial R&R was higher than economic R&R. By using a multiple regression, egoistic motives and altruistic motives had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will, and psychosocial R&R and economic R&R had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will. This study finally discussed theoretical and practical implications for university student's volunteer strategies on the results.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Working Women's Continuance Intention in Economic Activities : Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Family Support (근로여성의 경제활동 지속의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 가족지지의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • Although several studies have made and policies have formulated for an increase in women's participation in economic activities, the participation rate of women in economic activities in Korea is only 50% and much lower than in other advanced countries. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect women's continuance intention in economic activities including their motivation for economic activities, women's perception of work, and government support recognition. We empirically analyze and examine such factors and the moderating effects of family support. The survey was conducted on women nationwide to be distributed evenly among various age groups, ranging from those in their 20s to those in their 50s. The results of the empirical analysis based on the data collected on a total of 406 people were as follows. First, the motivation for economic activities including economic and self-realization motivation, women's perception of work, and government support was seen as having a significantly positive effect on women's Continuance Intention in Economic Activities. Second, the impact of women's work perception on their continuance intention in economic activities varied depending on the level of family support, and its moderating effect was confirmed. But there was no moderating effect of family support between economic and self-realization motivation, government support recognition, and the women's continuance intention for economic activities To increase women's continuance intention for economic activities, both support for work-family compatibility policies and institutional support should be provided. Government support will also be needed in order to enable women with abundant experience to participate in economic activities.

경찰관 퇴직이후 경제활동 지속의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 100세 인생 시대의 도래는 사회적으로 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기성세대들이 기존의 조직구조 속에서 일할 수 있는 최고 연령이 60대 초반인 것을 감안한다면 100세 인생 시대에는 퇴직한 후에 3~40년간 살아나갈 대안이 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 일반 직장인들에 비해 직장에서 많은 시간과 노력을 하고 있는 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정년을 마친 후 연금을 받게 되는 경찰관들이 다른 직종의 직장인들과 비교하여 경제활동에 대한 필요성을 느낄 것인가? 그렇다면 그 이유는 무엇인가? 퇴직 후에도 경제활동을 하려는 경찰관들에게 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 주는 것일까? 등에 대한 것을 기존 연구와 문헌들을 통하여 연구 모형과 가설을 정하고 설문 조사를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재직 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하기 위한 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 개인역량, 경제활동 동기, 돈과 경제에 대한 인식, 경제적 만족도와 직장 안정성, 직장 공정성과 상하관계, 교육 및 교육 참여, 은퇴 준비, 직무만족과 직무의 미래비전을 독립 변수로 하고 경제활동 지속의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

A Study on the Effect of Economic Stress on Aging Anxiety among Elderly: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Age and Self-oriented Motivation of Volunteering (노년기 경제적 스트레스가 노화불안에 미치는 영향: 자발적 봉사활동 동기, 연령의 상호작용효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of economic stress on aging anxiety focusing on the moderating effect of motivations for participation in volunteering, and age. In order to accomplish these purposes, a total of 182 elderly who have been volunteering were used for final analysis. The results from the multiple regression showed that economic stress increases aging anxiety among elderly and motivations for participation in volunteering are likely to mitigate aging anxiety. Also, aging anxiety is expected to be lower as people are older and have higher self-oriented motivation for volunteering. Based on the result, political and practical implications are discussed.

Senior's Socio-Economic Activities Through Digital Platform (시니어의 디지털 플랫폼을 통한 사회·경제적 활동: 그 동기와 의미)

  • Recently, the number of seniors who engage in social and economic activities through digital platforms is increasing. Through this, they are building new social networks or creating profits. Therefore, this study aimed to conduct an in-depth interview with 17 seniors who are engaged in social and economic activities on a digital platform. This study examined their motivation and experience in detail through in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, three subjects (motivation for participation, evaluation and performance of activities, and requirements for stable activities) were derived. The results of this study are predicted to contribute to preventing social isolation of seniors by mediating digital platforms in the future and inducing them to become subjects of the digital economy.

시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 온라인 게임의 동태적 경제 모형 개발

  • 대부분의 온라인 게임에서는 아이템이나 사이버머니를 얻는 생산활동과 아이템을 구입하는 소비활동이 일어나는 등, 일종의 경제 시스템을 이루고 있다. 특히 최근에는 플레이어들이 아이템 현금 거래를 통해 현실과 게임간의 경제적 상호활동을 하고 있기 때문에, 게임 내에서 발생하는 경제 문제가 실제 게임업체의 매출과 수익성에도 영향을 줄 수 있다. 온라인 게임 내의 사이버머니 통화량 및 아이템 유통량에 대해 어떤 경제 정책을 세우는가에 따라 게임 서비스 회사의 수익성이 좌우된다. 때문에 게임 내부의 경제와 실물 경제의 상호 연관성을 파악하는 것이 게임 경영에 있어 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 게임 속에서 구체적으로 어떠한 경제문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 그것이 유저의 게임동기와 회사의 수익성에 어떤 영향을 끼치게 되는지 파악하고자 하였다. 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 이용하여 온라인 게임의 일반 경제 모형을 개발하고, 이를 이용하여 몇 가지 시나리오에 대한 동태적인 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이를 통해, 온라인 게임을 경영함에 있어 고려해야 할 주요 문제들에 대하여 논하였다.

  • The 'Grand Challenge' in the global level raises fundamental questions on the role of private firm as a profit maximizer. From the new perspective, firms are recognized as a social entity with social and environmental responsibility. Particularly, the importance of transition-orineted firms, which pursue an objective of socio-technological system transition, have increased. These environmental changes request a new understanding on the identification of firms and the evolution of sustainable business model from the technological innovation perspectives. This paper aims on the new understanding on the motivation of firms who participated on the sustainable system transition and the proposal of 'transition-oriented firms' concept. Based on literature survey, this paper reviews the role of firms in the process of socio-technological system transition, the cases of transition-oriented firm, the types of sustainable business models and their strategies.

Influence on Academic Motivation and Satisfaction of College Life by Dong-A-Ry Activity (in students on department of dental hygiene) (동아리 활동이 학습동기 및 대학생활 만족도에 미치는 영향 (치위생과 학생을 중심으로))

  • This research is about influence on academic motivation and satisfaction of college life by Dong-A-Ry activity in students on department of dental hygiene. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The relationship between academic motivation and Dong-A-Ry activity was found to a positive relationship with ${\alpha}$ <0.05 in analysis of variance, which shows that correlation between variables are significantly high. 2. The relationship between satisfaction of college life and Dong-A-Ry activity was found to a positive relationship with ${\alpha}$ < 0.05 in analysis of variance, which shows that correlation between variables are significantly high. 3. This research suggests that students obtain the experience of group activity which is difficult to approach by regular curricular activity. As a result, to improve the highly motivated study and the better satisfaction in college life, Dong-A-Ry activities are needed. And Dong-A-Ry activity can be efficiently facilitated by active participants, efficient program development, facilitator's leadership and so on.

  • The number of construction accident deaths in Korea is increasing and most causes of construction accidents are human factors. Voluntary participation of construction workers in safety activities is likely to improve these human factors and increase the prevention effect of construction accidents. Therefore, there is a need to study the motivation of workers to meet the voluntary participation of construction workers. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to compare the importance of construction field engineers and construction managers about the safety motivation factors of construction workers. This study analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey about safety motivation factors and conducted a T-test for these factors. The results of this study can be used as managing method to effective on-site safety management by minimizing the difference between the two groups according to motivation factors of construction workers.
