The ROK's military is attempting to change to advanced information science force through 'the Defense Reform 2020', which essentially creates the requirements of new military force. Therefore, the importance of defense industry and defense budget have been emphasized in order to successfully promote military build-up. However, the ROK defence industry has been going serious difficulties in the present day, and what is worse, unreliable rationality stability of Defense Capability Improvement Cost put the industry in the harder situation. In this circumstances, the improvement measures of the rationality stability of Defense Capability Improvement Cost should be immediately studied to satisfy the requirements of ROK military force in a suitable time and the development of ROK defense industry. The purpose of this study was to propose reinforcement measures to improve the arrangement system of yearly allocation for Mid-term Defense Plan of defense capability improvement programs and connect Mid-term Defense Plan to National Fiscal Management Plan to raise the rationality stability of ROK Defense Capability Improvement Cost.

경제가 고도로 성장하던 단계에서는 기업은 사업규모도 크지 않고, 경쟁환경도 치열하지 않았을 뿐 아니라 내·외부적인 환경도 안정적이기 때문에 양적 확대에만 집중하더라도 그것이 기업가치를 크게 하는 역할을 할 수 있었다. 그러나 내·외부적인 무수한 환경변화와 경쟁격화로 인하여 수익성의 악화가 반복되는 현실에서는 종전과 같은 경영사고나 전략으로는 새로운 환경에서 살아남을 수 없을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기업들의 환경변화에 따른 대처능력과 의사결정을 원활히 하기 위해 기존의 단순 수치의 변환에 의해서 결과를 도출하는 회계 시뮬레이션에서 벗어나 회귀분석과 신뢰구간을 사용하여 기업의 의사결정에 있어서 보다 기업의 현실에 근접한 데이터를 추출하여 의사결정의 원활화를 도모하고자 하였으며 최종 시뮬레이션 결과를 EVA 에 둠으로써 기업의 수익성, 자본효율도 등의 기업가치를 여러 방면으로 추정할 수 있도록 하였다.

한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소는 울산 경남지역 최초의 화력발전소로 1970~80년대 산업발전 중흥기부터 지금까지 산업분야에 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위해 만전을 기해오고 있다. 또한 발전소건설 이후 체계적인 안전관리 활동을 통해 무재해 사업장으로서의 면모를 다져나가고 있는 것은 물론 안전선진문화를 선도하는 사업장으로서의 입지도 착실히 구축해 오고 있다. 영남화력발전소의 슬로건은 "창의와 역동적인 사업소 구현"이다. 그리고 다음과 같은 분야별 기본방침을 설정하여 모든 업무의 최우선에 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 안전분야로서 '인간존중, 인명중시, 3무(무재해, 무사고, 무상해) 달성', 둘째, 품질분야로서 '설비안전성 및 수익성 제고, 국제표준에 부합하는 물질 경영체제 구축', 셋째 환경분야로서 '환경경영 선진화로 녹색성장 추구 선도적 환경관리로 기업이미지 제고' 등이 그것이다. 인간존중의 이념을 최우선으로 내세우고 있다는 것을 볼 때 이곳이 안전경영을 얼마나 중시하고 있는지 쉽게 짐작해볼 수 있다. 화력발전소로서 규모가 크지는 않지만 구성원 모두가 가족적인 분위기 속에서 신명나는 직장분위기를 조성하려 노력한다는 한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소를 찾아가 봤다.

본 연구는 관세행정 환경의 급격한 변화로 관세행정 기능의 사명별 중요도가 변화되고 행정방향도 주변분야까지 확대되었다. 이에 위험관리의 패러다임도 업무별 개인 차원의 적발과 단기성과 위주에서 지능적이고 정부 차원의 장기성과 위주로의 변화가 요청된다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 첫째로 관세행정의 위험관리에서의 변수간의 통계적 상관관계는 높게 나타났다. 둘째로 계획, 점검, 개선 단계의 변수만이 위험관리 성과인 만족도에 영향을 미치고, 집행단계는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로 각 단계에서 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 계획단계는 안정성과 민주성 및 투명성이, 점검단계에서는 신속성과 정확성 및 합법성이, 개선단계에서는 혁신성과 교육성 및 홍보성이 위험관리 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 관세행정에서 통합전략적 위험관리를 위해 첫째로 취약성은 최소화하고 강점을 강화키는 사전예방적 기능이 확보되어야 한다. 둘째로 위협사건 최소화와 적출기능이 확보되어야 한다. 셋째로 발생손실의 복구와 교정기능이 확보되어 고객을 감동시켜야 한다. 넷째, 변화에 대응하여 지속적으로 성장할 수 있는 기능이 확보되어야 한다.

This study is a descriptive survey study using a self-reported survey method to find out the job value and intention of career choice of college students in the medical management field. This study was conducted on university students in medical management at three four-year universities located in Busan Metropolitan City. A total of 139 effective questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. As a result of the analysis, social dedication and stability were significantly displayed in the selection of jobs for hospital administration and administrative positions, and social dedication and stability were significantly displayed in the selection of jobs as medical recorders. In choosing a career as an international medical tourism coordinator, the focus on human relations, maintaining face, and pursuing stability have been significant. Only social commitment was significantly shown in the choice of occupation as a health educator. A comparison of job values according to general characteristics showed that there was a difference in the pursuit of knowledge and social commitment. In the case of grades, there was a difference in social dedication and stability. There was no significant difference in the case of religious or non-religious matters. In the case of economic level, only economic priorities differed. Through this study, we would like to present basic data so that college students in medical management who prepare to take the first step into a professional medical management society can recognize the need for recognition of job value and move in a better direction in choosing a job.

코스닥 등록 업체들의 매출구모와 경영안정성은 비례할까. 모든 코스닥기업들에게 적용될 순 없지만 적어도 코스닥 DC기업들에게 만큼은 해당되는 얘기이다. 올 상반기 코스닥에 등록된 DC업체들의 실적을 분석한 결과, 매출 규모가 큰 업체일수록 순이익, 영업이익 등의 재무지표도 대체로 좋았다. 이는 한편으로 '알짜배기' 소형기업, 즉 강소기업(强小企業)이 상대적으로 줄어들고 있다는 것을 의미한다는 점에서 DC산업의 건전한 생태계 육성을 위해 풀어야 할 과제가 되고있다.

This study is focused on finding out how Mers affects tourism industry. To achieve the study purpose we analyzed the differences of management performance of hotels, travel agencies and airlines before and after Mers occurrence. As the result of analysis, there were significant differences in the variables of profit margin ratio before income taxes and operating profit ratio as a profit index before and after Mers occurrence in the hotel firms. And in case of travel agencies, there were significant differences in the variables of debt to equity ratio and borrowings dependence ratio as a stability index before and after Mers occurrence. Lastly there were significant differences in the variables of operating profit ratio as a profit index and total assets turnover ratio as an activity index before and after Mers occurrence in the airlines. Therefore the managers should find an way to reduce the negative image of plague through the effective marketing strategy.

퇴직연금에서 DB(defined benefit, 확정급여형) 플랜 가입자는 은퇴 이후의 급여가 확정되는 반면, DC(defined contribution, 확정기여형) 플랜 가입자는 납입금액만 확정될 뿐미래의 급여는 보장되지 않는다. 따라서 DC 플랜 가입자는 가입기간 동안 적절한 투자전략을 통하여 연금자산이 최대로 성장할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 그러나 자산가격은 시장 위험에 노출되어 있기 때문에 자산배분은 퇴직시점에 접근할수록 안전자산 위주로 전환되어야 한다. 라이프사이클 자산배분모형과 라이프사이클포트폴리오는 최신의 운용기법으로 그 유용성을 인정받고 있지만, 기계적이고 직관적인 방법으로 인하여 이론적인 근거에 취약성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DC 플랜 가입자의 안정적인 자산관리를 위한 라이프사이클을 고려한 자산배분모형을 제시하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션 최적화 방법을 활용한 자산배분의 경우, 채권의 비중은 주식의 누적수익률 열세와 변동성으로 인하여 비조건부 자산배분과 주식에 대한 최저 투자비중을 고려한 조건부 자산배분에서 우세하게 나타나고 있다. 그러나 두 자산배분모형의 성과는 장기적으로 차이를 보이다가 기간이 축소되면서 차이가 크게 줄어드는 것으로 분석되었다.

정부는 중소기업의 업무성과(업무처리의 신속성과 능력 향상, 정확한 자료관리, 고객 대응 능력 향상, 의사결정의 신속성)를 높이고자 하는 목표를 가지고 다양한 정보화사업을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 목적으로 2001년부터 산업자원부가 지원한 3만개 중소기업의 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템의 도입에 따른 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 1022개의 설문응답을 회수하였다. 설문의 업무성과 응답이 5점 서열척도임을 고려하여 이에 적합한 ordered probit 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 모든 종속변수들과 유의한 관련성을 가지는 독립 변수는 사용용이성, 시스템 안정성, 정보의 정확성, 그리고 정보의 다양성으로 나타났다.

투자 분배 시스템은 지속성, 수익성, 변동성, 하방경직성 등 각각의 지표를 찾아내는 데이터 분석을 조합한 시스템으로 MLP 신경망을 통한 시황을 예측으로 투자 경험이 부족한 일반 사용자에게 안정적인 투자 분배 전략을 제공한다. 투자분배 시스템 구현을 위하여 추가적으로 금융시장에 대한 회귀분석, 켈리 공식과 같은 도구를 활용하였다.
