광촉매와 초발수 처리를 이용한 셀프클리닝 섬유의 제조 및 평가 (Preparation and Evaluation of Self-cleaning Fabrics using Photocatalyst and Superhydrophobic Finishing)

  • This study reported the dual functional self-cleaning PET fabrics prepared from $TiO_2$ and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane treatment, which have photodegradation and superhydrophobicity on the fabric surface. Phodegradation and superhydrophobicity of the resulting fabric were compared with $TiO_2$ or silane treated fabrics. The dual functional self-cleaning PET fabric showed less photodegradation than the $TiO_2$ treated fabric. However, the dual functional self-cleaning fabrics showed superior superhydrophobicity to silane treated fabric with increased water contact angle and significantly decreased roll-off angle. This suggested that the dual functional PET fabric has a great potential to be the commercialized self-cleaning fabric because it is repellent to soil or dust and even if soil or dust is adsorbed on the fabric surface, it can be removed by water rolling off on the surface or photodegradation by the photocatalyst.

Bozola Flap을 이용한 설암 환자의 구강 재건술 (Bozola Flap for Oral Cavity Reconstruction in Patients with Tongue Cancer)

  • Background and Objectives The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the usefulness of a posterior-based buccinator myomucosal flap (the Bozola flap) for the reconstruction of oral cavity defects after tongue cancer resection. Subjects and Method Fifteen patients who underwent from 2014 to 2016 reconstruction of the oral cavity with a Bozola flap after surgical management of tongue cancer were enrolled in the study. Patient characteristics, surgical outcomes, and complications associated with the Bozola flap were evaluated. Results The flap was successfully harvested and transferred in all patients. The mean flap harvesting time was 25.3 min. The donor site was closed primarily in 14 patients, and a buccal fat pad flap was used in one patient. Although partial necrosis of the flap occurred in two patients, no other major complications were noted. Conclusion The results of this study demonstrate that the Bozola flap is a good option for reconstruction of moderate sized oral cavity defects in tongue cancer patients.

바인더 단량체 조성 변화에 따른 안료 잉크의 마찰견뢰도 연구 (Investigation on Rubbing Fastness of Pigment Ink with Polymer Binders having Various Comonomer Compositions)

  • To improve rubbing fastness of the printed fabrics, the binder polymers for Digital Textile Printing(DTP) pigment inks were synthesized with miniemulsion polymerization using various acrylic monomers, which are MMA(Methyl methacrylate), BA(Butyl acrylate), and Self-crosslinking monomers, such as NEA(N-Ethylol acrylamide) and MAA (Methacrylic acid). The acrylic monomer compositions were varied when synthesizing the binder polymers and their particle size distributions, average molecular weights, and Tgs were investigated. The prepared binder polymers were applied to prepare Cyan, Black, Yellow and Magenta pigment ink for DTP and the prepared inks were used to dye cotton fabrics. Then, color strength, and rubbing fastness were also investigated to study the effect of the comonomer compositions of the binder polymer on the color strength and rubbing fastness of the resulting pigment inks.

다중 드론 운용 시뮬레이션을 위한 순서 기반 동기화 기법 (Sequence based Synchronization for Multi Drone Operation Simulation)

  • 드론은 여러 센서를 사용할 수 있고 자율적으로 비행 가능하다는 이점 때문에 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있다. 그러나 단일 드론으로는 수행할 수 있는 작업이나 미션이 제한적이기 때문에 최근에는 다중 드론을 활용한 군집 비행 기술 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 드론은 테스트를 통해 동작 검증이 이루어지는데 테스트 비용이 크고 파손의 위험이 있기 때문에 시뮬레이션을 이용한 사전 검증이 먼저 이루어진다. 그런데 다중 드론을 이용한 군집 비행 시뮬레이션의 경우 드론들이 밀집해 있기 때문에 시뮬레이션 중 드론의 충돌사고가 발생할 수 있다. 동기화가 제대로 이루어지지 않은 시뮬레이션은 각 드론 소프트웨어의 정확한 동작을 보장할 수 없기 때문이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 순서 기반의 동기화 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 기존 동기화 기법과는 달리 순서 기반의 동기화로 시뮬레이션 오버헤드를 줄이며 다중 드론의 군집 비행 시뮬레이션에서 예상하지 못한 드론의 동작을 최소화 할 수 있다.

  • 매년 멧돼지, 고라니 등의 야생동물로 인한 농가의 피해가 증가하지만 현 시스템은 정부 측 포수들이 직접 야간에 총과 손전등을 이용해 동물들을 찾아다니며 포획하는 상황이다. 이는 시간적으로 매우 비효율적이며 피해 받는 즉시 즉각적인 조치가 불가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 야간에도 동물이나 사람을 인식 할 수 있는 열화상 카메라와 딥러닝을 사용한 적외선카메라를 이용해 야생동물을 탐지하고 쫓아내거나 빠르게 포획 할 수 있는 시스템에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

구아니딘화 폴리에틸렌이민이 처리된 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 군사용 화학 작용제 제독 특성 (Detoxification Properties of Guanidinylated Polyethyleneimine Treated Polypropylene Non-woven Fabric Against Chemical Warfare Agents)

  • This study aims to prepare the fabric with detoxification properties against chemical warfare agent by the simple treatment. For this purpose, polypropylene non-woven fabric(PP) was treated with polyethyleneimine(PEI) and guanidinylated PEI and detoxification properties of the guanidinylated PEI treated PP were evaluated using diisopropylfluorophosphate(DFP), as a chemical warfare agent simulant, and compared with the untreated and PEI treated PP. The half-lives of DFP on guanidinylated PEI treated PP and untreated PP were 334 min and 714 min, respectively. The half-life of DFP with guanidinylated PEI treated PP was 53.22% shorter than with untreated PP. This result shows that guanidine group in guanidinylated PEI treated PP was acted as a base catalyst for hydrolysis of DFP and decreased half-life of DFP. Therefore, it is expected that guanidinylated PEI treatment can be an simple pathway to prepare the detoxification fabric material for protective clothing against chemical warfare agents.

행정구역별 홍수위험전망을 위한 낙동강권역 확률강우량 분석 (An Analysis of probable precipitation amount in Nakdong River Area for Predicting Flood Risk by Administrative Region)

  • 최근 기후변화로 인한 강우 패턴이 변화하고 있으며 강도가 큰 강우의 발생빈도가 높아짐에 따라 홍수의 위험성이 증가하고 있다. 또한, 강우발생의 공간적 이질성이 더욱 증가하는 실정이며, 지역적 강우특성은 각 유역의 지형적 특성과 맞물려 홍수특성을 나타낸다. 이러한 상황은 보다 상세한 지역적 특성을 반영하여 홍수를 대처하는 방어 체계가 요구되며, 행정구역간 강우의 특성을 분석하여 할 필요가 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 낙동강권역에 강우의 지역적 특성을 파악하기 위해, 행정구역별 강우에 대한 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 과거 기상청의 홍수 예 경보 기준을 분석하였으며, 낙동강권역에 해당되는 70개 행정구역(시,군,구)에 해당되는 기상청 및 국토교통부의 강우관측소의 데이터를 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 같은 빈도에서 행정구역별로 강우의 크기가 상당히 달랐으며 특정시기에 발효된 호우특보와 해당 행정구역에 100년 빈도의 강우크기에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 행정구역별 홍수위험전망 매트릭스를 구축하는데 있어 행정구역별 홍수 위험의 크기를 결정하는데 본 연구 결과가 적용될 수 있다고 판단된다. 또한, 국가 홍수 재해 연구를 진행할 때 유역단위 및 행정구역별 홍수 방어방안을 활용함으로써 관련 연구들의 연구방안에 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Potassium-Titanyl-Phosphate 레이저를 이용하여 제거한 기관 육아종 1예 (A Case of Tracheal Granuloma Removal using Potassium-Titanyl-Phosphate Laser)

  • Tracheal granuloma, the most commonly reported sequela of pediatric tracheotomy. A variety of techniques are available for the management of tracheal granuloma. Potassium-titanyl-phosphate (KTP) laser has been previously established as an acceptable technique for removal of laryngeal surgery, which emits a green light with a wave length of 532 nm, which is well-absorbed by hemoglobin and can coagulate and vaporize tissue. The ability to deliver laser energy through a flexible glass fiber makes the technique convenient for use with a rigid bronchoscope, overcoming problems with intraluminal access encountered with earlier attempts at CO2 laser therapy for this problem. Another advantage of KTP laser is the avoidance of the risks and morbidity associated with an open procedure. We report our surgical technique KTP laser in the management of tracheal granuloma removal into the tracheostomy site. KTP laser is good tool for management of tracheal granuloma with low incidence of complications.

손상입은 철근콘크리트 보의 포스트텐셔닝 강봉을 이용한 전단 보강 (Shear Strengthening by Externally Post-tensioning Steel Rods in Damaged Reinforced Concrete (RC) Beams)

  • This experimental investigation was conducted to observe the shear strengthening behavior of pre-damaged reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with externally post-tensioning steel rods. A total of six simply supported beams - two control beams and four post-tensioned beams using external steel rods - were tested to failure in shear. The external steel rods of 18 mm or 28 mm diameter were respectively employed as post-tensioning material. The four post-tensioned beams have a V-shaped profile with a deviator (or saddle pin) located at mid-span, and the post-tensioning system increased the low load-carrying capacity and overcame a little bit of deflection caused by damage. Concretely, the load-carrying capacity and flexural stiffness were respectively increased by about 25~57% and 263~387% due to the post-tensioning when compared with the unstrengthened control beams.

원형개구부가 있는 강판 전단벽 시스템을 적용한 학교 건축물의 내진성능평가 (Seismic Performance Evaluation of School Building Reinforced by Circular-Opening Steel Shear Wall System)

  • After the Gyeongju earthquake, school buildings were designated as earthquake shelters. However, the ratio of designed for seismic of domestic school buildings is only 23.2% in Korea, and it is necessary to secure the seismic safety of those. Therefore, in this paper, a target building was selected before the seismic design criteria was established and the seismic performance of the building was evaluated. After the evaluation, reinforcement of the building was carried out using seismic retrofit systems which was previously tested. For this purpose, the evaluation was carried out using OpenSees program and the reliability of the seismic retrofit systems was also verified. In this way, we can more precisely reproduce the response of the building in case of actual earthquake and predict damage of the earthquake in the future.
