산업디자인을 행하는 디자이너는 프리랜서이건 기업의 디자이너이건 간에 누군가를 위해 디자인을 하게 된다. 물론 디자이너 스스로 제품의 생산판매까지를 담당하는 경우는 드물기도 하지만 제외하고서. 기업의 디자이너는 경영자에게, 프리랜서라면 클라이언트에게 자신의 디자인을 프리젠테이션하게 되고 그것을 통해 자신의 디자인이 받아들여 지도록 경영자 혹은 클라이언트를 설득해야만 한다.(중략)

서울인쇄정보조합(이사장 조정석)은 지난 6월 12일부터 이틀간 강원도 설악한화콘도에서 '2009 경영자 세미나'를 개최했다. 이날 세미나에는 홍우동 대한인쇄문화협회 회장, 이충원 대한인쇄정보산업협동조합연합회 회장, 김진배 대한인쇄정보기술협회 회장 등 내빈과 400여명의 조합원이 참석해 성황을 이루었다. 한화콘도 별관 5층 크리스탈볼룸에서 열린 이번 세미나는 엄길청 경기대학교 교수(경제애널리스트), 김한권 울산대학교 교수(강릉아산병원 기획관리실장)를 초청해 "경제위기진단과 인쇄산업의 환경전망"이라는 주제와 "중년의 건강관리"라는 주제로 강연이 진행되었다. 조정석 이사장은 인사말을 통해 "우리 인쇄업계는 인쇄문화산업과 이에 관련된 분야에 대한 보다 다양하고 정확한 정보를 신속하게 받아들여 세계무대에 당당히 나설 수 있는 특성화된 기업으로의 변화가 절실하다"면서 "이제 경쟁력 없이는 더 이상 생존할 수 없다는 냉혹한 현실을 직시하고, 위기를 도약의 기회로 삼는 지혜를 발휘하자'고 역설했다. 다음은 엄길청 교수와 칠한권 교수의 강연 내용이다.

This study examines the effects of managerial ability on information asymmetry. We use analyst forecast errors as a proxy for information asymmetry, because analysts are referred to as efficient users using firm-level data. The sample consists of 2,246 non-banking firm-years listed in Korea Stock Exchange(KOSPI) during the period 2000 to 2013. We measure managerial ability using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) following Demerjian et al.(2012). Using those measures, we examines the effects of managerial ability on analysts' earnings forecast errors and analysts' earnings forecast bias. The results of this study are as follows. First, we find that managerial ability are positively associated with analysts' earnings forecast accuracy. Second, we show that the firms with higher managerial ability tend to have lower the optimistic errors in analysts' earnings forecasts. This study could be useful for outside stakeholders to understand the importance of managerial ability.

본 연구는 감독자의 정보제공과 판매원의 감독참가가 판매원의 역기능 행동에 영향을 미치는가를 관계마케팅 연구에서 발전된 개념인 신뢰도 개념을 도입하여 이론적으로 그리고 실증적으로 검토하여, 판매원의 감독자에 대한 신뢰도가 매개적 역할로 작용하고 있음을 탐색하였다. 즉, 정보제공과 감독참가는 판매원의 역기능 행동에 직접적으로 작용하여 부정적 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 감독자에 대한 신뢰수준을 매개로 역기능 행동에 부정적 영향을 미침을 탐색하였다.

산업안전보건 관계법령의 강화와 중대재해처벌법의 시행으로 기존의 안전보건기준의 준수 개념에서 안전보건관리체계 구축으로 대한민국의 안전보건 패러다임이 바뀌었지만 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 접근은 인증항목별 구축의 관점에서만 접근이 이루어지고 실질적으로 시스템을 운영하는 사람을 중심으로한 접근은 미약하여 안전보건경영시스템 인증항목을 세부지표로 개발하여 본사와 현장 조직구성원들에게 설문을 통한 성과측정으로 건설관리자들의 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 인식수준을 파악하고자 함.

We posit that employee ownership through defined contribution (DC) plans results in managerial entrenchment, and then examine the effect of the enactment of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 on the relation between the employee ownership and firm performance. By conducting Ordinary Least Square regression with the data from Form 5500 over the period of 1999-2014, we find that firms with large employee ownership increase their firm value measured by Tobin's Q after the adoption of the Act. These findings suggest that the adoption of the Act has been effective to mitigate the negative effect of managerial entrenchment by decreasing the employee ownership and reinforcing the fiduciary duty of plan trustees. Given the fact that we test the effects of the diversification rule on employee ownership using firm performance, further research could aim to examine the effects of the rule on employee ownership using stock return or market reaction.

The purpose of this study was to identify employees' perception of social and economic values that social enterprises pursue and to provide implications for the training of social enterprise workers. The main results are as follows. First, more than half of the social enterprise workers recognized that economic value and social value were equally important. In addition, the responsibilities of realizing corporate social values were somewhat higher than those of employees. The social value of the social enterprise should be pursued in preference to the value for the company and its members. However, efforts to set goals for the social value of social enterprises were lacking. Second, social enterprise workers generally had a high perception of economic value and recognized that the responsibility and effort of management was more important than the employees in order to realize economic value. Third, the higher the age of workers, the higher the importance of social value than economic value, emphasized the responsibility of the manager, and the less the work experience, the more important is the social value and the manager's responsibility. While commercial enterprise workers are highly aware of the importance of economic value, non-profit enterprise workers are highly aware of the importance of social value. In the future, it will be necessary to provide an educational support program that allows workers to recognize the social and economic value of social enterprises in a balanced manner. Efforts are needed to develop, monitor and monitor standardized measures for measuring the value of social enterprises.

최근 몇 년간 COVID19로 인한 팬데믹 상황과 전세계적으로 유례없는 인플레이션을 겪으면서 각종 산업 분야의 경기 불황으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 미용 산업 분야도 예외가 아니다. 그 중에서도 특히 피부미용 업종은 실물 경기의 영향에 민감하게 반응하는 서비스산업 분야다. 고객을 직접 만나야만 이루어지는 피부미용업은 COVID19가 가져온 비대면 사회화 과정에 대책없이 충격을 받은 산업 분야라고 볼 수 있다. 불황 속에서도 산업이 성장하려면 지속적인 성장 강화 교육과 제도적 차원이 지원이 필요하다. 피부미용업 분야로 진출하는 여성의 대부분 생계를 위한 목적을 가지고 있지만 실제로 성공한 사례들은 보면 내재된 기업가 정신들을 함유하고 있을 것으로 보고 이에 대한 분석과 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업 성과를 높이고 지속할 수 있는지 알아보고 부족하다면 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 피부미용업 창업자에게 기업가 정신이 미치는 영향을 파악해보고 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 되는지 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상의 피부미용업에 종사하는 창업자들로 기업가정신이 기업가정신이 긍정심리자본을 조절변수로 두었을 때 창업 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고 이를 통한 피부미용업의 창업자들에게 창업과 성장을 위해서 필요한 교육이나 준비사항을 제안하고자 한다.
