지식경영 발전 단계별 전략 모델 : Microsoft의 KM Landscape 모델을 중심으로

  • 오늘날의 정보화사회에서 지식의 가치와 중요성이 키게 부각되면서 국내의 기업들 뿐 아니라 정부조직에 이르기까지 지식경영의 도입이 가시화하고 있다. Microsoft사에서는 Knowledge Management Landscape 모델을 개발하여 지식경영을 구현하고자 하는 조직의 실제 지식경영 활동 현황 진단을 할 수 있는 잣대를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Microsoft사의 KM Landscape 모델을 소개하고 이에서 제시하는 지식경영 발전 단계별 전략 모델을 소개하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to seek ways for more efficient and successful Management strategy by examining the environmental changes and risk factors of child care centers, and preparing the measures for improvement, aiming at more effective operation of childcare facilities. This study analyzed through literature and case studies how the environment has changed in child care centers and which safety accidents and cases occur in those facilities, and searched the ways for Managemeut strategy to effectively operate those facilities.

  • 부동산업 경영이란 부동산을 경영대상으로 하는 중개, 개발, 투자, 컨설팅 등 제 부동산업을 계획적이고 능동적이며 지속적으로 운영하는 과정, 기술, 과학적 운영 등을 말하는 것으로, 부동산상품과 그 상품을 다루는 인간에 대한 경영을 의미한다. 본 논문은 국내 부동산 시장의 토양 위에 선진부동산시스템을 도입하여 경영체질을 개선하고 경쟁력을 강화하고자 노력하고 있는 ERA-Korea 사를 조사기업으로 선정하여, 우리나라 부동산 기업의 경영활동에 경영패러다임의 변화를 적응시키고, 경영품질을 높이기 위하여 과학적 경영혁신 기법인 6 시그마를 적용하여 본 사례이다. 우선적으로 국내 부동산업의 취약점을 제시하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 부동산업 경영의 변화방향을 모색하였다. 다음으로 부동산 경영의 과학화를 위한 전략방향을 상세히 다루고, 이의 실현을 위한 기회도출을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 사례연구를 통하여 국내 부동산 기업에 새로운 경영품질관리 모델을 제시하고 궁극적으로 부동산기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 부동산 경영의 과학화 방법이 제시되었으면 한다.

  • Since early 1990s, construction companies in Korea have tired to adopt knowledge management(KM) which has been emphasized by enterprises in advanced countries and academic researches to sustain competitive advantages. However, concentrations were onto applying KM without measuring current status level of knowledge management in their organizations. Therefore, competitive advantages can hardly meet their prior expectations, still less penetrating into the organizations. As a result, this research presents strategic model measuring organizational status of knowledge management originated by interviews and questionnaires on companies.

  • The Occupational health and safety is an important factor in the competitiveness of an enterprise. In this paper, activation strategies of OHSMS(Occupational health and safety management system) were systematically and quantitatively analyzed and suggested using SWOT/AHP(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threat/Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. In these results, activation strategies of this system can be suggested as followings ; Making worker safety-friendly image of enterprise, developing the quantitative indices related to management results in accreditation programs of OHSMS, constructing the relationship between OHSMS and product safety management, and developing the customized integrated accreditation system.

  • The objective of this paper is to examine the determinants of technology transfer for Small and Medium Enterprises. Based on IP-MARKET, KIPRIS, and Wintelips, we employ the logistic regression analysis using all data related with technology transfer in markets for intellectual property rights from 2008 through 2012. Our main results are as followings: (i)the more inventors the higher possibility; and (ii)the more claims and forwards the higher possibility of success in technology transfer in Small and Medium Enterprises.

A Study on design management of the design industry and 10 strategic industries in Busan Metropolitan City (부산광역시 10대전략산업과 디자인산업의 디자인경영에 관한 연구)

  • The current study investigated the position of future strategy analyzed from the perspective of design management in relation to 10 strategic industries implemented through 3 steps based on promising growth and advancement of Busan industries and evidence provided from a study on the development program of design industry in Busan. It elucidated the role of design industry as a key role from the perspective of design management in an age of creative revolution of futures values. It analyzed the associations between composition of future strategy and design industry in 10 strategic industries of Busan, and explained the relationships with the strategic industries. The perspective of design management involves that design as a ground of values is an industry of the future values, which performs a key strategic function and role, and a theoretical investigation examined the relationships between main functions of design management and business management. Chapter 3 organized items proposed in the design development program in Busan and examined goals and systems which become basic formation of establishment of design strategy in Busan and conditions for design industry in the associations with strategic industry. Chapter 4 described priorities of practicability by step through analyzing and grouping top 30 projects in Busan industry including meanings as key strategy, position relations, and policy priorities by analyzing elements of design management of strategic industry and describing and analyzing the concept of promoting Busan design. The theme of the present study is to change perception of design management as a key value and a condition to decide creativity industry into future industry and to evaluate vision of Busan design industry and meanings proposed as proceeding strategy. The early 21st century is an age when agrarian society has changed into industrial society is dominated by knowledge economy of the information revolution and one should prepare for the growth phase of creative innovation based on creative revolution of the 4th wave of creative society by design management which has become a center in 2000s on the whole. With the advent of creative paradigm and based on the function and role of the current creative economy age new innovation DNA of design management will be created. Design process has changed through information and knowledge-oriented trends of digital through convergence between industries from industrial design to convergence of industries, and it is expected that integrated design of value creation using information and technology will play a key role in Busan design industry development and top 10 strategic industries.
