This paper presents that in the Russian Revolution 1) socialist and alternative democratic conceptions between Marx and Lenin are very different, 2) the process and cause of failure of realizing Lenin's democratic alternative conception, 3) the interactive expansion process of the party and the state, 4) the failing process of socialist original accumulation, collectivization, and constructing planned economy. This shows that Russia could not help fail to transit to socialist society due to the combination of wrong conceptions and that new revolution and construction should combine right socialist and democratic conceptions.

1821년 국내 최초로 태화기도교사회복지관이 우리나라에 설립된지 벌써 85년이 흘렀다 그간 사회복지관들은 지역 주민들의 복지증진을 위한 여러 가지 사업개발과 저소득 계층을 위해 지원해 왔으며 후원 및 자원봉사자들을 개발 발굴하여, 지역사회 운동 등의 다양한 활동을 전개해 오고 있다. 2007년 현재 전국에 395개의 지역사회복지관이 다양한 전문 복지프로그램을 개발운영하고 있으며, 이러한 지역사회복지관에 대한 지역 주민들의 관심은 나날이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 과거 지역사회복지관이라는 단어는 경제적으로 어려운 저소득 소외계층을 위한 기관으로 빈민 구제등의 사업을 실시해왔으나 현재는 지역주민들의 욕구가 다양화 되면서 지역주민들을 위한 다양한 사업들을 전개해오고 있다.

The space designated for kindergarten and elementary school students, who accounted for half of all users of the presidential archives, is now lacking, with the archives' programs focusing on exhibitions and field trips. With this, an experience exhibition is seen as the most effective way to communicate the value of presidential records and archives based on the theory of cognitive development. Therefore, this study proposes an experiential exhibition program for children about presidential archives based on the experience economy under theories that are recently getting attention. The Presidential Archives through the Experiential Exhibition program for children proposed by this study will become a place for the cultural communication of all generations.

정부는 지난 5월30일 재정경제부장관, 기획예산처장관, 국무조정실장, 산업자워부장관, 건설교통부장관, 환경부장관이 참석한 가운데 경제장관간담회를 개최하고 연내 수도권대기질개선에 관한 특별법 제정, 공청회와 연구용역 등을 거쳐 '04년말까지 에너지가격 조정 방침 결정 및 '05년중 입법 추진 등의 내용에 대해 합의했다. 이들 부처가 합동으로 발표한 보도자료를 게재한다.

'2010 대한민국 녹색에너지대전'이 지식경제부 주최, 에너지관리공단 주관으로 지난 10월 13일부터 16일까지 4일간 서울 삼성동 코엑스홀에서 개최되었다. 올해로 30번째를 맞이한 대한민국 녹색에너지대전은 그 어느 해보다 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 30년이라는 긴 역사에 걸맞게 LG전자 현대중공업 삼성중공업 OCI 효성 등 대한민국을 대표하는 에너지 관련 기업들이 대거 참여하였고, 정부가 2010년까지 온실가스 배출전망량(BAU) 대비 30% 감축하겠다는 목표를 제시함은 물론 그에 맞춰 에너지온실가스 목표관리제가 도입돼 에너지 절약에 대한 관심이 그 어느 때보다 높기 때문이다. 더욱이 올해 처음 개최되는 신재생에너지대전이 함께 열리면서 참가기업이 251개, 총 1,008개 부스로 확대되었고, 에너지 효율 향상에 관한 대표적 프로젝트로 성장하고 있는 ESCO 산업 특별 테마관이 마련되기도 하였다. ESCO 산업 특별 테마관은 국내 ESCO 업체인 삼성에버랜드 LIG엔설팅 금호이엔지 에너지솔루션즈 지멘스 테크윈 등이 직접 참여하여 최신 기술과 정보를 전달하고 관련 상담을 진행하였다. 또한 최근 각광을 받고 있는 LED 고효율 조명관을 특별 조성해 국가 경제의 차세대 성장동력인 친환경 조명기술을 선보이기도 했다.

Korea's social economy promotion policy is a government-led policy, and its success or failure depends on how well it is known to the residents. The Jeonnam Social Economy Internet Shopping Mall was also established as a government-led road, but its popularity is low. This study examines the influence between reliability and loyalty of the 'Jeonnam Social Economy Shopping Mall'. 267 samples were used and verified with the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the characteristics of shopping malls had a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty, and played a mediating role between reliability and loyalty. The residential area and the purpose of purchase had a moderating effect. The limitation of research is that comparative research with other shopping malls is insufficient. In the future, comparative evaluation should be carried out in relation to research on social economy enterprise products by region.

배관에는 수많은 종류의 관이음이 필요하며, 특히 플랜트 배관의 제작 시공에 있어 용접은 기술적으로 매우 중요한 위치를 가진다. 따라서 그와 관련된 작업의 합리화와 표준화가 필요하다. 그러나 우리 공사현장 일각에서는 용접이음법이 다소 남용되고 있어 문제로 지적되고 있다. 관연결공법이 좀더 효율적이고 경제적이 되도록 연구 개발하여 과학적인 검증을 거쳐 실용화하도록 하여야 한다.
