The goal of the company and profit maximization can be achieved by creating revenue or reducing costs. What can be done by the effort of the firm itself is possible through cost-reduction rather than through revenue-creation. Under this economic situation, one of the best way for cost-reduction is to reduce cost of logistics. But logistics costs of a firm is continually increased because of the various customer-satisfaction, competition. This study considers that logistics cost management system be able to apply business practice through to used only a merit of CVP(Cost - Volume Profit) analysis method for effective decision making. To conclude, this study depicts that logistics cost management according to used a merit of CVP analysis method can provide information useful for making strategy of logistics. In short, It is reduce to more costs of logistics investment than are necessary. and, I will expect a man who charge logistics to improvement, adaptation, and application.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the trends of technological development in the field of portable multimedia player (PMP) through patent information of major countries, and evaluate the technological Position of PMP. In the first place, we will carry out a quantitative analysis in terms of the annual trend of patent applications in the field of PMP, the technological position of PMP through portfolio analysis, the share of patents by applicant, the worldwide innovation leader of major countries, and the patent trend by IPC. Secondly, we will measure the technological level of PMP using indicators including cites per patent (CPP), science linkage (SL), and patent family size (PFS). Finally, we will evaluate the directions of research or technology development and the technological competitiveness of major countries. This evaluation could give us some useful policy implications on the strategy of R&D in PMP.

A voluminous research on efficiency employs the DEA(Data Envelope Analysis) models. There are, however, only very few that have an interest in the factors influencing such efficiencies. We, furthermore, do not see any studies which analyze the long-term efficiency of the logistics providers using the panel cointegration techniques. The purpose of this paper, hence, is to evaluate the efficiency, analyse its determinants and show a long-term relationship between turnover and the other variables employing the SBM(Slack Based Measure) model, Tobit model, the panel procedure and the FMOLS(Fully Modified OLS). The panel data are composed of 9 individuals and 6 years. The panel cointegrating vectors show that the group coefficient of asset and employees is not only significant but has expected signs, while some of the individual coefficients are insignificant or/and exhibit wrong signs. The panel cointegrating vectors from fully modified OLS also indicate that the estimated coefficients of the panel analysis tend to be overvalued and the asset influences the turnover far greater than the employee does.

This paper studies the determinants of the pattern of penetration of US films. The global dominance of US films has been an important issue. There has been several factors that make US films competitive global film market. Market size, large investment and political hegemony have been regarded as important determinants. But the number of varieties has not been considered, although the variety is important in the pattern of differentiated products such as films. This study is purposed to analyze the export pattern of US films and to find factors that affects the pattern of trade in films. The export pattern of US films to the seven leading countries in production of films is analyzed. The US tends to export more to the country with smaller number of films produced domestically. This paper concludes that number of films is the important determinant of the pattern of trades in US films.

This study aims to establish an efficient future technology development strategy in the information and telecommunications industry by grasping related technology trends and fusion complexity through an analysis based on standard patents. Analyzing 1,983 patents related to the information and telecommunications industry identified the trends in major patent applicants and detailed technologies in the world. In addition, technology trends were investigated through keyword analysis to examine the degree of complexity in information and communications technology, confirming the direction of research in information technology. Electronic component and wireless communications fields have relatively few standard patents, but they are highly convergent with other industrial technologies. Computer information processes and communication and broadcasting technologies are highly related to each other, so they can be used as standard fusion technologies in standard patents. In addition, standardization activities in optical and image/sound devices are found to be high.

The archival content listed arbitrarily makes it difficult for users to efficiently access the records of major economic policies, especially given that they use it without understanding the required period and context. Using the text mining techniques in the 30-year economic policy direction from 1991 to 2021, this paper derives economic-related keywords and changes that the government mainly dealt with. It collects and preprocesses major economic policies' background, main content, and body text and conducts text frequency, term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), network, and time series analyses. Based on these analyses, the following words are recorded in order of frequency: "job(일자리)," "competitive(경쟁력)," and "restructuring(구조조정)." In addition, the relative ratio of "job (일자리)," "real estate(부동산)," and "corporation(기업)," by year was analyzed in terms of chronological order while presenting major keywords mentioned by each government. Based on the results, this study presents implications for developing and broadening the area of archival information services related to economic policies.

수입개방화의 가속화 속에서 우리나라의 농산물이 가격경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 농산물 유통단계의 거품 제거에 대한 요구가 거세지고 있다. 이런 가운데 얼마 전 농수산물유통고사(aT)에서 발표한 '2007년 주요 농산물 유통실태 조사 결과 분석' 보고서에 따르면 우리나라의 농산물 유통구조가 얼마냐 심각한 문제를 갖고 있는지 나타내고 있어 이번 호에서는 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 농축산물 유통구조의 문제점에 대해 다루어보려 한다.
