Relation Between Shrinkage and Humidity on Lightweight Concrete and Normal Concrete by Water-Cement Ratio (물-시멘트비에 따른 경량콘크리트 및 일반콘크리트의 수축과 습도와의 관계)

  • This study grasped the relationship between relative humidity in concrete and concrete shrinkage followed by pre-absorbed water of porous lightweight aggregates through measurements of concrete shrinkage and humidity and comparisons with established research results. It was showed that shrinkage reduction effect of lightweight concrete is 36% at 7 days early ages and 25% at 180 days long-term ages when water-binder ratio is 0.3. It also showed that shrinkage reduction effect is 19% at 7 days and 16% at 180 days when water-binder ratio is 0.4 and 37%, 32% when water-binder ratio is 0.5. The moisture supply effect of lightweight aggregates was remarkable at early age within 7~10 days irrespective of water-binder ratio. In case of waterbinder ratio is 0.3, the relationship between shrinkage and internal humidity of concrete has been underestimated regardless of applied existing model type and in case of water-binder ratio is 0.4, 0.5, measurement values are relatively similar with existing model equations. Finally this study did regression analyses about the relation among the humidity change and the shrinkage strain as a high-degree polynomial and derived parameters that can connect moisture movement analysis with differential shrinkage analysis in case of considering relative humidity at the time by moisture movement analysis of concrete.

Evaluation on Transverse Load Performance of Lightweight Composite Panels (경량 복합패널의 분포압 강도 성능 평가)

  • Over the last 10 years, the number of disasters has been increasing in Korea. As a result, the need for temporary residences or shelters for disaster conditions is increasing. In this study, post-disaster refugees housing was developed using lightweight composite panels that are lighter than the materials that make up the existing shelter. To accomplish this, the structural performance of the lightweight composite panel was validated. Among the performance tests on the panels, the transverse load test was conducted according to the ASTM E 72 criteria. As a result of the experiment, when each specimen was subjected to a uniformly distributed load, the allowable load was determined according to the span. All the experiments were ended due to a loss of adhesive at the junction of the skin and core. Further analysis was conducted to calculate the shear stress when the junction was dropped. The mean shear stress at the adhesive surface of a specimen, 150 mm and 200 mm in thickness, was 0.0170MPa and 0.0156MPa, respectively. This suggests that similar values were obtained from panels of equal thickness. In addition, this stress provides a criterion of judgment that could be used to inspect the structural performance of the panels. The performance of the panel was evaluated based on the allowable load, but it may be possible to increase the strength of the lightweight composite panel by improving the joining method to avoid separation from the junction.

An Experimental Study on the High Strength Lightweight Self-Compacting Concrete (고강도경량 자기충전콘크리트에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This paper was to evaluate the high strength lightweight self-compacting concrete(HLSCC) manufactured by Nan-Su, which main factor, Packing Factor(PF) for mixing design, has been modified and improved. We have examined HLSCC performance at its fresh condition as well as its mechanical properties at the hardened condition. The evaluation of HLSCC fluidity has been conducted per the standard of second class rating of JSCE, by three categories of flowability(slump-flow), segregation resistance ability(time required to reach 500mm of slump-flow and time required to flow through V-funnel) and filling ability(U-box test) of fresh concrete. The compressive strength of HLSSC at 28 days has come out to more than 30MPa in all mixes. The relationship between the compressive strength-splitting tensile strength and compressive strength-modulus of elasticity of HLSSC were similar those of typical lightweight concrete. Compressive strength and dry density of HLSCC at 28 days from the multiple regression analysis resulted as $f_c=-0.16LC-0.008LS+50.05(R=0.83)\;and\;f_d=-3.598LC-2.244LS+2,310(R=0.99)$, respectively.

  • 최근 인간과 유사한 휴머노이드에 대한 연구가 상당히 활발하고 그 영역이 계속해서 확대되고 있는 추세다. 휴머노이드에는 로봇의 몸체 뿐 아니라 머리 부분, 특히 시각 시스템이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 생리학적인 측면에서 인간의 눈과 목의 운동을 관찰하여 휴머노이드에 적용 가능한 능동 시각 시스템의 기구부 설계 방법을 제안하고 제어 방식을 설명한다. 기존의 팬-틸트 방식의 시각 시스템에 없는 인공 안구의 롤 회전 기능을 추가함으로써, 사람의 시각 시스템과 거의 유사한 동작 영역과 동작 속도를 보이게 된다. 소형 비전센서 모듈을 사용함으로써 시스템의 크기가 줄고 경량화 되었다. DC 모터를 엑츄에이터로 사용함으로써, 위치와 속도 제어가 가능하고, 인간 안구의 단속적 운동을 모사 할 수 있다.

  • 2013년 도커가 등장한 이후, 컨테이너 기술을 기반으로 한 프로젝트 및 사업이 지속적으로 활성화되고 있는 추세이다. 도커 컨테이너는 커널을 포함하고 있지 않음에 따라 기존 가상머신에 비해 경량화된 형태로 애플리케이션을 프로비저닝하는데 활용될 수 있다. 또한, 도커에서는 퍼블릭 도커 이미지 레포지토리인 Docker Hub를 통해 개발된 도커 이미지가 공유 및 배포될 수 있도록 하여 개발자들이 자신의 목적에 부합하는 서비스를 구축하는데 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 최근에는 클라우드 네이티브 환경에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 컨테이너 기술이 더욱 각광받고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 도커 이미지 및 이를 기반으로 한 도커 컨테이너 환경에 대한 보안을 위한 연구/개발은 다수 이루어지고 있으나, 도커 이미지 라이선스 컴플라이언스 이슈에 대한 논의 및 민감 데이터 보호 방안에 대한 연구/개발은 부재한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 도커 이미지 라이선스 컴플라이언스 위반 방지 시스템을 제안하여 도커 이미지 업로드시, Docker Hub 내 도커 이미지와 유사도 검사를 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하며, 도커 이미지 내 민감 데이터를 식별하고 이를 보안할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제시하여 신뢰할 수 있는 도커 컨테이너 공급망을 구축할 수 있음을 보인다.

Material and Behavior Characteristics of Lightweight Embankment for Road Constructed on Soft Ground (연약지반에 시공된 도로용 경량성토체의 재료 및 거동특성)

  • The purpose of this study is to fabricate a full scale road embankment using lightweight air foamed soil as a soil material on soft ground and to investigate its material characteristics and behavior in order to promote dredged soil utilization and minimize ground improvement. As a result of the laboratory test of the onsite mixed samples, the total unit weight of the specimens decreased almost linearly until curing 28 days. In particular, the total unit weight after 28 days of curing was reduced to about 81% of the slurry state before curing, which will be useful in the formulation of similar native soil materials in the future. The unconfined compressive strength began to decrease with the 14th day of curing as shown in the previous study. When the cement content is increased, the strength decreases sharply at a small strain change after the occurrence of the maximum compressive strength, and the maximum strength is exhibited in a range of a smaller axial strain than normal range. The settlement at the surface layer of the ground due to the lightweight embankment was about 1 / 2.75 of the soil embankment and was in agreement with the unit weight ratio (1 / 2.7) of the embankment materials. This indicates the cause and effect of the settlement due to the difference in self weight of the embankments. Also, the difference in settlement between soil and lightweight embankment increased with increasing depth. This shows that the difference in the point at which the settlement is terminated is clear. The ground horizontal displacement under the lightweight embankment was about 15~20% smaller than that of the soil embankment and the depth of occurrence was also 4.5~5.0m shallower in the lightweight embankment.

  • Unison의 U50 풍력발전기는 실증실험을 거쳐서 상용화 되어 시장에 제품으로 나와 있다. U50에 사용되는 영구자석 동기발전기는 Stator 내경 3.32 m 로 84극을 가지고 있으며 정격 25 rpm으로 운전되는 직접구동형이다. 직접구동형 발전기는 Gearbox 가 불필요한 반면에 높은 torque로 인해서 발전기가 무거운 단점이 있다. 기존의 U50 에 사용되는 발전기는 지지 구조물까지 포함할 경우 총중량이 약 20톤 이상이다. 발전기의 중량을 줄이고 경량화 시키기 위하여 slot에 들어가는 Ampere turn을 증가시키고 turn 수를 증가시켜서 기존과 유사한 전압, 전류, 출력을 유지하면서 축방향 Stator 길이를 감소시킨 최적화 모델에 대한 설계에 대하셔 연구를 진행하였으며 이 보고에서는 그 결과와 절차에 대해서 요약한다.

  • 현재 철도차량 전력변환 장치의 소형, 경량화 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 이에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그 중 공진형 컨버터를 적용한 전력변환 장치가 하나의 대안으로 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도차량용 공진형 컨버터 구현을 위한 변압기 설계에 관해 기술하였다. 실제와 유사한 공진 특성 및 성능을 구현하기 위해 설계 사양에 따른 변압기 모델링을 하여 시뮬레이션에 적용하였으며, 설계한 변압기를 적용한 시작품 공진형 컨버터를 제작하여 동작을 확인 하였다.

  • Owing to the global energy crisis, studies have strongly focused on realizing energy savings through vehicle weight reduction using light metal alloys or polymer composites. Polymer composites afford many advantages including enabling the fabrication of complex shapes by injection molding, and glass and carbon fibers offer improved mechanical properties. However, the high temperature in an engine room and the high humidity during the rainy season can degrade the mechanical properties of the polymer. In this study, the mechanical properties of injection-molded glass-fiber-reinforced polymer were assessed at a temperature of $85^{\circ}C$ and the maximum moisture absorption conditions. The result showed a 23% reduction in the maximum tensile strength under high temperature, 30% reduction under maximum moisture absorption, and 70% reduction under both heat and moisture conditions. For material selection during the design process, the effects of high temperature and high humidity should be considered.

  • With the rapid evolution of the personal device environment, the demand for natural language applications is increasing. This paper proposes a morpheme segmentation and part-of-speech tagging model, which provides the first step module of natural language processing for many languages; the model is designed for mobile devices with limited hardware resources. To reduce the number of morpheme candidates in morphological analysis, the proposed model uses a method that adds highly possible morpheme candidates to the original outputs of a conventional left-longest-match-preference method. To reduce the computational cost and memory usage, the proposed model uses a method that simplifies the process of calculating the observation probability of a word consisting of one or more morphemes in a conventional hidden Markov model.
