Study of the WTP Estimation for Introduction of Medium-sized Low Floor Electric Bus (중형 저상전기버스 도입에 따른 지불용의액 추정 연구)

  • Currently, the global climate change response paradigm has been changed to a universal response system in which all nations, not the developed countries, participate. Korea has also set a target of 25.9 million tons of transportation greenhouse gas reduction targets by 2030. Korean society is expected to enter the super aging society in 2026. In this study, to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions in public transport and to improve the convenience of transportation vulnerable, we estimate the willingness to pay(WTP) and social benefits assuming that the existing feeder buses are replaced with medium-sized low floor electric buses. To this end, survey was conducted on bus users in the metropolitan area and WTP was estimated by using contingent valuation method(CVM), which is one of the non-market value evaluation methods. As a result of estimation of WTP, the average WTP is 51.4 (won / time person), estimated the economic benefits were 50 million won on weekdays and 40 million won on weekends in Gyeonggi Province in 2014.

Comparison of Attitudes toward Children among Mothers of Young Children and Maternal Grandmothers: With Specific Focus on Ideal Number of Children, Gender Preference, Expectation Old Age Security and Positive and Negative Values of Children (유아 어머니와 외할머니 세대의 자녀관련 인식 비교: 이상적 자녀 수, 자녀의 성별에 대한 선호도, 노후부양에 대한 기대, 긍정적 자녀가치와 부정적 자녀가치를 중심으로)

  • The research investigates the attitudes toward children among mothers young children and maternal grandmothers, focusing specifically on the ideal number of children, gender preference, old age security and positive and negative values of children. A total of 442 respondents, consisting of 221 young mothers (average age of 35) and 221 maternal grandmothers (average age of 63) completed a questionnaire developed by Kim, Park and Kwon (2005). The reliability of the scales ranged from Cronbach α of .78 to .91. The results are as follows. First, as for the ideal number of children, young mothers reported that they would prefer two children, while grandmothers reported that they would prefer four children. As for the ideal number of male child, young mothers reported that they would prefer that they would prefer one son, while grandmothers reported two sons. Second, as for the gender of the child, young mothers did not show a gender preference, while grandmothers stated that at least one child should be a son, especially if it is the only child. Third, grandmothers had higher expectation of old age security in their male child than young mothers but two groups did not show any difference for the female child. Fourth, as for positive values of children, young mothers were more likely to emphasize personal aspects (i.e., psychological pleasure and happiness) and family cohesiveness, while grandmothers were more likely to emphasize social aspects (i.e., continuing the family line and old age security. As for negative values of children, young mothers were more likely to emphasize personal aspects (i.e., parental role and responsibility), while grandmothers were more likely to emphasize social aspects (i.e., family conflict and relationship). Fifth, as for factors that influenced the number of children that they decided to have, young mothers were more likely to report negative values of children (i.e., financial constraints), while grandmothers were more likely to emphasize positive values of children (i.e., continuing the family line).

Household's Willingness to Pay for Piped Water Quality Improvement in Wonju (원주시 가구의 상수도 수질개선에 대한 지불의사액 추정)

  • This paper attempts to examine household's willingness to pay (WTP) for piped water quality improvement in Wonju, where the local government are planning to implement a piped water quality improvement program. We apply a contingent valuation (CV) method to obtain at least a preliminary evaluation of the WTP. The CV survey was rigorously designed to comply with the guidelines for best-practiced CV studies. We surveyed a randomly selected sample of 250 households in Wonju and asked respondents questions in person-to-person interviews about how much they would be willing to pay for the program. Respondents overall accepted the contingent market and were willing to contribute a significant amount (1,583 to 2,776 won), on average, per household per month. This willingness varies according to individual characteristics such as sex, education level, and income. The aggregate value of the program in Wonju amounts to approximately 1.99 billion won to 3.49 billion won per year. The household values can be the benefits that ensue from the program and compared with the costs of the program to determine whether the program is economically desirable.

  • In the past, retailers secured customer loyalty by offering convenient locations, unique assortments of goods, better services than competitors, and good credit policy. All this has changed. Goods assortments among stores have become more alike as national-brand manufacturers place their goods in more and more retail stores. Service differentiation also has eroded. Many department stores have trimmed services, and many discount stores have increased theirs. Customers have become smarter shoppers. They don't pay more for identical brands, especially when service differences have diminished. In the face of increased competition from discount storess and specialty stores, department stores are waging a comeback war. Growth of intertype competition, competition between store-based and non-store-based retailing and growing investment in technology are changing the way consumers shop and retailers sell. Different types of stores-discount stores, catalog showrooms, department stores-all compete for the same consumers by carrying the same type of merchandise. The biggest winners are retailers that have helped shoppers to be economically cautious, simplified their increasingly busy and complicated lives, and provided an emotional connection. The growth of e-retailers has forced traditional brick-and-mortar retailers to respond. Basically brick-and-mortar retailers utilize their natural advantages, such as products that shoppers can actually see, touch, and test, real-life customer service, and no delivery lag time for small-sized purchases. They also provide a shopping experience as a strong differentiator. They are adopting practices as calling each shopper a "guest". The store atmosphere should match the basic motivations of the shopper. If target consumers are more likely to be in a task-oriented and functional mindset, then a simpler, more restrained in-store environment may be better. Consistent with this reasoning, some retailers of experiential products are creating in-store entertainment to attract customers who want fun and excitement. The retail experience must deliver value to turn a one-time visitor into a loyal customer. Retailers need a tool that measures the full range of components that define experience-based value. This study uses an experiential value scale(EVS) developed by Mathwick, Malhotra and Rigdon(2001) which reflects the benefits derived from perceptions of playfulness, aesthetics, customer "return on investment" and service excellence. EVS is useful to predict differences in shopping preferences and patronage behavior of customers. EVS consists of items measuring efficiency, economic value, visual appeal, entertainment value, service excellence, escapism, and intrinsic enjoyment, which are subscales of experiencial value. Efficiency, economic value, service excellence are linked to the utilitarian shopping value. And visual appeal, entertainment value, escapism and intrinsic enjoyment are linked to hedonic shopping value. It has been found that consumers value hedonic experiences activated from escapism and attractiveness of shopping environment as much as the product quality, price, and the convenient location. As a result, many department stores, discount stores, and other retailers are introducing differential marketing strategy based on emotional/hedonic values. Many researches suggest that consumers go shopping not only for buying products but also for various shopping experiences. In other words, they seek the practical, rational value as well as social, recreational values in the shopping process(Babin et al, 1994; Bloch et al, 1994). Retailers may enhance buyer's loyalty to store by providing excellent emotional/hedonic value such as the excitement from shopping, not just the practical value of buying good products efficiently. We investigate the effect of perceived shopping values on the emotional experience and store loyalty based on the EVS(Experiential Value Scales) developed by Holbrook(1994), Mathwick, Malhotra and Rigdon(2001). This study assumes that the relative effect of shopping value dimensions on the responses of shoppers will differ according to types of stores and analyzes the moderating effect of store type(department store VS. discount store) on the causal relationship between shopping value dimensions and store loyalty. Emprical results show that utilitarian values of shopping experience and hedonic value of shipping experience give the positive effect on the emotional response of consumers and store loyalty. We also found the moderating effect of store types. The effect of utilitarian shopping values on the attitude toward discount store is higher than the effect of utilitarian shopping values on the attitude toword department store. And the effect of hedonic shopping value on the emotional response to discount store is higher than on the emotional response to department store. The empirical results reflect on the recent trend that discount stores try to fulfill the hedonic needs of consumers as well as utilitarian needs(i.e, low price) that discount stores traditionally have focused on

Anti-wrinkle Effect of Chestnut Leaf (밤나무잎의 항주름 효과)

  • This research old age chestnut tree that loss function chestnut leaf renewal efficiency enlargement and development of cosmeceutical product by purpose. Chestnut leaf (CL) exhibits numerous pharmacological effect including anti-allergy and anti-microbial properties. However, the anti-wrinkle effect of CL is not completely understood. In this study, to find a possible explanation for the anti-wrinkle effects of CL, we evaluated the effects of CL on radical scavenging activity, elastase inhibition activity and collagenase inhibition activity. CL was extracted with various solvents including water (CLW), 70% ethanol (CLE) and 70% acetone (CLA). The results showed that CLW, CLE, and CLA have the radical scavenging activity. In addition, we showed that CLW, CLE, and CLA have the elastase inhibition activity and collagenase inhibition activity. Consequently, the CL has a potent anti-wrinkle effect and it could be a useful cosmeceutical product for anti-aging purposes.

Estimation of Economic Effects on Overseas Oil and Gas E&P by Macroeconomic Model of Korea (거시경제모형을 이용한 해외석유가스개발사업의 경제적 효과 추정 연구)

  • In general, quantity results of empirical analysis using model shows how much big performance policy has. Therefore this is useful to evaluate a policy. This paper composed macro economic model based on Bank of Korea's quarterly model and annual model, that estimates performance of overseas oil and gas development project to Korean economy in aspect of quantity. In this model, we estimated each effect in real GDP, current account, unemployment rate, CPI and exchange rate carried by recovered amount from overseas oil and gas development project. The recovered amount was evaluated in currency coming from oil and gas acquired from overseas oil and gas development project. Macro economic model of this paper benchmarked macro model composed by Bank of Korea(1997, 2004, 2012). We reviewed model robustness using statistical suitability of each equation and historical simulation for from 1994 to 2011. The recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project has positive effect in every macro economic index except CPI and exchange rate. Economic effect to macro economic index become bigger with time because the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project are increasing until now. Although empirical results of economic effects in every year from the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project are different, as of 2011, empirical results showed that the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project increase 2.226% and 0.401% in current account and real GDP respectively. And it also decrease 0.489%p in unemployment rate. Exchange rate to US dollars also decrease in amount of 0.379%.

Technological Innovation Orientation: Conceptualization, Measurement, and Its Relationship to Performance (기술혁신지향성: 개념화, 측정 및 성과와의 관계)

  • Despite its theoretically and practically important value, the concept of technological innovation orientation has not been theoretically well established and thus has not been operationalized appropriately in previous studies. Given such a gap in prior research regarding technological innovation orientation, this study proposed a refined conceptualization of technological innovation orientation and a new measurement instrument for capturing the refined concept of technological innovation orientation. More specifically, this study conceptualized technological innovation orientation as having two components of proclivity to technological leadership and openness to technological innovation and developed a measurement instrument for operationalizing the two-dimensional concept of technological innovation orientation. Based on the proposed conceptualization and operationalization of technological innovation orientation, this study also investigated the relationship between technological innovation orientation and firm performance. Based on a sample of 97 Korean IT SMEs, the results demonstrated a high reliability and validity for the measurement instrument developed to operationalize the two-dimensional technological innovation orientation. The results further revealed that technological innovation orientation is positively related to technological innovation performance and that technological innovation performance positively mediates the relationship between technological innovation orientation and financial performance.

  • 전 세계에서 홍수로 인한 인명손실과 재산적 피해의 기록을 살펴보면 최근 몇 년 동안 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해서 홍수를 방어하기 위한 노력은 증가하게 되었다. 이로 인해 홍수터에서 인구집중과 개발로 인해 홍수방어를 위해서 막대한 투자가 필요하다. 이와 동시에 지속가능하고 효과적인 수자원 관리는 전체적인 접근방법이 요구되며, 사회와 경제발전과 생태계 보호 및 토지이용과 수자원 이용의 적절한 관리와 연결된 개념이 필요하다. 유역은 육지와 수계 사이의 많은 상호작용이 있는 동적인 시스템이다. 이러한 관점에서 유역을 간단한 고정된 지역적인 문제라고 생각하는 것보다 전체로서의 유역 기능을 개선하는데 노력이 필요하고 시도되어야 할 것이다. 통합홍수관리(IFM : Integrated Flood Management)는 홍수의 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 고려한 새로운 접근방법이며, 홍수가 자원적 가치를 지닌 것이라고 생각하는 개념이다. 통합홍수관리의 특징은 홍수조절 대책의 적절한 혼합, 대책의 목적 및 형태(구조적 및 비구조적 대책), 단기간 및 장기간 대책 등의 대책들을 통합하는 것이다. 여기에는 전유역의 수문순환 관리, 통합 토지이용 및 수자원 관리, 최적 혼합대책의 적용 및 통합재해관리 적용 등이 있다. 홍수는 자연적인 수문학적 체계의 중요한 요소이며, 주요 수자원이기도 하다. 그리고 빈번한 홍수로 인해 제방을 넘어 홍수터를 점령한다. 이 결과로 상습 홍수범람지역은 점점 더 인구가 밀집되고 있고 홍수에 더 취약하게 된다. 그러므로 금호강유역에 발생한 홍수의 개요, 원인 및 결과에 대해서 살펴보고, 홍수관리대책과 실효성에 대해서 조사 분석하였다. 그리고 홍수가 발생한 후 홍수관리대책과 관리기술의 변화를 통합홍수관리의 개념에서 분석하였다.Jones matrix, which allows a new interpretation in the conversion efficiency of the thin-film optical waveguides.있다는 장점이 있었다. 따라서 소아에서 복막투석도관 수술 시 복강경적 방법을 이용하는 것이 효율적인 복막 투석을 위해 유용하다고 생각된다.상부 방광천자에 비해 민감도 59.5%(25/42), 특이도 86.6%(13/15)였고 위양성률 13.3%(2/15), 위음성률 40.5%(17/42) 로 정확도가 낮았다. 결론 : 소변을 가리지 못하는 영유아에서 요로 감염을 진단하기 위해서는 도뇨관 채뇨에 비해 초음파 감시하 치골상부 방광천자가 정확하고 안전한 채뇨법으로 권장되어야 한다고 생각한다.應裝置) 및 운용(運用)에 별다른 어려움이 없고, 내열성(耐熱性)이 강(强)하므로 쉬운 조건하(條件下)에서 경제적(經濟的)으로 공업적(工業的) 이용(利用)에 유리(有利)하다고 판단(判斷)되어진다.reatinine은 함량이 적었다. 관능검사결과(官能檢査結果) 자가소화(自家消化)시킨 크릴간장은 효소(酵素)처리한 것이나 재래식 콩간장에 비하여 품질 면에서 손색이 없고 저장성(貯藏性)이 좋은 크릴간장을 제조(製造)할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.에 착안하여 침전시 슬러지층과 상등액의 온도차를 측정하여 대사열량의 발생량을 측정하고 슬러지의 활성을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다.enin과 Rhaponticin의 작용(作用)에 의(依)한 것이며, 이는 한의학(韓醫學) 방제(方劑) 원리(原理)인 군신좌사(君臣佐使) 이론(理論)에서 군약(君藥)이 주증(主症)에 주(主)로 작용(作用)하는 약물(藥物)이라는 것을 밝혀주는 것이라고 사료(思料)된다.일전 $

  • 본 사업은 1994년부터 1996년까지 3년 간 시범사업으로 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 과제인 창원/마산 지역정보 유통망 구축사업을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 전자상거래 기반의 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\ulcorner$창원/마산 지역정보유통망 구축사업$\lrcorner$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이러한 창원/마산지역 산업체에 대한 지원효과를 이번에 확대하여 그 동안 Multimedia, Graphics, Web 등 정보화 환경이 크게 변화, 발전됨에 따라 현실적이며 현장적용형 패키지의 개발 지원이 대두된 $\ulcorner$경남지역 정보화확산사업$\lrcorner$은 연구개발정보센터와 창원시, 진해시, 한국기계연구원이 매칭 펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템이다. 정보수집대상은 경남지역에 소재하고 있는 20개 산업단지 3,700여 입주기업을 정보수집요원이 직접 방문하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 요구정보를 반영하였다. 신규로 구축한 정보는 산업기반 기업체기본정보 DB 및 기업 기술개발 현장적용형 기술정보 패키지정보를 중심으로 구축하였으며, 인터넷 활용교육을 통한 동종 업종간 정보교류체제 구축하였다. 특히 Cyber Market을 구현하기 위해 1,200여건의 기업체정보 및 제조상품 DB를 응용한 제품 Mall 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 사업을 통하여 경남지역 산업단지에 입주한 기업체의 정보 활용을 극대화하여 지역경제 발전에 기여함과 동시에 국내 지역정보화 시범모델로서 위상을 확립하고자 한다.을 기업의 타인자본비용과 자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. 이동통신망 기반의 사물통신 서비스 현황 및 이슈

  • 이동통신망을 활용하여 사물과 사물간의 연결(Connectivity)을 제공하는 사물통신 서비스를 M2M이라 하며, 이는 인구수의 제약을 넘어서는 신규 가입자시장이다. M2M은 원격측정, 감시, 제어, 관제 등의 기능을 제공하며, 사물과 현장의 정보를 수집하는 센싱부와 이를 전달하는 광역통신망 및 수집정보의 가공, 처리, 통제하는 서버시스템의 3요소로 구성된다. 이를 위해서 기기, 센서, 통신모듈, 통신 및 IT등 다양한 전문Player의 협업을 필요로 하는 Value Chain을 가지고 있다. M2M 시장은 고정물, 이동물, 차량 및 대인시장으로 구분할 수 있으며, 전력, 수도 등 검침, 보안방범, 재난재해관리, 환경감시, 차량관제, 대인 위치추적 등 다양한 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 국내 M2M 시장은 지난 10년간 지속적인 성장을 계속하고 있으나 급속성장 및 활성화를 위하여는 소규모 세분시장의 한계를 극복하고 규모의 경제를 달성할 수 있는 방안의 모색, Value Chain내 다양한 Player간 Win-Win 협업체계의 강화, 높은 QoS에 의한 서비스 안정성 및 도입운영의 용이성 제고, 초기도입 비용장벽의 완화 등이 필요한 것으로 분석된다. 향후 높은 성장 잠재력을 가지고 있는 M2M 시장은 참여자들의 창의적인 대상시장 발굴과 가치의 제공을 통하여 상생 발전의 선순환을 도모할 필요가 있다.
