The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze factors in country risk between Cambodia and Vietnam. OECD and the Export-Import Ban of Korea assess country risk of Cambodia more highly than Vietnam. As results of the parametric tests for evaluation factors on the basis of country risk classification, the economic growth rate, the foreign trade index, and the foreign exchange reserves among the economic risks with the corruption index as the political and social risk have statistically significant effect on the difference between country risks of two countries. However, discriminant factor analysis indicates that the economic growth rate, the foreign exchange reserves, and the corruption index are key variables, which represent the difference between country risks of Cambodia and Vietnam. Consequently, the government of Cambodia needs to try to root out the corruption and to expand trade through increasing export for lowering the country risk to the level of Vietnam. Vietnam would also need to focus on attaining the sustainable high economic growth rate and increasing the foreign exchange reserves.

Voice phishing against the old or weak persons have used the methods which are social engineering in the object and financial structure and function. Until recently Voice phishing from Chaina caused economic devastation and the economic loss by phishing grows with the South Koreans in the whole. Korean government and public organizations involved have been strengthening protection system and a financial security devices. But it is not easy to verify how much effects of security measures are. In this paper I will study the economic loss caused by voice phishing and potential economic effects of security measures and security device reinforcements of the Republic of Korea. Direct costs are reported about 100 million dollars and potential economic effects of voice phinshing secure measures may be around 320 million dollars.

This paper focuses on the economic effects of local loop unbundling under some contract theories. Local loop unbundling is considered as a means of achieving competition in telecommunications industry. Although there are potentially significant economic benefits to be gained from competitive local loop provision, some arguments against the implementation of local loop unbundling are coincident. we propose that both optimal contracts between contract partners in local loop unbundling market exit and strategic commitment be important in evaluating the economic effects of local loop unbundling.

본 연구는 연구개발의 기술적 성과에 비하여 상대적으로 저조한 경제적 성과를 제고하기 위해 중소기업의 기술사업화를 촉진하는 한국형 기술사업화 모델 및 이를 위한 과학적 연구방법론 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 먼저 기술사업화의 성공실패에 관련된 연구 중 하나인 신제품개발에서 경제적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인들을 선행연구를 통해 확인하고 우리나라 중소기업의 기술사업화 추진실태와 과제를 진단한다. 다음으로 세계 R&D 동향과 국내 대기업에서 추진하고 있는 6시그마 연구혁신 모델 및 기술사업화의 경제적 성과를 제고하기 위한 과학적 연구방법론 벤치마킹 분석 등의 결과를 토대로 우리나라 중소기업들이 수행하는 연구개발의 기술적 성과는 물론 경제적 성과도 제고할 수 있는 시장중심 R&D를 위한 한국형 기술사업화 모델과 이를 위한 5가지 과학적 연구 방법론을 제시한다. 1990년대 후반부터 등장하기 시작한 새로운 R&D동향은 사업부나 고객뿐만 아니라 공급자 등 외부 파트너들과의 상호 긴밀한 협력 하에 이들의 명시적인 니즈는 물론 암묵지 형태의 니즈까지도 파악하여 이를 R&D 활동에 반영하기 시작하였다. 특히 기업은 1980년대 정보화 진전, 변화의 가속화에 따라 연구과제의 성공이 바로 기업발전으로 연결되지 않는다는 것을 자각하기 시작했다. 단순히 R&D 활동만을 중시하는 것이 아니라 기술을 어떻게 마케팅과 연계시킬 것인가가 더욱 중요하게 되었다. 신기술을 신시장에 연결시키는 것이 용이하지 않지만, 성공 시에는 높은 가치창출을 기대할 수 있으므로 기업들은 R&D활동 보다 높은 가치를 창출하려는 활동에 관심을 가져야만 한다. 이와 같은 글로벌 환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 제4차 산업혁명시대 중소기업의 연구개발 투자가 경제적 성과로 촉진될 수 있도록 본 연구에서 제시된 시장중심 R&D를 위한 한국형 기술사업화 모델과 5가지 과학적 연구방법론이 크게 기여하기를 기대해 본다.

This study explores the moderating effects of economic stress in the relationship between organizational devotion and emotional self-sufficiency of the self-sufficient program participants. 698 persons who lived in Taegu participated in this study. Multiple regression analysis was adopted. Results indicate that higher level of organizational devotion is positively related to the higher self-sufficiency. In addition, economic stress moderated the effect of organizational devotion on emotional self-sufficiency. Practical implications of this study are two folds; One is that in order to increase emotional self-sufficiency, sense of community should be put into consideration; The other is that approach for decreasing economic stress should be included in the program for self-sufficiency. Overall, this study lays a groundwork for the self-sufficiency of the participants in the self-sufficient program.

일국(一國)의 경제발전(經濟發展)은 경제적 진보와 근대화를 수반하는 역사적 현상이지만 구체적으로는 산업구조(産業構造)의 변화(變化)에 의한 생산(生産)과 소득(所得)의 증가(增加)라는 측면을 가지고 있다. 한국과 일본의 경제발전과정에 수반되는 경제성장과 산업구조변화에 대한 요인을 비교 분석하는 것은 양국경제의 발전현상을 이해하고, 향후의 경제정책에 기초적인 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있을 것이다. 따라서 본고는 "비례적(比例的) 성장(成長)으로부터의 편차(偏差)(DPG)" 방법을 일본의 경우는 1915~90년, 한국은 1960~90년까지의 장기적인 산업연관자료에 적용하여 양국의 산업성장과 산업생산구조변화에 대한 요인을 수요측면에서 비교 분석하였는바, 그 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 우선 양국경제의 산업생산구조 및 주도산업의 변화는 시기에 있어서 차이를 보이지만 분석기간중 양국 모두에서 농림수산업은 계속해서 생산비중이 줄어들고 있고, 경제성장을 주도한 산업이 경공업에서 중화학공업으로, 그리고 중화학공업에서도 중공업으로 이전된 것으로 나타났다. 일본의 경우는 1970년대에는 생산자서비스부문을 중심으로, 그리고 1980년대에는 소비자서비스부문을 중심으로 "경제의 서비스화"가 진전되어 서비스산업이 주도산업으로 부상되고 있으나, 한국경제에서는 1990년까지도 서비스산업의 확대가 관측되지 않고 있다. 이러한 결과는 향후 한국경제의 산업생산구조에 있어서 서비스산업의 중요성이 점차 커질 것이며, 특히 "경제의 서비스화"가 생산자서비스부문을 중심으로 이루어질 가능성이 높다는 것을 시사한다. 한편 양국의 성장패턴을 살펴보면, 일본의 경우는 시기별로 성장요인에 많은 변화가 있었으나 대체로 수출보다는 국내수요(國內需要)가 경제성장에 중요한 역할을 한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 한국경제의 성장의 성장에는 수출과 투자의 역할이 중요했으며, 특히 수출은 분석기간중 지속적으로 정(正)의 효과(效果)만을 보여 경제성장의 견인차역할을 한 것으로 나타났다. 1980년대까지 한국경제의 성장에 있어서는 수입대체보다는 수출확대를 통한 중화학공업의 육성이 지대한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이러한 수출주도적인 중화학공업의 성장패턴은 현재 국내수요(國內需要)의 규모(規模)와 산업구조변화를 일본의 경우에 비추어볼 때, 향후 몇 년 동안은 크게 변화하지 않을 것으로 판단된다.

The Economic Gab-Jil, where the stronger are forcing the weaker to sacrifice, is not only a serious social problem, but also it exhausts the vitality of the national economy. Especially, the issue of 'cost reduction (CR) of delivery price' in automobile industry, and the issue of 'tolls' and 'retaliating' in the franchise business are becoming more controversial. This paper suggests some measures to rectify the problems by an analysis using a game-theoretic model. One of the ways to change the 'bad equilibrium', where economic Gab-Jil is prevalent, to the 'good equiblium' is to strengthen the bargaining power of the weak by legal and institutional measures. It is also a more market-friendly system that is self-enforcing, where the regulation is automatically enforced by the incentives of the participants, without relying solely on the enforcement power of regulatory or supervisory bodies

한국 경제가 침체의 늪에서 헤어나지 못하고 있다. 외환위기와 국제수지 적자, 대기업의 몰락과 이에 연이은 하청업체의 도산 등 우리의 경제는 총체적인 위기감을 맞고있다. 국가경제력과 국방력은 무엇보다도 긴밀한 관계에 있기에 본 지에서는 KID원장으로 계신 백 박사님께 이러한 경제적 위기를 극복하는 고견을 들어 보았다. 백 박사님께서는 본 고에서 국론의 재결집을 무엇보다 강조하고 경제위기 극복을 위한 포괄적인 대책과 이의 추진을 역설하였다. 독자여러분의 일독을 기대해본다.

본 연구는 IT SoC 산업기반조성사업의 경제적 성과를 분석했다. 1단계로 창업보육기업 CEO와의 전수 인터뷰를 포함한 기업 서베이를 통하여 팹리스 중소 벤처기업의 매출액 기여효과를 추정했고, 2단계로 산업연관분석을 적용하여 생산유발효과를 추정했다. 3단계로 추정 결과를 비용과 비교한 결과, 동 사업은 예산 대비 6.3배의 경제적 성과를 거둔 것으로 나타났다. 동 사업의 경제적 성과가 높게 나온 것은 기술수준과 자금력이 취약한 중소 벤처기업들에게 각종 인프라를 조성해 주었기 때문인 것으로 사료된다.
