최근 한국 가전제품 시장이 유통시장 개방과 수입선 다변화 조기해제 움직임에 대응한 국산 가전제품의 개발과 출시가 활발해 지고 있다. 본고는 외국 유명메이커들의 한국시장에 대한 수출량과 품목을 대폭 늘리면서 공세를 강화하고 있는데 맞서 국내 업체들이 한국형 제품개발과 고급화를 통한 경쟁력 강화에 주력하면서 활력을 되찾고 있다. 이에 본고는 가전업체들의 최신 가전제품을 한 곳에 모아 보았다.게재업체 순서는 가나다 순임을 밝힌다. <편집자 주>

1970년초 '자주국방'으로 시작한 방위산업의 역량은 재래식 무기의 국산화 단계를 넘어서 일부 첨단무기를 독자 개발할 수 있는 수준에 도달하였다. 하지만 그동안 방위산업 정책은 내수시장을 중심으로 이뤄졌었고, 방위산업체를 중심으로 한 제한된 경쟁체제였다. 그 결과 국방과학기술 경쟁력은 11위인 반면에 민수분야 과학기술경쟁력은 4위로 눈부신 발전을 하였다. 또한 2009년 스톡홀롬 국제평화연구소 발표에 따르면 우리나라는 무기 수입국 3위인 반면, 수출은 17위에 위치해 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 위와 같은 문제 인식을 바탕으로 시작하였으며, 특히 민수업체의 방산분야 참여를 통해 국내시장의 규모를 넓히고, 국내경쟁력 향상하고, 더 나아가 방위산업 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보하여 국가 방위력개선 뿐만 아니라 수출 선도 산업으로 자리매김할 수 있는 개방형 기술혁신체계 구축 방법을 모색하였다. 또한 민수분야의 조사를 통해 방위산업 진입장벽을 파악하였으며, 진입장벽 해소를 통해 방위산업 경쟁력 강화를 할 수 있는 방법을 고찰하였다. 국방분야의 개방형 기술혁신체계 구축은 국가과학기술을 선도하고, 군 전력증강 및 국가경제발전에 기여할 것이다.

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport established a comprehensive plan for 83 old industrial complexes over 20-year. They implemented the competitiveness of industrial complex in September 2013, and revitalizing and remodelling comprehensive plan in December 2014. With significant influences of old industrial complex in September 2009, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport chose the 4 districts for the first pilot project. In December 2014, the second pilot project districts were established. In addition, there were 10 districts in April 2016 and 5 districts in April 2016 as the third pilot project and 5 distiricts in March 2017 as the fourth piolt project. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport currently suggests 23 districts to regenerate among 83 old industrial complex districts over 20 years. Even though the government suggests the certain 23 districts, this research selects the bottom 23 districts (30%) represented through the Focus Group Interview and compare them with the list government-suggested. As a result, there were some unlisted industrial complex districts. This research suggests the unlisted industrial complex districts which need to be regenerated and their problems, therefore this could be used as a guide for feasibility of old industrial complex regeneration implement.

부존자원이 부족한 우리나라에서 그간 발전의 원동력이 되어온 것은 바로 "교육"이다. 최근 우리나라의 고등교육재정 부족에 대한 우려의 목소리가 높다. 대학의 경쟁력이 곧 국가의 경쟁력으로 이어지는 현대 사회에서 각 대학의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 재정 투자의 확대와 재정 투자의 효율성에 대한 요구가 각계각층에서 이어지고 있다. 이에 우리나라 고등교육재정 현황 및 재정 부족에 대한 원인과 문제점을 짚어보고, 이를 확충하기 위한 방안에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지 살펴보기로 한다.

The modal spilt for road has been increased, but, for railroad it has been decreased from 17.2%(1990) to 6.3%(2006). It is important to study on improving competition for railroad transportation so that freight transport industry for railroad which is getting to decrease in Korea will be increased. The objective of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of railroad transport compared with road by providing a high-speed railway. The indicators representing the competitiveness of railroad transport are determined. The main influenced factors for mode choice include transport cost, transport time, level of service. Precisely, three commodities type, container, cement, steel, are analyzed.

온 오프라인에서 업체들의 차별화된 마케팅 전략과 특징이 절실하게 요구되며, 자체 경쟁력 확보를 위한 분석과 투자에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 꽃시장의 경우에 오프라인에서 온라인이 병행되고, 전국시장 네트워크가 형성됨으로써 소규모 업체들의 시장진입과 경쟁력 확보가 매우 어려워지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 꽃시장 활성화를 위해서 꽃 배달 서비스 강화 방안을 위해 시장에서 상위에 랭크된 사이트 분석과 시장 현황 분석 및 서비스 전략 방안을 제시하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 사이트 구축에 관하여 기술하였다. 이를 통해 꽃 배달 서비스 강화를 통한 꽃 시장 마케팅 활성화와 경쟁력을 통해 시장에서의 입지 강화를 기대해 볼 수 있다.

지난 3월 25일 제5회 한국로지스틱스 대상 수상식에서 건설교통부 물류혁신본부는 국가 물류혁신에 기여한 공을 인정 받아 대상을 수상했다. 건설교통부 물류혁신본부(본부장 이성권)는 지난해 9월 발족 이후 건교부가 주로 담당해온 물류인프라의 확충 등 하드웨어적인 시책뿐 아니라, 물류산업 육성, 물류인력 양성 등 소프트웨어적인 시책을 집중적으로 추진, 국제 · 국내 물류, 민 · 관 · 학 분야를 포괄하는 물류 경쟁력 향상을 위한 종합적 지원업무를 수행하고 있다. 특히 물류혁신본부는 물류기업 경쟁력 향상과 제3자 물류 활성화 대책의 일환으로 종합물류기업인증제를 도입, 본격적인 시행에 들어갔으며 현재 부처별로 분산되어 있는 물류정책을 통합조정하기 위하여 물류정책기본법, 물류시설법 제정을 추진 중에 있다. 물류혁신본부의 수장인 이성권 물류혁신본부장은 지난 4월 7일 대한상공회의소가 주최한 조찬간담회에 연사로 참석하여 '물류 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정부 정책방향'이라는 주제로 발표하였다. 이에 그 내용을 요약 게재한다.

우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this research is to bring supportive ways to reinforce the market competitiveness of fusion industry based on the rapidly arising fusion industries considering system improvement and fusion R&D support. The research has proceeded in the order of setup for competitiveness reinforcing way of fusion industry and deduction for competitiveness reinforcing way based on directivity. It classified the fusion industry into introduction, diffusion and development by time, and suggested expert fusion R&D, open type fusion R&D, customized fusion R&D, system improvement of market entrance and supportive way for public purchase as the supportive way. It's purpose is to lead the entrance into the new fusion market, stabilize to settle into the market and create high value products by resolving difficulties for the market entrance of the new fusion products & service, reinforcing the fusion capability and securing the competitive advantage.
