최근 인구의 고령화 추세 확대와 함께 건강 증진에 대한 인식고조 등으로 의료 산업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 세계 각국에서는 의료산업의 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세에 맞춰 산업연관표를 이용하여 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석을 통해 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 산업연관분석을 활용하여 의료자동화 산업의 생산유발효과와 부가가치유발효과, 그리고 전후방 연쇄효과를 통하여 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과에 주목하여 의료 자동화 산업이 우리나라 경제에 미치는 영향 등을 최초로 분석하였으며, 다양한 파급효과 도출을 통해 정부 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

과학기술계 정부출연연구기관(이하 출연(연))은 과학기술의 연구개발을 통해 국가 및 산업계 발전에 기여하기 위해 정부가 설립하고 운영을 재정적으로 지원하는 기관으로 1966년 한국과학기술연구원 설립 이후 2017년 현재까지 50년에 걸쳐 총 25개의 기관이 설립되어 운영 중에 있다. 설립 목적에서도 확인할 수 있듯이 출연(연)은 연구개발 성과를 활용하여 기술이전 지원을 통한 기업체 경영 성과 달성, 전문 연구 인력 배출, 정부 정책 수립 및 지원을 통한 산업 경쟁력 강화 등의 다양한 경제적 파급효과를 창출해왔다.. 그러나 출연(연) 연구개발 성과의 경제적 파급효과를 종합적이고 체계적으로 파악하기 위한 논의는 비교적 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 기계분야 K연구원의 사례를 중심으로 출연(연) 연구개발 성과의 경제적 파급효과 산출을 위한 분석 틀을 제시하였다. 경제적 파급효과 분석의 틀은 크게 출연(연)의 연구개발성과가 이전 확산되는 산업의 경제적 성장에 대한 기관의 기여도를 산출하는 '하향식 접근'과 기술이전 지원, 전문 연구 인력 배출 등 기관의 연구개발 활동의 경제적 파급효과를 개별적으로 산출하여 더하는 '상향식 접근 방법'을 제시하였다. 이러한 '하향식 접근'과 '상향식 접근'의 활용은 두 방식을 통해 산출한 경제적 파급효과를 상호 비교함으로써 출연(연) 연구개발성과의 경제적 파급효과를 종합적이고 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는데 그 의의가 있다. 향후 본 연구결과가 다양한 출연(연) 연구개발 성과의 경제적 파급효과를 산출하는데 활용되기를 기대한다.

광역상수도는 지난 40년 동안 우리나라의 경제성장에 지대한 역할을 수행하여 왔을 뿐만 아니라 안정적이고 깨끗한 물을 공급함으로써 국민복지에도 많은 기여를 하여 왔다. 그러나 광역상수도가 국민경제에 미치는 효과에 대한 계량적인 연구가 부족하여 광역상수도의 중요성이 상대적으로 소홀하게 여겨지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 광역상수도 사업의 파급효과를 분석하기 위해 산업과 산업간의 상관관계를 계량적으로 파악할 수 있는 분석인 산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 일반적으로 산업연관분석은 특정 시점에서의 국민경제를 반영하기 때문에 시계열적으로 분석하기가 매우 힘들다. 그러나 최근 한국은행에서는 2005년 이후 2009년까지의 각 년도별 산업연관표를 발표하고 있어 시계열적으로 광역상수도사업의 파급효과를 분석할 수 있게 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존의 수요유도형 모형뿐만 아니라 공급유도형 모형을 적용하여 2005년부터 2009년까지 산업연관분석을 수행하여 광역상수도사업의 파급효과 추이를 살펴봄으로써 광역상수도의 높은 경제적 타당성 및 국민경제적 파급효과를 검증하였다.

본 연구는 RAS 계수법과 동태적 산업연관 모형을 동시에 적용하여 u-City 구축의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다는 점에서 통상적인 산업연관분석과 차별성을 지닌다. 한국은행이 가장 최근 발표한 산업연관표는 2000년도 자료이다. 본 연구는 RAS 계수법으로 알려져 있는 예측기법을 이용하여 2000년 산업연관표를 2010년 표로 연장시켜 u-City 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석한다. 한편 산업연관분석에 통상적으로 사용되고 있는 모형은 정태적 분석모형인 기본 산업연관 모형이지만, 본 연구에서는 동태적 산업연관 모형을 적용하여 u-City 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 동태적으로 분석하였다. u-City 구축에 따른 총 생산파급효과는 약 3.3배로 추정되었으며, u-City 산업은 전방연쇄효과는 매우 높지만 후방연쇄효과는 그다지 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 미디어 패러다임을 급격히 변화시키고 있는 IPTV 서비스를 대상으로 도입 3년 시점에서의 경제적 성과를 분석하는 한편, 향후 3년간 IPTV 서비스 도입에 따른 경제적 파급효과와 비교 분석하는 것이다. 비교대상이 되는 경제적 성과는 생산유발효과, 소득유발효과, 고용 유발효과를 포함한다. 우리는 이 분석을 통하여 IPTV 서비스가 과거 3년동안 어떤 산업에 어느 정도의 영향을 미쳤으며, 향후 어떤 산업에 큰 영향을 미칠지 전망할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 산업연관표를 활용한 관광산업의 유발승수효과 및 경제적 파급효과를 분석함으로써 관광산업과 다른 산업과의 경제적 효과를 비교분석한다. 다른 산업과의 비교분석을 통해 관광정책의사 결정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 연구의 주된 목적이 있다.

This study aims to analyze the economic impact of IT industries to the Korean economy using IO tables from 1980 to 2003. As a result for the comparison with the economic impacts subject to 9 major industries, an importance of IT industries in Korean economy is likely to have increased very rapidly since 1980. And we also found that the production effect and spillover effect of Korean IT industry has steadily reduced whereas its price effect is still large.

This research was conducted to investigate the economoic effects of aviation safety technology development. The important subjects of aviation safety technology development, aviation accident prevention and damage reduction technique, aircraft safety certification development, BASA promotion in an aircraft class, were included to investigate the economic effects. The survey technique using Benefit-Cost Anlysis was performed and the results showed that aviation safety technology development brought scientific technique effect, industrial and economic effect, and the rest effects. Also, the benefits from aviation safety technology development were much greater than the costs.

In den vergangenen Jahren ist im deutschsprachigen Raum eine Reihe von Studien entstanden, die sich mit wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen von Hochschulen beschaeftigen, wobei vor allem die nachfrageorientierten regionaloekonomischen Ausgabeeffekte im Mittelpunkt stehen. Zu diesen Nachfrageeffekten gehoeren Auswirkungen der hochschulbedingten Ausgaben auf den Umsatz, die Beschaeftigung und das Einkommen. Sie lassen sich jeweils in direkte und indirekte Effekte aufgliedern und entstehen in der so genannten Phase der Leistungserstellung der Hochschule. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, angelehnt an bisherige Studien die regionalwirtschaftlich bedeutsamen Effekte der ausgewaehlten deutschen Hochschulen zu identifizieren und nachzuweisen. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung konnte festgestellt werden, dass die deutsche Hochschule einen wirtschaftlichen Stabilitaetsfaktor fuer die Region darstellt und traegt durch die Erhoehung des regionalen Einkommens und der Beschaeftigungseffekte erheblich zum Wohlstand in der Hochschulregion bei.

This paper examines the estimate the economic impact of 2008 Andong Maskdance Festival, using an Input-Output(I-O) model. For the research, the Regional Input-Output analysis was used, which makes it easy to grasp the economic impact of the tourism industry and other industries in Andong. Based on the regional I-O transactions tables which were developed by Bank of Korea(2009), the industry multipliers were derived with respect to output, income, and value-added. The results show that in 2008 Andong Maskdance Festival receipts generated output impact of 30,961 million won and 15,800 million won of income impact, 14,310 million won of value-added impact, respectively. I think the result of this study can be used as an objective indicator to help to establish and implement regional festival policies for the local government.
