최근 조직간정보시스템의 연구는 조직간 전략적 협력을 형성함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 잠재적 갈등의 위험 인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 연구 대부분은 조직간의 위험발생에 있어서 경제적 관점의 위험에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 기술적 호환과 관련된 기술적 문제, 조직상호간의 활동, 서로 다른 문화ㆍ전략 차이간의 조정에 요구되는 사회정책적 문제는 고려하지 않고 있어서 조직간의 합리적이며 경제적인 협력적 동맹관계를 논의하는데는 충분치 않다. 따라서 조직간 협력적인 동맹관계를 다루기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 관점에 기술적 관점, 사회정책적 관점을 추가한 세가지 측면에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 조직간 정보시스템의 개념적 특성을 살펴보고, 조직간의 상호의존성, 구조적 특성, 기술, 조정매카니즘 요소등에 의해 정보자원공유, 가치사슬망, 네트웍 형태의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별에 대한 경제적, 기술적, 사회정책적 관점의 위험을 분석하고 위험을 최소화하기 위한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of parent-to-child financial transfers, providing household chores, and inheritance on financial transfers and time transfers from adult children to their elderly parents with dementia. Analyzing data from the sample of 343 adult children of parents with dementia, this study finds a strong positive effect of prior parent-to-child financial transfers on child-to-parent financial transfers under controlling parent characteristics, respondent characteristics and sibling's transfers to their parents. The effects of providing household chores and inheritance on time transfers are also positively significant. The results of this study point out the importance of reciprocity in resource transfers between adult children and their parents with dementia.

정부의 환경규제로 인하여 한국 제조업의 기업들이 공해방지시설을 의무적으로 설치해야할 경우, 이는 생산비증가와 신규투자의 위축 및 생산요소간 조합비율에 영향을 미침으로써 직 간접적으로 생산성의 감소를 초래한다. 본 연구에서는 인과추정법(因果推定法)으로 측정한 그레이 (Gray, 1987)의 모형을 통하여 환경규제가 한국 제조업의 생산성에 미치는 효과를 측정하였다. 측정결과, 규제로 인하여 연평균 0.58퍼센트 포인트만큼의 생산성감소효과가 있었다. 여기에는 생산성증가율 계산상의 '측정효과(測定效果)'만 존재하고 생산과정의 제약, 신규투자의 위축, 다른 생산요소의 생산성감소로 인하여 총생산성이 감소되는 '실질효과(實質效果)'는 발생하지 않았다.

본 논문은 조건부가치측정법(CVM)의 적용에 있어 발생할 수 있는 비구분 효과에 대한 검증과 해석을 제시하고 있다. 한강과 한강을 포함한 4대강의 수질증가에 대한 편익을 조건부가치측정법을 이용하여 추정하고 이 과정에서 비구분효과의 발생 원인을 분석하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비구분효과의 발생 가설로 대체효과 뿐만 아니라 새로운 가설인 순편익효과를 설정하였다. 연구결과는 대체효과 뿐만 아니라 본 논문에서 세운 새로운 가설인 순편익효과가 비구분효과의 원인으로 크게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과로 볼 때 비구분효과가 조건부가치측정법의 자체적 한계라기 보다는 설문의 구성 및 과정상의 문제임을 제시하고 있다.

This study analyzes the effect of applying hyperbolic social discount rate onto the results of benefit-cost analysis of environmental public investment projects in Korea. In order to check the application possibility to the actual feasibility study, the discount factors generated by hyperbolic function, rather than traditional exponential one, would be applied to the benefit and cost data from the pre-feasibility studies which peformed for environmental public investment projects. The results of this study shows that using hyperbolic social discount rate is effective for enhancing test results, only under the condition of which the full expansion of the time periods of analysis is satisfied. According to the simulation results of this study, to achieve higher benefit/cost ratio by using hyperbolic social discount rate, the period should be increased up to 120 to 150 years at least.

This paper attempts to evaluate an environmental regulation program which enforces installation of filtering equipment to reduce major air pollutants from used diesel vehicles. A real option model is presented to incorporate fuel cost uncertainty and irreversibility of emission-reducing investment. A finite-life option based on finite difference method is developed to consider the limited life expectancy of used vehicles. After taking into account social benefits from emission reduction and costs from decreasing fuel efficiency after the adoption of filtering technology, the result finds overall positive performance of the Pollution Reduction Program. However, the result suggests that the Program be designed to be more specific to vehicle types to improve program performance.

최근 기업들은 기술적, 경제적, 전략적 요인들을 고려하여 정보시스템 개발에 있어 아웃소싱을 하는 경향이 두드러지고 있다. 그러나 성공적인 아웃소싱을 위하여 아웃소싱은 적절하게 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 아웃소싱에서 서비스사와 고객사의 자원과 능력의 차이가 파트너십의 질에 영향을 미치게 되며, 최종적으로 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 끼치게 된다는 사실을 검증하였다. 가설 검증을 통하여 고객사의 재무능력이 서비스사의 재무능력보다 높을 때 그리고 서비스사의 IT 자원이 고객사의 IT 자원보다 우수할 때 파트너십의 질이 좋아 지는 것이 판명되었다. 또한 파트너십의 질은 아웃소싱의 성공에 영향을 주며 특히 신뢰도가 아웃소싱의 성공에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

환경은 경제에 대한 투입과정에서 자원을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 생산과정 내 폐기물을 정화시키는 역할도 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 환경은 경제와 연결되어 끊임없는 재순환이 일어난다. 경북대 에너지환경경제연구소는 이러한 순환관계의 규명을 통해 에너지환경의 지속가능한 발전을 목표로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 각 연구부가 구성되어 분야별로 연구를 수행하고 있다. 각부간의 연구분야는 조직으로는 분리되어 있으나 연구소의 연구 내용의 특성상 부서간 개별적 연구보다는 협조적 연구가 실제적으로 이루어지고 있다.

새천년을 맞아 첫 번째로 실시하는 제55회 식목일을 계기로 정부는 IMF 경제위기에 따른 실업대책사업중 대표적인 성공한 사업으로 평가된 숲가꾸기공공근로사업을 실업자 구제를 위한 실업대책사업에서 장기 국가정책사업으로 전환하여 본격 추진한다고 밝혔다. 이는 녹화는 되었으나 그동안 예산부족과 인력부족으로 방치하였던 우리 숲을 경제적, 환경적으로 가치있는 자원으로 육성할 수 있도록 숲가꾸기사업을 $\ulcorner$제2의 식목, 숲가꾸기(育林)$\lrcorner$으로 추진하기 위한 것이다. 정부에서 밝힌 바에 따르면 숲가꾸기공공근로사업에 참여하는 근로자중 12천명을 숲가꾸기 전문기술자로 양성하여 전문직업인으로서 숲가꾸기에 참여할 수 있게 되며, 숲가꾸기전문기능인력이 크게 늘어나 녹화된 숲을 조기에 경제림으로 육성하고 선진임업국으로 도약하는 기반이 마련된다.

The creation of new economic paradigm shift in creative economy age have influence on the characteristics of social networks and space, it leads to the formation of new relationship in space depending on social network service development. In this paper, it gives a name to 'social network resource' the power affecting these features and to find the meaning of spatial changes in the economic geography perspectives. 'Social network resource' shows the characteristics of openness, sharing, participation and cooperation, with features of encompassing all the features of local and global characteristics in space. This features are related the meaning of 'trans-locality' and can be found in the case of 'WikiSeoul.com (http:/www.wikiseoul.com)', Seoul's social knowledge sharing web platform. In particular, physical resources, human resources, information resources, and the characteristics of the relationship as a resource features was found and these features appear in space is projected to the space of social relations, it reflects the characteristics of qualitative space regarding social network resource.
