This study developed a model to evaluate the quality management system of a medical device manufacturing company, and applied it to medical device manufacturers to understand the impact on business performance in response to international regulations and industry's change. This study prepared preliminary items, defined four (4) major factors (Plan-Do-Check-Act) that consist of the evaluation layers and items per category according to prior research review and expert interview, and calculated the weight and importance using AHP. The study results showed that responsibility & authority and quality objective in Planning Category, product-related requirement and R&D in Doing Category, Measuring and monitoring in Check Category, and review of meeting Regulatory and regulation in Action Category are relatively more important factors. The evaluation model developed based on the calculated weight and importance to business performance was applied to medical device manufacturers to investigate and analyze the implementation level of QMS and its impact on business performance according to each category. Most medical device manufacturers to be studied showed a reasonable level of QMS and effective business performance. Almost all the evaluation layers and items in the four (4) factors had a significant influence on business performance. Although the medical device quality management system is aimed mainly at license acquisition, it is important that management environment factors not related directly to licensing and authorization are important to business performance, and it is effective when these factors are integrated and operated within and outside the manufacturer.

오늘날 인간-컴퓨터 시스템에서 상호작용 하는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어의 사용성에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 소프트웨어 인간공학 분야에서 이전 연구들은 소프트웨어 사용자 인터페이스들에 대한 사용성 평가의 중요성을 지적하고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발자들, 인터페이스 설계자들 또는 인간공학자들은 개발되는 시스템들이나 인터페이스 디자인들을 평가하는 일에 종종 직면하게 된다. 본 연구는 사용성 기준들과 척도들을 이용하여 사용자 인터페이스 디자인들의 평가를 위한 구조화 모형을 제시한다. 제시된 모형은 선별 단계와 평가 단계로 이루어진 두단계 모형이다. 첫 번째 단계는 정성적인 기준들을 가지고 전문가들의 판단에 근거한 접근방법으로 가능한 인터페이스 대안들을 추려내어 합리적인 부분집합으로 줄이기 위한 단계이다. 두 번째 단계는 정량적인 기준들을 가지고 실 사용자에 근거한 접근 방법으로 객관적인 척도들을 가지고 첫 단계에서 제시된 대안들의 부분집합을 평가하는 것이다. 제안된 방법이 정보분석을 위한 데이터 베이스 시스템의 인터페이스 설계에 적용되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 모형은 실제 평가자들에게 사용성 기준들과 척도들에 근거해서 최선의 인터페이스를 선정할 수 있는 구조화된 접근방법을 제시한다.

This study is to suggest some improvement directions of the criteria for the management evaluation in order to contribute to the achievement of lasting value of the continuous development and publicity in regard to the public library means-efficiency. To this end, This study analyzed the means-efficiency evaluation criteria via theoretical review on business analysis of private enterprise and the analysis framework based on it. The improvement of evaluation criteria in regard to efficiency for the continuous development of public library are as follows. 1) Regardless of domestic and foreign, an efficiency index in the performance evaluation index of public library is absolutely insufficient. The sufficient indexes measuring efficiency which is appropriate for the concept of performance should be developed. 2) A flow data representing input and performance in certain time period is insufficient. Therefore, evaluation index consisted of flow data should be more developed. 3) Long term stock data is excluded in the term cost as it is the cost used for the long term such as fixed assets. However, it is useful as input data, which is realized through the perfect accounting.

기존의 일관성 개념은 임의적인 평가를 가정하고 있으며, 실제 AHP procedure에 반영되는 개념의 기준이 아닌 RI를 통해서 정의 내리고 있다. 수식적인 관점에서도, 경험적인 상대 비율을 통해 CR이 계산되어지고 있으며, 타당한 평가행렬이 Discard될 수도 있다. 이상적인 평가기준을 제시하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기존 AHP 절차에 있어서 일관성 기준의 개념 및 적용과 9점 척도의 한계성에 의한 문제점을 제시하고 이 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 새로운 쌍대 행렬 평가기준을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 말콤볼드리지 의료서비스 분야 평가기준을 기반으로한 한국형 의료서비스 분야 국가품질상 평가도구의 타당성을 검증 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상(The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략계획, 환자 ${\cdot}$ 고객 ${\cdot}$ 시장 중시, 측정 ${\cdot}$ 분석 ${\cdot}$ 지식관리, 인적자원 중시, 프로세스 관리, 사업성과의 7 개 항목과 21 개의 세부항목을 토대로 국내 산업에 맞는 측정항목을 개발하였고, 이러한 평가항목들을 이용해 한국 의료서비스 기업들이 국가품질상에 대한 자체평가를 위해 활용할 수 있는 한국형 경영품질지수를 개발하고, 실제로 한국의 병원들의 사례를 통해 한국 의료서비스 산업 품질경영상태를 파악하고자 한다.

본 연구는 경영품질의 일반적인 평가 기준인 리더십, 전략기획, 고객과 시장중시, 정보와 분석, 인적자원중시, 프로세스관리, 사업 성과들에 대한 국내 기업의 사례에 대한 연구이다. 국내의 대기업 및 중소기업들 중에서 임의로 선정한 78개 회사에 대하여 평가를 실시하고, 도출된 결과 데이터들을 크기 별로 A, B, C 3개의 그룹으로 구분하여 기업의 순이익과 한국생산성본부에서 주관하는 생산성대상의 경영생산성대상 심사기준에 근거하여 부여한 경영생산성 점수와의 상호 연관 관계 및 기업의 일반적인 성향을 분석하여 한국 기업들의 특성을 고찰한다.

U.S. Congress established the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) program in 1987 to recognize U.S. organizations for their achievements in quality and business performance and to raise awareness about the importance of quality and performance excellence as a competitive edge. The Baldrige Award was envisioned as a standard of excellence that would help U.S. organizations achieve world-class quality. Recently the U.S, Congress approved legislation that made education and health care organizations eligible to participate in the Award Program. These criteria are applied to evaluate two academic departments (Computer Science & Industrial Systems and Electrical Engineering) at Yonsei University. It was an informal evaluation performed by the undergraduate students who took quality Engineering course. Evaluated total scores turn out to be 522.5 and 548.5 for both, respectively. According to the MBNQA diagnosis, this level of score represents that there are some areas or work units which need to be improved. We hightlight them so that they can be used as feedback information.

최근 재사용성에 근간을 둔 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어(Component-Based Software : CBS) 기술의 실현에 따라 이와 관련된 유지보수 의사결정의 내용도 변화하여 새로운 연구 과제로 등장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 유지보수와 관련된 의사결정의 이론적 근거를 탐색하고 컴포넌트 평가 및 선택을 위한 모형 개발을 목적으로 한다. 모형 설계에는 평가 기준의 체계를 수립하고 적절한 평가 기법의 선택 및 적용이 포함된다. 평가 기준 구성을 위하여 CBS 유지보수의 특성을 고려한 다차원적 접근법에 의한 계층적 체계화를 시도하였으며, 일부 상호 종속적 관계를 나타내는 요소들에 대하여는 네트워크 관계를 나타내는 모듈로 포함시켰다. 체계화된 평가 기준에 따른 의사결정 대안의 평가 기법으로 주관적 판단의 계량화에 적절하다고 판단되는 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법 및 네트워크분석과정(Analytic Network Process) 기법을 선정하고 적절한 예를 들어 모형 적용의 이해를 돕고자 하였다.

본 연구는 승마용 안전모의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 안전기준을 정립하기 위한 연구이다. 국내 외 레저 스포츠 안전모 관련 안전기준을 비교 분석하여 도출한 주요 시험평가방법을 현재 국내에 유통 중인 중저가 승마용 안전모를 대상으로 성능시험을 하였다. 충격흡수성 시험 시 1축과 3축 가속도 센서를 이용한 시험방법에 대해서 성능평가 데이터를 통해 1축 가속도 센서를 이용한 충격흡수성 시험으로 선정하였다. 유지시스템의 강도시험에서 헤드 폼 서포트 방식과 후크 서포트 방식으로 구분되던 것을 시료에 손상 없이 시험 가능한 헤드 폼 서포트 방식으로 결정하였다. 이와 같이 승마용 안전모의 안전기준을 정립하여 제품의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하고 나아가 "품질경영 및 공산품 안전 관리법"에 규정함으로써 자국민의 안전을 확보하고 중국산 저가 제품에 대한 시장진입장벽을 구축하여 경쟁력 있는 안전모 시장을 구축하기를 기대한다.

As the emerged importance and awareness for information security, It is being implemented by each industrial sector to protect information assets. In this paper, we analyze the information security checklists or security ratings criteria to derive similarity and difference in context which used to knowledge network analysis method. The analyzed results of all checklists (ISMS, PIMS, 'FSS', 'FISS', 'G') are as follows : First, It is common factors that the protection of information systems and information assets, incident response, operations management. Second, It deals with relatively important factors that IT management, the adequacy of audit activities in the financial IT sector including common factors. Third, the criteria of ISMS contains the majority of the contents among PIMS, 'FSS', 'FISS'and 'G'.
