전국 시 도회는 지난 해 개최된 총회를 통해 제9대 시 도회장을 새롭게 구성하고 각 지역에서 기계설비건설업계 및 협회 발전을 위해 활발한 활동을 벌이고 있다. 이에 본지는 전국 시 도회장으로부터 사업계획을 듣는 코너를 연재하고 있다. 이번 호에는 원정대 경북도회 회장[대림인슈테크 대표]으로부터 경북도회의 사업추진 현황과 향후 사업계획을 들었다. 본회와 함께 지방계약법 시행령 개정을 이끌어낸 원정대 회장은 경상북도 교육청으로부터 금액제한 없는 분리발주 실시 약속을 받아내는 한편 경상북도 신용보증재단과 MOU 체결 등 회원사의 실질적인 경영환경 개선을 위해 노력하고 있다.

This is a rare case of a 73-year-old male patient who presented with hematochezia and was treated using transcatheter arterial embolization following upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the third portion of the duodenum. The cause of the bleeding was not found on gastrointestinal endoscopy and CT. On the third day of hospitalization, the hemoglobin level continued to decrease. A technetium-99m-labeled red blood cell scan revealed suspicious bleeding in the diverticulum of the third portion of the duodenum. Superior mesenteric artery angiography showed active bleeding from the posteroinferior pancreaticoduodenal artery, which was embolized with N-butyl cyanoacrylate. The patient was discharged on the seventh day after embolization without re-bleeding or complication. We report a rare case of a patient with active bleeding from a duodenal diverticulum that was difficult to diagnose using routine modalities. 지진해일의 수리특성을 분석하기 위하여 유사한 파형특성을 가진 고립파를 많이 이용하고 있다. 그러나 고립파의 근사파형은 실제 지진해일에 비해 상당히 좁은 파형분포를 가지고 있다. 이에 수치모의에서는 기존의 고립파 근사식을 개량하여 고립파형의 지진해일을 수치적으로 생성하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지진해일의 파형분포에 따른 월파특성을 수치적으로 조사하기 위하여 개량된 고립파 근사식을 2차원 N-S solver에서 적용하였다. 이것에 기초하여 수치파동수조에 직립호안과 그 배후에는 월파수조를 설치하고, 지진해일 월파량을 측정하였다. 수치해석결과로부터 직립호안 주변의 공간파형과 마루 위의 유속분포로부터 파형분포에 따른 월파현상을 분석할 수 있었다. 또한 기존 고립파 근사이론 대비 개량된 고립파의 체적비에 따른 월파량 변화를 정량적으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 지진해일의 체적비가 증가할수록 월파량이 거의 선형적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다.

In this study, we performed a cross-combination test using offspring from two paternal and five maternal parent stock lines to produce a new synthetic breed of Korean native commercial chickens. The survival rate, body weight, feed intake, and feed efficiency were measured for 10 crosses, with 837 Hanhyup-3 chickens used as a control. Most chickens had brown-based feathers, and there was little difference in color phenotypes among combinations. The average survival rate of the combinations was 94.9%, which was significantly different from that of Hanhyup-3 at 75.3% (P<0.01). There was significant differences in body weight among the combinations at all weeks of age (P<0.01). At 10 weeks of age, the FHHY combination was the heaviest with 2,300 g, while the weight of Hanhyup-3 was 1,922 g. In addition, the weight difference between the male and female chickens was 458 g. As a result of regression analysis, the duration needed to reach 1.9 kg was about 61 days for the FHFY, FHHY, and HFFY combinations, and 70 days for Hanhyup-3, exhibiting a 9-day difference. The average feed conversion ratio of the combinations until 10 weeks was 2.42, which was significantly different from that of Hanhyup-3 at 2.97 (P<0.01). In conclusion, FHHY, FHFY, and HFFY were determined to be the best new breed combinations based on production capacity. When these combinations are used as new commercial breeds, they are expected to increase the average weight by 18% and improve feed efficiency by 19%, as compared to the existing Hanhyup-3 breed.
