컴퓨터가 보편화됨으로써 수산업의 정보화를 통한 과학적인 경영 기법의 도입이 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 이러한 정보화의 요구를 충족시키고자 어업인을 위한 전용 경영정보시스템을 개발하여 어업인의 어가 경영을 정형화, 전산화하여 어가 경영의 효율화를 꾀할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 Visual 환경에서 엑셀의 sheet처럼 이용할 수 있으며 운영체제에서 제공하는 브라우저를 사용하여 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 환경이라면 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 일상적인 자료들을 DB화하여 통계적인 데이터로 활용하도록 하며 인터넷을 통하여 유통정보, 조석정보, 기상예보, 어황현황 등 신속, 정확한 정보를 공유하여 지식경영체제를 구축한다. 어업 통계와 새로운 기술개발을 위한 자료로써 유용하게 사용 될 것이며, 전어업인들이 이용함으로써 어업 생산현장에 도움이 될 것이다.

This study was conducted to identify the difference in the level of confidence about venture creation between MIS students and those of other business major in the USA. For this study, data were collected from 70 business students including ANOVA, t-test and multiple regression were employed to analyze the collected data. The results of the study show that MIS students who have interdisciplinary knowledge including IT field and business field, have much higher level of confidence about venture creation. The results of this study suggest that MIS education be required to build an effective entrepreneurship education for business major students.

얼마나 빠른 환경의 변화에 잘 적응하느냐에 따라서 개인과 조직의 성패는 좌우된다. 이러한 환경의 변화에 잘 적응하기 위해서는 정보의 활용이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 농장경영체의 정보 활용도 향상을 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 설문과 인터뷰조사, 선행사례 조사 등을 실시하고 농장경영에 필요한 의사결정 단계별 정보를 도출하고 이를 제공하기 위한 데이터베이스와 모델 베이스를 제안하였다. 또한 구축된 정보를 잘 활용하는 정보 접근 방법을 병목정보 해결의 시각에서 정형검색과 비정형검색방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 가치사슬적 접근 방법은, 아직 농업분야에서는 보편적인 내용은 아니지만 여타 첨단정보산업과 서비스업에서는 경영체별로 구체화하여 비교적 유용하게 활용하고 있는 방법이다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 품목별로 의사결정 단계별 데이터베이스와 모델베이스가 구축되어 농장경영체가 잘 활용함으로서 불확실성 요인과 변동요인에 잘 대응하여 농업 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 국가 차원에서 구체적인 시스템적 접근이 필요하다고 본다.

This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

본 논문에서는 앞으로 예상되는 정보통신산업의 환경변화에 대응하여 국내 정보통신사업자가 지향하여야 할 경영전략 방향에 관하여 기술한다. 우선 사업자들의 경영 지향방향으로 초일류회사 지향, 자율경영 능력제고 및 건강한 기업문화 구축을 제시하였다. 다음으로 시장 및 서비스 측면에서의 경영방향을 제시하였고 기술 및 연구개발 측면에서의 대응방향을 제시하였다. 경영관리 측면으로는 조직 및 인력관리 방향, 재무관리 및 관리회계 부문에서의 지향 방향을 제시하였다.

This study aims to reveal the problems of the education of library management area in library and information science and to seek possible methods for solving the problems. It was revealed that the number of subjects of library management area was often changed by the influence of information science. It was also disclosed that the education of library management does not satisfy what the librarians' demand. The study provides the following suggestions for the better education of library management: first, the establishment of the standardization of library and information science curriculum which includes the provision of the number, title and contents of the subjects of library management and secondly, close cooperation with librarians when opening new subjects of library management area.

본 논문은 지식경영의 기술적 기반을 확보하고 숨어있던 지식을 명시화하여 공유하는 데 성과를 거두고 있는 지식경영 선도기업들이 지식경영 활동을 업무 성과와 직결시키기 위해 시도하고 있는 활동들에 주목한다. 지식경영이 업무와 별개로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 업무 프로세스와 통합되기 위해 필요한 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 우선 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 반영한 설문지를 바탕으로 지식경영 사용자들을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석 기법을 활용하여 각 요인들의 타당성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

기업경영을 공학적으로 추상하려는 노력은 정보시스템의 개발과정에서 자연 스럽게 시작되었다. 그러나, 정보시스템 구축을 주목적으로 한 공학적 추상 은 실제 업무와 커다란 격차를 가지게 마련이다. 불완전한 업무분석이 정보 시스템 유지보수 비용의 주범이라는 지적은 이러한 주장을 뒷받침하고 있다. 기업경영에 대한 공학적 추상을 도구가 아닌 당위론적인 목적으로 시도하려 는 것은 기업경영의 내부구조를 정립하려는 시도와 동일한 것으로 이해해야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 기업경영에 대한 공학적 추상을 위한 구체적인 방법론 을 제시하고 있다. 객체지향 패러다임이 추상의 방법론으로 적용되었다.

최근 기업들은 글로벌 경쟁과 국내외 경영환경의 빠른 변화로 인해 과거와 같은 경영방식과 생산수단으로써는 경쟁에서 이겨나가기가 어려워지고 있다. 이와 함께 정보와 지식의 효과적인 활용을 통한 기업 경쟁력을 향상하려는 지식경영에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식경영의 성공요인들을 계층분석과정(AHP)을 통해서 찾아내고 성공요인들간의 상대적인 중요도를 파악하여 지식경영을 도입하려는 기업들에게 성공적인 도입을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
