본 연구에서는 국내 선행연구와 외식사업 창업 성공사례 들을 통해 외식업 창업성공 요인들을 도출하고, 각 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 원주지역의 일반음식점(한식업)을 중심으로 소상공인시장진흥공단의 상권정보시스템에서 분류한 주요상권중 4곳을 선정하여 실증적 연구를 수행할 계획이다. 외식업창업 성공요인은 창업자의 특성요인과 점포의 입지 및 특성이 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 지 확인하고, 상권정보시스템의 입지정보가 통계적으로 유의한 지 확인한다. 또한, 세부 성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 고객특성 등 상황에 따라 차이가 있는 지도 확인해 본다. 본 연구는 외식업 창업을 준비하는 예비창업자들에게 성공을 위한 지침을 제공하고 창업 전에 반드시 준비해야할 요소를 점검하여 실패를 줄이는데 기여하고, 소상공인시장진흥공단이 제공하는 상권정보시스템을 적극 활용하기를 기대한다.

오늘날과 같이 점점 더 치열해지는 무한 경쟁 환경에서 브랜드자산은 동원참치와 같이 시장을 개척하고 현재 시장을 선도하고 있는 기업에게 무엇보다 중요하게 관리되어야 할 대상이다. 해마다 수많은 유사 제품들이 시장에 쏟아져 나오는 상황에서 브랜드자산을 소홀히 관리하는 기업은 소비자와 투자자의 관심에서 멀어지게 되고, 후발주자들에게 추월당해 시장에서 선두자리를 빼앗기게 되는 것은 순간이기 때문이다. 1982년 대한민국에서 '참치캔'이라는 새로운 제품을 출시하는 것에서부터 3차에 걸친 경쟁업체와의 치열한 경쟁에서 시장선도자의 위치를 확고히 고수한 동원참치의 사례에서도 알 수 있듯이, 효과적인 브랜드관리를 통한 시장차별화 전략은 시장선도자의 위치를 사수하는 데 있어 큰 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 사례연구에서는 동원참치가 신제품 출시부터 현재의 성숙기 시장에 이르기까지 자사의 브랜드를 어떻게 관리해 왔으며, 이와 연관해 어떠한 차별화전략을 구사하여 변함없이 시장선도자의 위치를 고수하게 되었는지를 살펴본다. 동원참치의 효과적인 브랜드 관리를 통한 시장차별화 사례는 여타 기업들에게 브랜드관리에 대한 지침을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This paper defines the Safety Management System (SMS) based on the rail safety act and surveys the status of the English rail SMS and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) SMS and OHSAS18001 SMS. Through the analysis of the domestic rail operators' safety management regulations and the results of the universal rail safety audit, the status and problems of domestic rail operators' SMS are investigated and the improvement scheme are derived. First, to establish the continual improvement system for SMS, the instruction which describe the detailed continual improvement method for each steps of SMS including management review by CEO shall be established. Second, to settle the risk management based SMS, converting the rail operators mind and establishing the supply system of safety risk operating model and basic data for the risk analysis and safety evaluation and including the precise requirement for the risk management in the related instruction should be conducted.

In this study, the concepts and main ideas of the 'Management System for Records(MSR)' standards which is being prepared by ISO(TC46/SC11) are explained. And the implications and prospects of MSR standards are suggested for the development of records management practice in Korea. The MSR has the same frame with the ISO 9001(QA system) and its main procedures are consistent with ISO 15489. Its methodology of record management can help organizations to integrate their records management with their own management and system development strategies. The MSR can provide good solutions to improve the national archiving policy and to solve the current argument about the professionalism of record managers.

This study aimed to identify the effect of occupational calling, compliance with standard precautions and perceived threat for COVID-19 on the COVID-19 burnout of hospital nurses in the convergence society. The participants were 212 nurses; data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression. This study found that: hospital nurses showed higher score for perceived threat of COVID-19, higher scores for COVID-19 burnout. The main factors influencing COVID-19 burnout were perceived threat of COVID-19 (𝛽=.233), and working unit (𝛽=.154). They explained about 6.7% of the COVID-19 burnout. Therefore, systematic support and nursing education is needed to reduce the perceived threat of COVID-19 among nurses.

The importance of Knowledge Management (KM) can be easily recognized in many diverse aspects of the theory studies and in KM's efforts to help implement the government's policy to innovate corporation management. The core of KM is to improve the circulation of knowledge by generation, accumulation, sharing, utilization and acquisition by learning. The improvement of knowledge circulation would result in high quality and quantity of intellectual assets in corporations and make decision-making more efficient. This, too, is the operational philosophy of the special libraries. The primary objective of this study is to promote KM by presenting KM methodology and by explaining a theoretical background and cases, based on the existing special libraries. I cite an example of a case wherein merging intellectual assets and human resources activated the company culture. The reference service system, which is the core of the special library, was used in this merging.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, the pandemic has been prolonged. This study compares and analyzes the degree of social media usage, the information type of posts (infectious disease information, promote action, psychological communication), and the level of user engagement in conducting crisis communication by country. We conduct text analysis by collecting information on Facebook and YouTube posts from January 2020 to March 2021 of disease control and prevention agencies in Korea, US, UK, and EU. As a result, the use of social media in Korea and US is higher than of the UK and EU, and all four countries are using social media as a means to provide infectious disease information and to promote action. Although social media can be a means to reach the public psychologically, such as sympathy and respect, there are no posts of psychological communication type on social media in countries other than the US. User engagement with posts is highest in the promotion action type. This study can help define the importance and role of social media in establishing an infectious disease crisis communication strategy.

This study was conducted to confirm the relationship between perception of patient safety culture, critical thinking propensity, and practice of standard precaution among nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals. The research subjects were nurses from three small and medium-sized hospitals located in S City and C City who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. The final study subjects were 158 nurses. The data were collected from January 5, 2020 to March 31, 2020, and descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, regression analysis, and Sobel test of the collected data were performed using SPSS/WIN26.0 Program. As a result of the study, nurses' practice of standard precaution showed a significant positive correlation with perception of patient safety culture (r=.524, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition (r=.471, p<.001). Critical thinking propensity was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between perception of patient safety culture and practice of standard precaution. Based on the results of this study, repeated research can be conducted in the future, and can be used to develop and apply educational programs that can improve nurses' practice of standard precaution.

통합신뢰성(Denpendability)은 시스템이나 제품의 가용성 성능(availability performance)을 나타내는 종합적인 용어이고, 가용성 성능은 신뢰성, 보전성, 보전지원(maintenance support) 성능에 의해 영향을 받는다. 통합신뢰성관리는 IEC 60300-1［1］에 정의되어 있고, 통합신뢰성 프로그램 요소와 업무는 IEC 60300-2［2］에 규정되어 있다. 또한 IEC 60300-3-6［3］은 소프트웨어를 포함하는 시스템이나 제품의 통합신뢰성 프로그램에 관하여 설명하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 많은 소프트웨어 표준의 기본을 이루는 소프트웨어 수명주기 공정에 관하여 소프트웨어 통합신뢰성을 달성하기 위한 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

기업 내 정보시스템의 중요성과 이에 대한 의존성이 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템 부서가 제공하는 서비스에 대한 기대가 날로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 정보시스템 부서에 대한 연구들은 정보시스템 자체의 기능이나 운영에 대한 연구가 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 부서가 제공하는 서비스에 따라 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 그 결과로 정보시스템 부서의 전략적 운영에 대한 지침을 제시하고자 한다.
