The study aims at verifying the effect of the image, trust and responsiveness to social welfare organizations on continuing the sponsorship of private donors, the mediating effect of the organizational identification and the moderating effect of their financial status. As a result of causal analysis of the variables by structural equation models, regardless of donors' financial status, social welfare organizations' image, trust and responsiveness has no direct effect on continuing the sponsorship. Among the donors in relatively good financial status, social welfare organizations' image, trust and responsiveness positively have direct effects on organizational identification, which has a direct effect on continuing the sponsorship. That is, the image, trust and responsiveness influence the continuity of the sponsorship through the full mediating effect of organizational identification. On the other hand, among relatively poor donors, only the organizations' image and trust positively influence the organizational identification, The direct and indirect effects on the continuity of the sponsorship are different according to the private donors' financial status, which means that the moderating effect of the donors' financial status is proved. The result of latent mean analysis regarding 5 main latent variables according to the private donors' financial status, shows the significant difference in the continuity of sponsorship only(Mean= .197, Cohen's D=.779). By emphasizing that Organizational identification is a critical factor in terms of enhancing the continuity of sponsorship, some practical implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

100세 인생 시대의 도래는 사회적으로 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기성세대들이 기존의 조직구조 속에서 일할 수 있는 최고 연령이 60대 초반인 것을 감안한다면 100세 인생 시대에는 퇴직한 후에 3~40년간 살아나갈 대안이 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 일반 직장인들에 비해 직장에서 많은 시간과 노력을 하고 있는 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정년을 마친 후 연금을 받게 되는 경찰관들이 다른 직종의 직장인들과 비교하여 경제활동에 대한 필요성을 느낄 것인가? 그렇다면 그 이유는 무엇인가? 퇴직 후에도 경제활동을 하려는 경찰관들에게 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 주는 것일까? 등에 대한 것을 기존 연구와 문헌들을 통하여 연구 모형과 가설을 정하고 설문 조사를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재직 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하기 위한 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 개인역량, 경제활동 동기, 돈과 경제에 대한 인식, 경제적 만족도와 직장 안정성, 직장 공정성과 상하관계, 교육 및 교육 참여, 은퇴 준비, 직무만족과 직무의 미래비전을 독립 변수로 하고 경제활동 지속의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

The aim of this study is to identify economic geographical determinants that affect the sustainability of the social economy. The sustainability of the social economy means the sustainability of the pursuit of social value as well as the sustainability of business operation. This study is aiming to economic geographical determinants as factors affecting sustainability of the social economy and extracted measurement index through examination on the theory and case study. As a result, 10 items in two areas(the sustainability of the pursuit of social value, the sustainability of business operation) had been deducted as the measurement index of which sustainability of the social economy. In addition, 20 items in four areas(local networks, intermediary organizations, local community culture and public roles) had been deducted as economic geographical determinants. Multiple regression analysis through 193 firm surveys suggests that 'local networks', 'intermediary organizations', and 'public roles' have an positive impact on sustainability. This result implies a need for policies to create an economic geography ecosystem of social economy.

This study aims to understand the long-run movement of volatility in Korean stock market by decomposing stock volatility into the long-lived and the short-lived components. In addition, I analyze how the low-frequency movement of stock market volatility is related to changes in macroeconomic conditions. The volatility decomposition is made based on the GARCH-MIDAS model, in which the long-lived volatility is constructed based on the combination of realized volatilities (RVs). The results show that the long-lived volatility contains information of up to 3~4 years of past RVs. In addition, the changes in the long-lived volatility can explain about two thirds of volatility changes in the Korean stock market from 1994 to 2009. Meanwhile, the low-frequency movement in the market volatility can be related to changes in macroeconomic conditions. The analysis shows that the stock market volatility appears to be countercyclical while showing a positive correlation with the inflation. In addition, the stock market volatility tends to rise as macroeconomic uncertainty increases. These results imply that macroeconomic policies aiming at economic stabilization could contribute to reduction in the stock market volatility.

This paper analyses how China is likely to be able to sustain its current pace of growth. The results of analysis show that China's economic growth matches standard growth patterns identified by the models of economic development such as structural change, catching up model. Furthermore, China's economic growth, within these analytical frameworks, matches those of Korea at an earlier stage of her development. So Korea's growth patterns may well apply to the future of China such as the benefits of free society with economics and politics which generate technical progress and innovations. A country with a high innovative capacity is one whose institutions - educational, economic, political, legal, and so forth - allow it to dynamically and continually generate new products and services in a myriad of sectors. These are the way how China is likely to be able to sustain her economic development.

2022년 7월에 열린 'ON미래, 산업디지털전환 국회 포럼' 에서는 기업과 기업의 데이터들이 연결되고 산업에 활용 가능한 환경조성이 필요하며 이러한 데이터 생태계를 위한 거래 활성화로 비즈니스 모델 창출이 중요한 이슈로 떠올랐다. 소상공인시장진흥공단은 소상공인 디지털 특성화대학을 열고 소상공인 디지털 역량 강화를 위해 전국의 10개 대학과 연계하였다. 4차 산업혁명의 진전과 코로나19 팬데믹의 영향으로 인한 비대면 문화의 확산 등과 이에 따른 소상공인의 디지털역량이 사업을 영위하는데 중요한 이슈로 등장한 것이다. 본 연구는 소상공인의 사업 역량과 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 사업 역량을 세분화해서 소상공인의 업종 전문성, 고객관리 전문성으로 나누었다. 디지털 역량은 SNS 활동성, ICT 사용 용이성, ICT 사업 활용성으로 세분화하였다. 이들 요인들이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 1인 미디어 교육참여도에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 동시에 살펴보았다. 이를 실증 분석하기 위해 1인 미디어 교육을 받은 사람을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 조사하고자 하며 디지털 역량의 중요성이 증대되는 시점에서 소상공인에 있어서도 이러한 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

This study attempted to identify various variables that affect satisfaction and continued use intention of the subscription economy services. Through previous research studies, individual characteristics and service characteristic variables were considered together. Finally, use motivation, platform characteristic factors, and product and service characteristic factors were classified and examined. As a result of the study, the motive for using the service that affects the satisfaction of the subscription economy service was found to be functional hedonic, and economic motive, and platform recency and convenience, economic utility, and perceived personalization had a positive effect. Functional and hedonic motives and convenience showed positive influences on continued use intention, while social motives showed negative influences. In addition, it was confirmed that economic motivation, platform recency, economic utility, and perceived personalization showed a positive influence on the intention to continued use intention by mediating satisfaction with subscription economy services.

우리나라의 현행 전원믹스는 경제성의 측면에서 상당히 왜곡된 것으로 언급되고 있으며, 전력시장의 기저발전기에 대한 규제상한 가격은 이를 간접적으로 입증하는 근거라 할 수 있다. 균등화 발전원가를 이용하여 장기한계비용을 도출하고, 이를 부하지속곡선에 대입하여 산출한 경제적 전원믹스은 원자력 발전용량의 대폭적인 증가의 필요성을 보여준다. 이는 원전이 기저전원으로 경제성을 가지는 측면이 있지만 무엇보다도 우리나라의 높은 부하율(편평한 부하지속곡선)에 기인하고 있다. 이산화탄소 배출비용의 부과는 원전의 경제적 우위를 확장시키는 반면 전원다변화를 현격하게 축소시키는 결과를 가져와 정책목표간 조율이 필요함을 시사한다. 균등화 발전원가는 전력시장체제의 가격 및 수익에 대한 리스크를 효과적으로 반영하지 못하므로 포트폴리오 이론 및 실물옵션 이론 등을 활용한 경제성 평가방법론의 개발이 향후 과제로 제기된다.

대부분의 화공부품은 소량 다품종으로 높은 신뢰도를 요구하고, 각각 제한적으로 사용되기 때문에 가격에 비하여 많은 개발비가 소요되어 산업체가 독자적으로 경제성을 기대하여 투자하기란 어렵다. 이러한 어려운 점을 극복하고 국가의 과학 및 방위산업의 지속적인 발전을 이룩하려면 독자적으로 우수한 기술을 선점하고 국제경쟁력을 갖추어 경제성을 갖도록 하여야 한다. 그렇게 될 때까지 주요 핵심기술에 대하여는 경제성에 집착하는 단기 안목을 버리고 정부 차원의 과감한 투자와 지속적 연구개발이 절실하다.

최근에 현대·기아자동차는 경제적 성과에만 매달려서는 지속적인 성장을 보장할 수 없다는 판단 하에, 새해부터 경영 방침을 경제적 성과 중시에서 환경 경영과 사회적 책임을 동시에 강조하는 지속가능경영으로 전환한다는 발표를 했다. 일본 기업들도 지금까지는 주로 환경 관련 이슈들을 기업 경쟁력 제고 차원에서 활용하던 모습에서 벗어나, 이제는 환경 뿐 아니라 좀 더 포괄적인 의미에서 기업의 사회적 책임을 새로이 추구할 가치로 인식하고 있다. (중략)
