취업미혼남녀의 결혼지원정책 만족도가 결혼의향에 미치는 영향 - 서울시 및 수도권 결혼적령기 취업 미혼남녀를 중심으로 - (Effect of Satisfaction with the Marriage Support Policy on Marriage Intention among Unmarried Employed Men and Women - Focusing on Unmarried Employed Men and Women of Marriageable Age Residing in the Seoul City and Metropolitan Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of satisfaction with the marriage support policy on marriage intention among unmarried employed men and women. The study subjects included 300 unmarried working men and women aged over 30 years residing in the Seoul metropolitan area. First, according to the analysis of the subjects' overall tendency towards satisfaction with the marriage support policy and towards marriage intention, the marriage support policy gained the highest level of support in relation to housing for newlywed couples, which scored 3.29 (sd=.93), followed by improvements in corporate and family culture for the purposes of work-family compatibility at 3.24 (sd=.95), wedding loans at 3.18 (sd=1.01), and the paid leave system for marriage preparation at 3.12 (sd=.88). These variables scored slightly higher than the median 3 points. Conversely, satisfaction with the availability of marriage-related information and the provision of opportunities for dating scored 2.65 (sd=.88) and 2.78 (sd=.80), respectively, both of which were slightly lower than the median of 3. The overall mean score for satisfaction with the marriage support policy was 3.03 (sd=.95), which was slightly higher than the median of 3. In regards to marriage intention, the score was 3.32 (sd=1.15) points out of a perfect score of 5, which was slightly higher than the median. This indicated a slightly higher level in terms of the subjects' intention to marry. Second, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed to identify the effect of satisfaction with the marriage support policy on marriage intention among unmarried employed adults. Sociodemographic variables were entered as control variables in the regression at the first stage, and variables relating to satisfaction in a family-friendly social environment were entered at the second stage. When gender, age, educational level, monthly income, period of employment, working hours, and type of employment were inserted in the first stage of regression as control variables, gender, monthly income, period of employment, and type of employment were found to have a significant effect on marriage intention. Marriage intention was found to be greater in unmarried men with higher monthly incomes and longer periods spent working, and in unmarried working men and women engaged in tenured employment work. When variables relating to satisfaction with the marriage support policy were inserted in the second stage of regression, gender, monthly income, type of employment, and satisfaction with direct marriage support had significant effects on marriage intention. It was found that marriage intention was greater in unmarried men whose monthly income was higher, whose employment type was tenured work, and who showed greater satisfaction with direct marriage support.

비혼 선택에 영향을 미치는 심리적 특성 탐색을 위한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study for the Psychological Characteristics Affecting Never married Choice)

  • 본 연구목적은 비혼 남녀들을 대상으로 결혼에 대한 생각과 비혼 선택 이유에 대한 심층면접 내용을 분석하여 비혼 선택에 영향을 미치는 심리적 특성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로는 장기적으로 결혼의향이 없다고 밝힌 9명의 20대 중반에서 30대 후반 남녀들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시한 후, 합의적 질적 연구방법(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR)을 활용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 심층면접 내용을 분석한 결과 2개의 영역, 10의 하위영역, 25개의 범주로 도출되었다. 그 연구결과 첫째, 참여자들은 결혼을 부정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 결혼에 대한 기대가 없는 것이 아니라 오히려 비현실적인 기대를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여자들의 대부분은 부모의 가부장적인 역할수행에 대해 자녀로서 부정적인 감정을 느끼고 있었으며, 부모처럼 살고 싶지 않음이 나타났다. 또한 자신의 결혼생활을 부모로 부터 분리하여 바라보고 있지 못함도 보고하였다. 셋째, 참여자들의 대부분은 친밀한 대상과의 관계형성에서 어려움을 느끼고 있었으며, 반복되는 관계갈등 패턴으로 인해 배우자나 결혼에 대해 기대를 갖는 것이 더욱 어려웠음이 나타났다. 넷째, 참여자들이 결혼하지 않으려는 선택에 있어 경험 회피적 성향과 개별성 추구 성향이라는 심리적 측면이 나타났다. 참여자들의 대부분은 결혼생활에 대한 실패를 예견하였고, 비혼을 선택함으로써 자신이 예상하는 불편한 감정과 고통들을 사전에 차단하려는 시도임을 보고하였다. 또한 타인과의 연결(연합성)보다 개별성을, 집단적 가치보다 개인적 가치를 더 중요하게 여기고 있음을 보고하였다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 부모나 주변 사람들의 결혼생활에 대해 부정적인 평가를 내리고 있거나 부정적인 영향을 받고 있음을 나타내었다. 이는 비혼의 유형에 있어 소극적 요인에 더 가깝다고 보이는 바, 적극적 비혼 요인에 해당되는 대상들의 특성이 어떠한지 대해 차후의 연구로서 기대해 본다.

의료기관 내 응급구조사의 직무특성과 이직의향 및 조직몰입과의 관련성 (Relationship between Job Characteristics and Turnover Intention·Organizational Commitment in EMT(Emergency Medical Technicians) within Medical Institution)

  • 본 연구는 병원 내 응급구조사의 이직의향과 조직몰입 분석을 통해 업무개선에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 응급구조사 188명에 대해 무작위 추출하였다. 조사기간은 2011년 5월 3일부터 5월 19일(G도 5월3일-4일, B광역시 5월14일, D광역시 5월18-19일)까지 이루어졌다. 분석방법은 SPSS WIN program(Version 12.0)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 이직의향은 여자이며(p<.001), 30세 이하로(약 4.9배, p<.001), 미혼이며(약 4.3배, p<.001), 전문대졸이 이직의향이 높았다(약 4배, p<.001). 또한, 수입은 150만 원 이하이며(약 3.3배, p<.001), 5년 이하의 근무경력으로(약 3.2배, p<.001), 법적 업무 한계성을 느끼며(약 1.8배, p<.05), 직무만족이 낮은 집단이 이직의향이 높았다(p<.001). 조직몰입과 변수 간의 상관관계에서 조직몰입은 성별, 직무만족을 제외한 연령, 결혼, 학력, 이직의향, 수입, 경력, 법적 업무 한계성의 변수는 조직몰입과 정적 상관성을 보였다(p<.01). 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 이직의향(p<.01), 법적 업무 한계성(p<.01), 직무만족(p<.001)이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 주었다.

여성노인의 노인학대 인식과 신고의향 (Perception and Reporting intention to Elder Abuse among Elderly Women)

  • 본 연구는 여성노인을 대상으로 하여 노인학대 인식과 신고의향을 파악하고 그 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 자료수집은 D시에 거주하는 2개의 경로당, 2개의 성당, 2개의 불교대학, 2개의 스포츠 센터와 1개의 노인복지관에서 만 60세 이상의 여성 노인 160명을 대상으로 2013년 5월 13일부터 6월 6일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대상자의 노인학대 인식정도는 2.89점으로 성적 학대(4.26점)가 가장 높았고, 노인학대 신고의향은 38.2%로 성적 학대(79.4%)가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대상자의 특성에 따른 노인학대 인식정도는 모두 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 대상자의 특성에 따른 노인학대 신고의향은 교육수준, 결혼상태, 자녀수, 동거형태, 학대 관련 노인복지법 인식, 노인학대 관련 정보접촉에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 노인학대 인식과 신고의향의 상관관계는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이를 기초로 하여 학대에 취약한 여성노인의 학대인식과 신고의향을 고취시키고, 학대상황 발생 시 보다 적극적으로 대처할 수 있도록 학대예방연구에 단초를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

가족가치관과 사회적 지지에 대한 기대가 남녀 대학생의 결혼의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family Values and Expectation for Social Support on Marriage Intention Among Male and Female College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of family values and expectations for social support on marriage intention among male and female college students. This study involved 427 male and female college students attending colleges located in Seoul. The results are as follows: First, college students in this study tended to have relatively traditional family values in sub-scales including value of children, value of marriage and gender role attitude. Moreover, college students were found to have relatively high expectations toward social support and marriage intention. Second, male students had a higher traditional tendency for all sub-scales of family values including value of children, value of marriage and gender role attitude compared to female students. In addition, they tended to have higher expectations on social support and marriage intention than female students. Third, a greater intention to marry was seen in male students having more traditional values of children and a higher expectation toward future income. The value of children was found to be the most influential factor on marriage intention of male students in the present study. On the contrary, marriage intention was higher in female students the older they were, the greater the expectation of informal support, the lower the expectation of future income, and the more the traditional attitudes toward marriage. Informal support was found to be the most influential factor on marriage intention of female students in the present study.

미혼자의 가족가치관, 부모의 자원 제공 요소가 결혼의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Family Values and the Resource Factors Provided by Parents on Marriage Intention among Never Married Men and Women)

  • In this study, we investigated the effect of family values and the resource factors provided by parents on marriage intention among men and women in their 30s and 40s who have never married. The study participants were 300 never-married men and women in their 30s and 40s living in Seoul and its suburbs. The participants were chosen via purposive sampling. The study results are follows. First, according to the analysis of the subjects' family values and the resource factors provided by parents, both family values and the resource provided factors by parents showed higher scores than the median. Subjects had higher scores than the median score in regards to marriage intention, indicating that they had a greater intention to marry. Second, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify the effect of the socio-demographic characteristics of subjects, family values, and the resource factors provided by parents on marriage intention. As a result, age, the need of marriage and gender-role attitudes prevalent in family values, and the economic resources among the resource factors provided by parents had significant effects on marriage intention. Thus, the older the age of the subjects, the more traditional the view of marriage and gender-role attitudes, and the greater the amount of economic resources provided by parents, the greater the subjects' intention to marry.

청년 남녀의 사회경제적 특성 및 세대관계 특성이 결혼의향에 미치는 영향 (Socioeconomic and intergenerational characteristics associated with marital intentions among Korean men and women in young adulthood)

  • Objectives: We examined which socioeconomic and intergenerational characteristics were associated with the level of intention to marry among Korean men and women in young adulthood. Method: Data came from 351 men and 391 women who were 25-34 years old, had never been married, and had at least one living parent. We conducted multiple regression analyses by gender after controlling for age and current romantic relationship. Results: Among the socioeconomic characteristics, more years of education was linked to both men's and women's higher levels of intention to marry. For women, having a secure, full-time job was related to greater intention to marry. For men, the higher their subjective socioeconomic status, the greater their intention to marry. Among intergenerational characteristics, both men's and women's positive attitudes toward supporting elderly parents were related to a higher level of intention to marry. For men, the frequency of providing instrumental support for their parents was negatively associated with the men's intention to marry. For women, higher levels of agreement with parents' responsibility to support their adult children as well as greater affection for their parents were positively related to greater intention to marry. Conclusions: The findings suggest that young adults' socioeconomic resources and the family context are important predictors of young adults' marital intentions. The results also reveal gender differences in the factors associated with young adults' marital intentions.

화훼박람회 전시요인의 체험마케팅이 소비자 구매의향에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Experience Marketing of Exhibition Factors in Flower Fair on Intension of Customer Purchase)

  • 최근들어, 우리는 문화의 세기를 맞으면서 각 지방자치단체에서 지역의 활성화와 지역을 알리기 위한 방안으로 국제회의를 비롯한 박람회, 전시회 등 지자체 행사에 심혈을 기울이고 있으며 각 지방자치 지역의 경쟁력을 다른 자치단체보다 지역의 브랜드를 부각시키기 위해서 화훼 박람회나 전시회를 문화행사로 개최하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지자체의 화훼박람회를 개최하는 주최자에게 화훼박람회 전시요인의 중요성을 부각시키고 화훼박람회전시에 체험요소를 알려 화훼전시회에 참가율을 높이고 화훼농가의 매출을 증대시키고자 한다. 더 나아가, 화훼박람회를 이용하는 관람객들이 화훼박람회 요인과 체험마케팅이 구매의향에 어느 정도 관심을 가지는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 최근에 화훼박람회에 참석한 278명의 관람객을 대상으로 화훼박람회 전시요인의 체험마케팅이 구매의향에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 인구학적통계로는 성별은 여성이 61.9%로 높게 나타났으며, 연령층은 20대가 34.5%로 가장 많았다. 결혼여부는 기혼이 50.7%로 많았고, 직업은 학생이 36.7%로 가장 많았다. 학력은 대학교 졸업이 58.3%, 평균소득은 100만원대 48.6%, 거주지는 서울이 38.1%로 높았고 화훼박람회장 방문은 1회가 79.9%로 가장 높았다. 이를 대상으로 기술통계분석과 신뢰도분석을 하였으며 타당도 검증으로 요인분석을 실시하였고 상호 상관성을 보기위해 상호관계를 분석하여 최종 회귀분석을 통한 검증으로 요인들 간의 영향력을 분석하였다. 화훼박람회 전시환경은 문화적인 요소에, 전시품질은 이벤트요소, 문화요소에, 전시서비스는 이벤트요소와 문화요소와 이미지요소에, 전시마케팅은 문화요소와 이미지요소에, 이미지요소는 구매의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

결혼 이민자 여성의 자녀 출산 의향에 관한 사례 연구 (The Case Study on Marriage Immigrant Women' Child Birth Intention)

  • In that marriage immigrant women' birth rate are higher than those of Korea women, they were selected to suggest pronatalism in Korea. The purpose of this study is to explore the child birth intention of marriage immigrant women. One of qualitative study, case study was used in methodology. Participants were 10 marriage immigrant women, depth interview were conducted. The major results were categorized facilitators and inhibitors. Facilitators were 'number of origin family members', 'absence or weakness of family planning', 'successful experience of the first child birth', 'no difficulty in childbearing', 'recommendation of mother-in-law', 'child' positive effect in Korea life adjustment'. Inhibitors were 'insufficient economic condition', 'husband' old age and the opposite of mother-in-law', 'dissatisfaction with marriage life', 'lack of government' support'. Based on this results, practical implications and interventions were suggested.

미혼남녀의 정서적·당위적·기능적 결혼의향에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구 (The study about variables influencing emotional, normative, and functional marriage intentions of unmarried men and women)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate individual awareness variables influencing emotional, normative, and functional marriage intentions of unmarried men and women. Independent variables were values of offspring, perceptions to unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, perceptions and availabilities of marriage-related policies, views on the marriageable age, psychological burdens of pressure to marriage by significant people, and views on parents' support for marriage fund. Method: 553 unmarried men and women in Daegu, Korea were surveyed, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA), multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS 22.0. Results: First, this study was more exploratory and in-depth approach to marriage intentions than precedent studies. The sub factors of marriage intentions were emotional, normative, and functional marriage ones. Second, emotional marriage intention showed significant differences depending on gender, dating, views on the marriageable age, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Among the individual awareness variables, values of offspring, perceptions to unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, and psychological burdens of pressure to marriage personally or by friends influenced emotional marriage intention. Third, normative marriage intention showed significant differences depending on gender, religion, occupational status, employment condition, dating, views on the marriageable age, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Among the individual awareness variables, values of offspring, perception to unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, view on the marriageable age, availabilities of marriage-related information offering policies, and psychological burdens of pressure to marriage by mother influenced normative marriage intention. Fourth, functional marriage intention showed significant differences depending on gender, job, parents' support for marriage fund, views on the marriageable age, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Among the individual awareness variables, functional marriage intention was influenced by values of offspring, perception about unmarried life, attitudes toward multiple role planning, and degree of acceptance of parents' support for marriage fund. Finally, the hierarchical regression analysis showed that individual awareness variables influenced on marriage intentions. Especially, values of offspring, perceptions to unmarried, and attitudes toward multiple role planning influenced on emotional, normative, and functional marriage intentions in common. Conclusions: The findings from these analyses suggest that the selective process based on the individual awareness has become very significant to having marriage intentions. Therefore, this study will contribute as the basic data on national marriage-related policies. Furthermore, this study will be able to use to think about the marriage intention as a task to be preceded by the national policy in order to prepare for Korea 's low fertility and aging phenomenon.
