국내 상위 10개 업체가 국내 장류시장의 70% 이상을 차지하고 있으나 최근 들어 귀농인구의 증가로 소규모 농가형 장류 생산업체가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 전통식품인증마크 획득 등으로 전통장류 생산업체들은 지역 특산품으로 생산하여 공장형 장류와 차별화를 하고 있다. 이러한 취지에서 경북발효식품산학연협력사업단은 가내 수공업 형태로 군 단위의 지역에 산재해 있는 발효식품 업체를 클러스터 형태로 집적화하고 지역 원료의 활용을 극대화 방향으로 추진하여 전략적 발효산업으로 육성 발전시키며, 발효식품 전문제조업체를 발굴 육성하여 지역 업체의 매출 증대 및 수출 증대에 기여하고자 염미강화 및 보완소재 개발로 고부가가치 저염제품으로 발효식품에의 상용화 기반을 구축하고 있다. 경북지역 재래된장 및 개량된장 업체의 지원을 통해 저염된장을 출시함으로써 연구에 취약한 소규모 전통장류 업체의 매출 증대에 기여하고 정부시책에 발맞추어 국민의 나트륨 섭취를 줄이는데 도움이 되는 고부가가치 저염 발효가공품으로 경쟁력을 강화하고자 노력하고 있다. 앞으로 장류시장의 세계화를 이루기 위해서는 저염 상태에서 발현될 수 있는 이종 미생물 독소, 식중독균 등 오염원균으로부터의 안전성 확보 기술을 가져야 할 것이다.

In most countries, public libraries play a role as a knowledge and information hub for local communities, a complex cultural space, and a third place for meetings and communication. Among the work of public libraries for this purpose, the key point is systematic collection development, and the established collection is essential for all knowledge and information services. In particular, local representative libraries must perform legal duties as a comprehensive knowledge information center for metropolitan governments, and develop, preserve, and service specialized collections that are difficult for other public libraries. Therefore, we analyzed the development cases of specialized collections of public libraries in large cities in foreign countries and local representative libraries in Korea, surveyed the degree of awareness of specialized collections for employees of public libraries and the cultural to geography in Gyeongbuk region. Based on the background information, this study proposed the development plan and establishment strategy of the Gyeongbuk Library specialized collection, which was named "Gyeongbuk Knowledge and Cultural Heritage."

홍수로 인한 인명 및 재산의 피해는 자연재해 중 가장 많은 부분을 차지한다. 홍수의 심각성과 빈도가 증가함에 따라, 홍수 재해와 관련된 경제적 손실을 감소할 필요성에 대해 국제적인 우려가 늘어나고 있다. 홍수로 인해 야기되는 재해는 적절한 예방 대책을 통해 저감시킬 수 있는데 그 중 홍수위험지역을 예측하는 것은 홍수를 완화시킬 중요한 해결책이 될 수 있다. 따라서 미국과 유럽 등에서는 홍수위험지역을 예측하여 실시간으로 국민들에게 정보를 제공해주어 위험성을 미리 인식시키고 대비할 수 있도록 국가적인 지원을 하고 있다. 아직 국내에서는 홍수통제소 등의 국가기관에서 주요 국가하천에서의 홍수위만을 실시간으로 제공하고 있어 홍수위험지도의 제작 및 제공이 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 실시간 홍수위험지도를 제작하기 위한 연구는 지속되어 왔으나 범람구역의 설정 및 복잡한 수리해석 등의 어려움을 동반하여 적용을 위한 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 1차원 모형인 FLDWAV 모형을 이용하여 실시간 홍수위험지도 제작을 위한 기초 자료 제공으로 홍수위험지역을 선정해보았다. 국내 홍수예 경보시스템에서 사용하는 FLDWAV 모형을 이용하여 실시간으로 홍수위를 산정하여 홍수위험지역을 선정할 수 있었으며, 그 결과도 홍수흔적도와 상당히 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 빠르고 정확한 홍수위험지역 선정이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 정확한 수리계산이 필요한 지역이나 홍수보험의 가입이 필요한 지역의 선정 등에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Gyeongbuk province mushroom exports account for about half of the country, enoki and total exports in 2009, and 81%, increased to 14% in 2010 and 2010, the maximum exports (9,415 tons) and the maximum exports (14,840 grand)was recorded. King oyster mushroom to represent the Netherlands in Europe, exports were higher exports to China is negligible. In the case of China in 2001, 5 spots automated mushroom factory, production, but only 8,000 tons in 2011, 652 mushroom factory, production of 1,100,000 tons very quickly grew.

이 연구는 안동시 농촌지역 주민들을 대상으로 식생활 및 생활습관과 만성 질환 발생 양상을 조사하여 그 관련성을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 지역 주민을 대상으로 영양 교육을 하여 잘못된 식생활 개선을 도모하고자 수행된 사업 중 일부로, 고혈압 노인을 대상으로 영양교육자료를 개발하고 그 효과를 평가하기 위한 것이다. 실태조사는 농업을 생업으로 하는 경북지역 안동군 농촌지역 14개 지역의 50세 이상 장년 및 노년층 1,472명(전체인구의 약 6%에 해당)을 대상으로 만성질병과 식습관에 관하여 이루어졌으며, 그 결과 전체 대상자의 53.3%가 고혈압 환자로 다른 질병에 비해 이환율이 높았다.(중략)
