Staples - Office Depot 합병사건에서 연방거래위원회는 가격 자료에 의거한 계량분석 방법을 동원하여 대형 사무용품 매장을 통한 소모성 사무용품 판매시장이 별개의 시장이라는 점을 보여줌으로써 위원회 결정의 근거를 삼음과 동시에 법원을 설득하였고, 이를 통하여 공정거래 분야에서 경제분석의 중요성과 효과를 새삼 인식하는 계기가 되었다.

21세기 미래 사회의 유망 에너지로서 전기 에너지의 특성과 역할을 예측$\cdot$분석하였다. 먼저 에너지와 문명 발전과의 관계를 에너지와 경제 그리고 에너지 안보 차원에서 고찰하고 이들 간의 공진화 관계를 산업 혁명 이후의 세계 경제의 장주기적 변화 관점에서 분석하였다. 그리고 20세기에 전기 에너지가 세계 경제 사회에 미친 중요한 영향을 분석한 후에 21세기 지식 기반 디지털 경제 사회에서 전기 에너지의 개발 환경 및 수요 특성을 전망하였다.

고도의 산업화성장에 따라 도시의 기능이 지역간의 완전분리가 아닌 경제적 사회적 상호 연관성이 점점 증가하고 그 내용도 복잡하고 다양해짐에 따라 이에 대한 체계적인 분석이 필요하게 되었으며, 그에 대한 연구 또한 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기존에 연구에서 제시하고 있는 각 지역단위별로 취업자수에 대한 고용자수 비율 또는 출근통행의 유출량에 대한 유입량 비율 등의 단순지표를 이용한 지역간의 경제적 의존성을 설명하는 데는 한계가 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역간의 경제적 연관관계 즉 경제적 의존성을 복합적이고 표준화 할 수 있는 계량치로 추정하기 위해 두 변수 집합간의 연관성을 추정하는데 매우 유용한 분석기법인 정준상관분석 기법을 이용하여 추정하고자 하였다. 이에 수도권 72개존의 출근통행자료을 이용하여 지역간의 경제적 의존성을 측정하였으며, 각 존들로 구성된 지역간의 정준상관계수 및 각 존들의 정준가 중계수를 통해 통계적으로 정산되어진 표준화된 계수를 산출하였다. 그 결과 대존의 경우 경기도와 인천시는 각각 0.9753. 0.2968 정도의 서울에 대한 경제적 의존정도를 보이는 것으로 나타나 서울에 대한 경기도의 경제적 의존성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 산출된 정준가중계수를 살펴보면 분당구와 서울시의 중구는 서울에 대한 경기도의 경제적 의존성에 가장 높은 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 중존에 해당되는 인천의 3개 권역, 경기의 16개 권역의 서울 5개 권역에 대한 경제적 의존성도 분석되었다.

When an institution adopts digital archiving, an economic analysis is required. Though the existing economic analysis considers only tangible benefits, a model to reflect the intangible benefits of digital archiving is needed. This study suggests a comprehensive economic analysis model by applying the value chain concept of information economics. A simulation is conducted on the digital archiving by adopting the concepts of value accelerating and value linking to the economic analysis, and economic factors are derived through sensitivity analysis. The results support the perception that digital archiving contributes to the enhancement of the institution's efficiency.

As a part of feasibility study of constructing Geumsaem library, the purpose of this study is to examine the result of economic feasibility analysis on constructing the library. In order to achieve the purpose, we evaluated policy relevance, investigated people's demand for constructing the library, and examined the result of economic feasibility analysis. As the tools of economical efficiency analysis, we used the techniques like cost-benefit ratio, net present value and internal rate of return to analyse the economic feasibility, and we estimated the amount of benefit by contingent valuation method. As the result of this study, cost-benefit ratio for constructing Geumsaem library was turned out as 1.28, and we could get an assessment of positive economic feasibility about constructing the library.

Since the weapon system project has a large ripple effect on the country by investing a huge budget, analysis of acquisition methods that secured economic feasibility is required in the planning stage to promote the weapon acquisition project. In response to this demand, economic analysis for acquisition method is preformed in the research stage of previous studies, but the analysis on economic analysis for acquisition alternative is imperfect at the present. In this research, we identify the limitations of the effect analysis and propose an additional cost-benefit analysis method to analyze the economic feasibility of the acquisition alternative. It is possible to present the universal results of economic feasibility analysis for not only multiple alternatives but also single alternatives by presenting benefit/cost ratio. It is applied to research on acquisition project of OO guided rocket, and the result of economic analysis for each alternative is presented.

We use data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) to examine the relationship between child health and household economic resources, and find that economic resources as measured by equivalized expenditure have a statistically significant positive effect on child health and protect children from acute health conditions. We make additional use of the data (where extensive data on children's nutrition, household sanitation, the utilization of medical care, and family health status are available) to assess the mechanisms through which economic resources may affect child health. We find evidence that economic resources have a sizable and significant effect on these potential intermediary factors, and that they, particularly household sanitation, partly explain the protective role of economic resources in child health.

This study made an attempt at the empirical analysis of the influence of domestic, foreign economic changes on economy in Incheon & Incheon International Airport. For this purpose, this study, setting up the member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD), Incheon Metropolitan City, and Incheon International Airport as research objects, conducted multi-regression analysis and path analysis of 11-year economic changes after the opening of the Incheon International Airport in 2001. As a research result, it was found that internal, external economic changes didn't show a positive influence on economy in Incheon, and growth & revitalization of the Incheon International Airport while international economic factors showed a directly positive influence on economy in Incheon, but the total effect directly related to Korean economy showed a negative influence. Accordingly, economy in Incheon has to actively cope with home, foreign macroeconomic change factors, and further, the endogenous growth strategy is required; as the methodolog.

Korea and China signed an FTA at November 10, 2014. The entry of China - the factory of the World - can be more active and easier. But Recently, China's economic growth is slowdown, and it began to emerge as a voice of concern. Therefore I analyze Chnia's economic slowdown is the impact on Korea's economy in this study. This study presented current trends and future prospects on China's economic situation. The changes of China's economic growth are the reduction of economic growth rate, falling proportion of processing trade, and the competition relationship of two countries. So they will be analyzed on this study. And this study presents ways that Korea economy reacts for China's economic growth slowdown. Trade statistics system of Korea International trade Association(KITA) is leveraged for this analysis. For competition relationship analysis, I analyze to use Contribution to the Trade Balance, Trade Specialization Index, Revealed Comparative Advantage of Country.

It is important for regional comparative analysis about economically active population ratio by sex and total economically active population ratio to a policy data of central and local government. Through the result of comparative analysis, Central and local government can use policies distinctively according to the region and keep the efficiency of detail policy application. This paper shows regional comparative analysis about economically active population ratio by sex for the Seoul metropolitan region, Gangwon region, Chungcheong region, Youngnam region, Honam region using the economically active population survey data in 16 cities and provinces. We used the survey of economically active population for 13 years from 2000 to 2012, we calculated total economically active population ratio and economically active population ratio by sex about the 5 regions. And we analyzed the relative ratio between economically active population ratio of male and female by each region, we also analyzed the results of regional comparative analysis by sex.
